I had a wonderful experience I have taken my granddaughter phone in other stores and they did not want to deal with it. Well Lynk was determined to try and he got it to turn on and that itself was awesome. I really never had someone take the time and actually explain things to me overall it was a great experience

The only bummer was they were out of Google Pixel 5s but Arrianna was extra helpful! This is the best Verizon in Casa Grande. The environment is relaxing, there werent too many people there. I got upsold for the nicer liquid glass protector and I dont regret it for a second. I interacted a little with everyone who works in this store and they are all friendly and welcoming. Im extremely happy with my new phone (Google Pixel 4A 5G) and this store is the one I will be going to for as long as Im in Casa Grande.

Lynk was very helpful and directed me to a phone that was perfect for me. He was knowledgeable and friendly and stayed late to complete the setup of my new phone. I will certainly return to his store for my Verizon and telephone needs.

The general manager Lynk was fantastic he took his time to explain everything and set up my new phone before leaving. If you want great customer service go see Lynk, you will be well taken care of.

So we’ve been long time customers of Verizon and have never really had issues. This location has horrible customer service and do not work on figuring out a solution for the customer. I ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max and chose the in store pick up option, this was the only store showing in stock when I ordered. It’s been almost 2 days now and there still telling me that I can’t have my phone even though the order has been paid for and processed. I called Verizon customer service and they told me that everything is good on their side, showing the order has been processed. So I called the store to see what was going on with my order. I spoke with the manager and all she can tell me is that it’s weird how their system isn’t updating for them to release me my phone. She said that the only thing I can really do is wait until it updates or wait the 48 hours and the order will automatically cancel. I told her that I don’t want the order to cancel because I want the phone, hence why I ordered in the first place. I hoped that they would of contacted Verizon to figure this out the issue for the customer but it seems like they really don’t care what happens. I will never have another order sent to this store or purchase anything from them in the future. The Verizon location at the promenade is the best, their customer service is amazing. Thanks for nothing to this store......I’ll keep waiting to see what happens with my order.

Acquiring a new IPhone was such a pleasant experience! Trey provided excellent customer service despite the fact that she was alone in the store. It was amazing to watch her treat every customer as if they were the only one there. What a terrific representative she is for Verizon! Oh yes, I like my new phone too!

Celina was SO pleasant to work with! She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable and made the entire process of upgrading phones so easy. She answered all of our questions, and took her time to make sure that we were taken care of through the entire process. Definitely will be returning for any future Verizon needs!

Customer service was bad, I will never return to this store due to the horrible experience with a simple phone order pick up. The employee that handled my phone did not help set up my phone and didnt seem interested with my concerns on switching and updating another line. After declining to buy any cases or accessories, the employee just brushed us off to assist a different group that was waiting in back of us. The employee didnt ask if we needed anything else they just gave me the phone and left me sitting at the check out desk I kept asking questions although they still brushed us off do not go to this store go to a real Verizon store.

Came into this store Saturday February 22nd with some issues on my lg thin q g7 phone. Selena solved them and was really pleasant to work with. She knew what she was doing compared to other Verizon stores l have been to in the past. Definitely have a new favorite Verizon store now. Kenn

Horrible customer service i asked for management and was hanged up on i called multiple times and call was ignored for 15 times i called only for the same lady to answer and say management would call me back but I never gave them my number so on top of bad customer service the employees lie to avoid getting complained on. I ordered online to pick up phone and they cant even get that right. Store needs ti be reviewed by management and corporate a paying customer shouldnt be hung up on or ignored when calling

Dallin was the BEST! He went above and beyond staying over 2 hours on the phone himself with Verizon customer service to resolve issues and help us out. Something that should have been simple took 3 hrs and multiple representatives to muddle through things to get them corrected. He stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure we were set and all issues were resolved. Dallin you ROCK, we will definitely go to him with any future sales or needs. Thank you Dallin.
