Trena, I think that’s her name, has always went above and beyond to meet our urgent print needs. All the staff there have been quite attentive and professional!! They’ve always had our printing ready quickly even when it was busy in the store. I highly recommend them for your shipping and printing needs.

My father and I walked into this FedEx while traveling, because we needed to print and scan some paperwork.We walked in, and there were two employees working. They didnt greet us, or ask us if we needed anything.We proceeded to use their computers, (insanely overpriced), but needed help using their scanners.I went over to the man, who was talking to a customer, and he just looked at me and said, well be right with you. He was talking to this guy about nothing work related. Yet ignored me, a paying customer.So then my father went over, and just stood there until the guy finally decided to acknowledge him, and asked what he needed.When my father told him we needed help with the scanner, rather than offering his assistance, he says, Well did you read the instructions?He seemed bothered that we needed his help - and not to mention he was extremely rude about it.The experience left a bad taste in our mouths - if you can use a friends printer to get your job done, do so, and avoid the service here.

When I came here a few months ago for about 200 artwork prints the staff was nice and the quality was gtreat. Its why I came back. But a lot changed since then apparently. Some employee I had never seen before talked down to me, blamed me for some audit on the store (if its even something that happened), and tried to charge me for services I didnt want or need. I had to argue with him to get my usb stick back. He didnt understand any of the computer programs or how to print anything. He kept moving to a different computer. Either that or he was flat out LYING to me to try to get me to pay for editing services that werent needed. Neither would surprise me.Unfortunately their physical print quality is still pretty good, and fairly priced. I wish I didnt have to go here but there arent many options. I am definitely looking into online printers.

We came through town in a hurry and had to put a project together. Jacob was super helpful and professional. We were in and out of there in about 20 minutes!

Easy self service printing. Kind of a bummer they dont discount printing more pages...still 13 cents each even if you print more than 100.

Been here twice and there is never anyone available to help. We moved here from a large city of 300,000 + and had better service there.

Been going to fedex on second street for years but had to stop the manager there is a dick always ignores the customers when in there and then gives you attitude and on top of that most days he smeels like alcohol just go somewhere else
