Malcom at this UPS store on Thelma in Casper, Wy is incredible. He packed many items for me in boxes. They arrived, when I opened the boxes I was amazed at his diligent packing skills. He is very knowledge at his job. What a fantastic employee! I recommend him for all your shipping needs😊

Do NOT ship anything electronic with this store, incorrectly trained employees, among other things. I was told by an employee who packed the box that me taking the box home would not void any warranty (as i could not afford the insurance at the time with shipping). Went to the store with enough for insurance and shipping and the employee asked me if i hadnt opened the box, i replied well none of the tape is tampered with and it weighs exactly the same. Manager and owner Said NOTHING. Today while trying to start the claim i was informed thru email that it would void the warranty. Mind you now this employee said it in front of the store manager/owner yet she said nothing to correct her employee nor the customer.

The last couple of times I’ve been to UPS everyone has been very helpful whether I’m in to get a quote or ship something. Malcom helped me ship a saddle to a gal in OR today and he did a great job getting me a quote, packaging my saddle up for shipping and telling me if I had any trouble what I could do to fix the problem. I really appreciate the customer service at this store and will continue to use UPS of Casper for my shipping needs. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Wow talk about customer service. I dropped an item on a shuttle while at DIA. The shuttle said they would ship them to me if sent them a return label. After being told it couldn’t be done by FED EX I stopped into the UPS store. Not only did they figure out a way to get it done, they even emailed the label for me. Thank you so much for the great service.

In the time of COVID this store has been extremely busy. The time taken with each customer to still make them feel valid and not just a number is very appreciated. Most stores won’t do that.

Our package handler delivered to wrong address and admittted he did so now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back from the sender as the delivery driver marked the package delivered to our front porch. Whats even more maddening is ups has taken the approach that its not THEIR problem.

Extremely helpful personnel who go out of their way to help in shipping packages, as well as assisting with returns. Love that they work closely with Amazon. When I return something, my account is credited before I get to my car. Amazing.

My wife has all the high risk for a bad outcome if she gets Covid 19 so we temporarily moved to a remote cabin south of Casper. Being from Colorado we had to rely on UPS and others to deliver medicine and other essentials to us so I became a regular at this UPS store. They were FAST, EFFICIENT, and PERSONABLE. They went out of their way to help Rhonda, Ed and everyone took away a lot of our concerns from being away from home. Many people sending us stuff messed up their work but UPS at this store took care of all. thanks to them from my wife and I

I absolutely appreciate all of the good and kind people who work at this UPS store. My first experience was calling and speaking to the owner needing some help as I was on my way to move to Wyoming in the near future. She was exceptionally kind, caring, and made me feel very welcome.Every experience I have had with everyone who works there has been positive and professional, and always with a genuine smile and effort. There have also been many times I was given a boost of good cheer, and they are definitely wonderful people.They accomplish a lot for customers, and I am very happy with them, their professional customer service, and above all their consistent kindness to me. If I could give them 100 stars I would. :-)M.

Every time Ive gone here...once you can finally get them to help you, theyre not exactly friendly..but I found this to be almost funny: If you have some papers to have shredded, you hand them over and they take them from you, rather than let you slip them thru a slot of a locked barrel. Now why do you want them shredded? YES..thats right..because their CONFIDENTIAL!! Really?? SMH

Not exactly this stores faultHowever, paid for 3 day. 12/10At 2am on 13th package gets delayed due to severe weather while nothing being on the forecast and it only being 1 state away, this is a straight lie. Called to figure out to tell me there is nothing can be done, no refunds or anything. WHILE THERE IS NO WEATHER NEAR ME OR MY PACKAGE OR ANYWHERE IN BETWEEN.If I could put zero stars, I would.

Every once in a while you get that most memorable experience! I bring in a Dyson robot vacuum that is packaged in the only authorized shipping box by Dyson to keep a $1000 vacuum from being damaged and she removes it and drops it in a box with popcorn packaging. Dyson tried to charge me for the charging pad that she left in the box when she took it out and tossed the box. So about a year later I had the wife drop off another one for repair and the brilliant manager does it again! I explained to her what Dyson told me about it staying in its original box and she reminded me how she knows her job and doesn’t need me telling her how to package an item going by Dyson specs of β€œplacing the vacuum in a box” and then telling me but you can’t do that if it’s already in a box so I have to rebox it.You truly can’t argue with stupidity.

The owner is rude and unhelpful. I went in to ship a laptop to our corporate office. He was annoyed when I asked for a corporate label, then informed me that the corporate label would pay for the shipping, not the bubble wrap. I said Yes, I know, but how much is the charge for the bubble wrap? He said Probably $20.00 I told him I would just take it to the office to and put bubble wrap on it myself, but I needed an Express Box. He informed me they did not have boxes there. I told him I knew they did, as I had shipped numerous things at this store for my company. He said no, we havent had boxes here for 25 years. I again told him I knew they had boxes, I had shipped numerous things at this very store.Finally he said they dont give this stuff to me for free! I asked to speak to a manger because this individual was so rude, and in a very snotty voice he said Im the OWNER, can I help you?!?! I informed him that clearly his employees were much more helpful than he is, and left. We ship things every day UPS (in express enveolpes, dont typically need the box I asked for), and I have a call in to Fed Ex to switch our corporate account to someone MORE FRIENDLY. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

They charged me a $5.00 flat fee for under two minutes of internet access to get on their lobby computer and print out a pre-paid UPS shipping label... at the UPS Store... in the year 2019... plus printing.Well later that day, I found out there were other places in Casper that had the internet too, so I did a little search to see if there were other places in Casper that also shipped packages. Much to my surprise in this fast-paced, market-based economy the competition was staggering! The UPS Store should totally get on that computer in the lobby and see what theyre up against. Theres a shipping place downtown that will not only print out your UPS label for free, but theyll do it with a smile. A smile! The internet rules!! Too bad for them it costs like $5.00.

I went into the store this morning to ship back a package but I hadnt gotten a chance to print a return shipping label. When I asked if they could print it for me the owner said yes, but it would cost me $5. I thought he was joking so I asked if he was serous and he launches into a rude rant on all the things he has to maintain in order to have a printer available. I was willing to pay the obscene price so I didnt have to drive back across town before his attitude. Not now. Will never willingly do business here again.Update: went across the street to Staples and they not only printed my label for free, but taped up my box. They are a UPS center, there is no need to go to the UPS store ever. See Denis, he is super pleasant and helpful!

Julia is an incredibly kind person, first and foremost. My experience with this store was nothing short of relieving. They fullfilled the insurance guarantee with an ebay deal from hell I unfortunately had to settle. Julia handled everything with patience and efficiency and her staff followed suit. I cant thank them enough for helping me with such a stressful situation.
