Terrible place. Stood there for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Just to pay a bill. Not sure why anyone would go there. Awful.

There were about 10 people in there. Half didnt have masks on and no one said anything. So that was upsetting. For some reason they always have 2 look up something 2 pay my bill. And if I need help with something it takes 2 or 3 people 2 get it done. So it takes longer 2 get out of there. So that sucks.so I never look forward 2 going back.

Extremely rude women work there. They are lazy and really are not trying to be helpful and seem uneducated in the hardware. Also when i call in to ask questions they dont want to go into thier systems to check your account, very lazy.

Micah was a fantastic sales person! Totally polite and he helped understand how to use my new phone and my new tablet. The man Rocks!!!

Went in to get a new phone and had a great experience. Delia answered my questions and helped get everything transferred to the new phone for me. I noticed one employee going around and cleaning all of the counters, seating area, and phones. The store was clean and the people were helpful and friendly.

Micah was amazing, he was at the other store but had to come to this one do to his customer service!!!

The team is Awesome and very knowledgeable. They took there time and made sure we understood everything before we left from using our phones and understanding how much we are going to be paying a month. Definitely going to be coming back to this location.

Horrible service by the two girls in the store. Did not know much and did not want to help with all the basics of upgrading a phone and transferring info from the old phone to the new phone. I added a line They gave me a 520 number so I asked for a 602 number and she told me I could call and do it myself. I asked her to call and take care if it like she should have and got nothing but attitude the whole time. I added 2 lines and upgraded 2 existing lines. Hope she enjoyed her commission because with that horrible service she didnt earn it.

Very bad service and representation of product offer. Sales rep said to keep my screen protector box that it came in. If the screen ever breaks bring the box back and they will replace it. He said it did not matter if I was not a T-Mobile customer. Four months later I go in and a different rep from T-Mobile said no I had to be a T-Mobile customer. Very upsetting....

After we went online to switch to Tmobile to save a couple of dollars we went to this store because we had no data service. Had great data service at the store. Walk outside no service. Ended up getting a booster from Tmobile at no charge. Still no data service. Went to the other Tmobile store at the mall. Has no service at the store! Well they didnt have a super booster like the other store. No service at the store....really.!Went across the street to Verizon. Cost $20 more a month but we have data where ever we go.Unlimited everything isnt worth beans if you can get online. I couldnt even go to Tmobile website to get some help.If you sign up with Tmobile in Casa Grande. Good luck.

Big time thiefs they add speakers and phones to your account with out you knowing just search T-MOBILE HORROR STORIE you will be surprised or go next door and ask the grand pharmacy tech how they got jacked by TMobile just next door

Terrible service. Prices are slightly lower than some other providers, but you are getting what you pay for. Very poor reception in my area.

They try to sell you stuff and not fix the problems I came in to have my bill explained to me and some problems on my S-20 Note 5g taken care of but, he still didnt address the problem.
