Good service, good equipment, easy to reach the location--we were pleased with our truck rental. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

It was perfect. I signed up online. When I went there it was ready and took only a few minutes. Same upon return. The same man was there both times and was professional, courteous and efficient. I will recommend them and use again if needed!

Great experience with Robert M. We we’re stranded with a broken car on a holiday weekend no less. We called and Robert got us what we needed even on such short notice and did I mention the holiday weekend. Less than 12 hrs we we’re back on the road. We made it home safe and on time even with the minor delay thanks to u-haul and Robert’s excellent customer support and service. Thank you.

These guys were awesome. Had my car stuck in Rawlins. Towing companies wanted $600-$800 for a tow. Uhaul rented us a trailer for $65 gas was $35. Did all that for $100 saving us $500.The staff were friendly and casual, the equipment was in great shape, they loaned us an adapter for the electronics. It went as smooth as it could have. Thanks to Uhaul I can afford to fix my car!

The employee that was there was very prompt and courteous. We had some issues with the wiring on the blinker of our personal vehicle and he happily provided us with tools as we asked for them. So very kind and helpful.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could because their scheduling is asinine. I reserved a uhaul for a move and these morons decided to double book my reservation on the truck causing my reservation to be canceled which wouldve been fine had the NOT WAITED TILL THE DAY BEFORE THE RESERVATION TO TELL ME. Im not going to try using uhaul ever again

This uhaul is quite nice. Well stocked and spacious. The one gripe I have is that they desperately need more employees to accommodate the customers. I have rented trailers there 3 times now and each visit we are waiting over an hour to get our equipment that we reserve in advance. This is unacceptable and uhaul needs to step up their game at this place. It could and should be the best in Casper. The lonely employee has impeccable patience because everyone in line is grumbling and upset while he tries to manage both clerical and physical hooking up of equipment. I cant imagine how stressful that must be for him. Come on uhaul!

I had the worst experience here at the U-Haul on bryan stock trail.. I called a week and a half ahead for a 26 truck and they stated they will have my truck ready, apon the day of pick-up, I show up they tell me we gave away truck away yesterday and tried to give me a tiny truck and a large trailer.. that is not what I wanted nor what I could use . They didnt even compensate or call around after they changed what I reserved , they did nothing at all not even Im sorry.. if this is how you treat your customers I will never come to uhaul again ever .

Made a reservation 7/11/19 for 8/12/19 for auto transport trailer. Go to pick it up and they don’t have one. Manager stated we would have to go to Wheatland to get it!Why make a reservation if they won’t honor it!No one called me the day of to let me know they didn’t have it. Nothing! Terrible!

When I picked up the UHaul, the odometer was at 387. When I tried to bring it back, I realized that the number had been transposed and it was put on the contract at 38.7. So when I returned it at 689 the price went up almost $90 because someone returned it wrong (or whatever). This location refused to believe that the odometer could have been at 387, and insisted on charging me the price for driving 650.3 miles. This all besides as far as I could tell the UHaul in question had an odometer THAT DID NOT SHOW DECIMALS. I was very polite to these people despite them not answering their phones several times during their stated business hours (as well as not answering a call from UHaul customer service). I will not pay for 300 miles I did not drive. The front desk worker Taylor and the manager Avery both rebuffed me, insisting the UHaul was brand new and could not have had 387 miles on it. I should have returned it online at 68.9 instead of putting in the extra zero, and apparently I wouldnt have had any of these issues. The level of incompetency is mindblowing. My charity agency will not be renting from these people again, and I seriously discourage anyone else from subjecting themselves to these clowns.Mr. Winters, the President of the place, was the worst of them all. Called me a liar to my face and insisted I was the one being unreasonable. Told me over and over again it was impossible the guy before me who rented it could have driven 387 miles in 8 hours. (Spoiler alert: yes you can). Between the four people we spoke to we got three different answers on how many people had the vehicle before us: 1, 2, or 0, we were the first. And this after they mistook us for the person who rented it after me and insisted THEY were the first.ADDITIONALLY: After finally getting a hold of UHaul international, we found a guy named Daniel who looks into the self check-in that happened right before I picked the Uhaul up. And in it is a photo of the odometer. And you want to know what it read? 387 miles. The money is being reimbursed. Use these people at your own risk - they are awful, unprofessional, and bull-headed. If you do use them, take photos of everything before you leave, including the contract and the odometer. These people cannot be trusted to do their job, and I am not convinced they werent deliberately trying to screw me . Youre telling me they didnt have access to the check-in information from the last guy?
