Switched to Verizon wireless. Not nearly as helpful as they used to be (because of Covid-19). Extremely frustrated trying to set up new phone at home. I finally got my hubbys contacts transferred from a T-Mobile phone that got wet and no longer worked. I still have to try and get his pics transferred. Then I have to set up my phone. Not today though, it may end up thrown at the wall.

The hours on Google (confirmed just a week ago), the recording when you call, and both the postings on the door say they close at 7, but they were closed when we got there at 6:03. When we knocked on the door they guy inside just said yeah I have to change that, we close at 6. How hard is it to stay open for your posted hours??

A friend purchased a new iphone which does not come with an instruction booklet these days? Now, bear in mind, she is 70, had an ancient flip phone and recieved no assistance from any employee as how to use her device. The very least Apple can do is provide an instruction manual. What the hell??

Verizon is appointment only right now because of COVID-19 and limited staff. We didnt know that so didnt have an appointment but they let us look at the phones anyways. We didnt need help or to buy anything though.

Clean, virus protected. Dont like when you buy a new phone the box is not opened and we are expected to set it up. We are a couple older seniors. Had to go to my neices house miles away to have her help. So be careful seniors dont buy anywhere if they wont open a box.

Most of the time our visits when upgrading are good experiences. However on this occasion the interaction with the employee was dry and unmotivated. We planned on purchasing, and because one of the two phones would not scan properly that tried selling us a phone we didnt want. I feel that if the interaction was a little more pleasant wed feel differently about it. Hope the next store we visit is better!

The level of poor customer service at this store as usual continues to amaze me. My spouse and i went in to get a new phone and were charged a $40 activation fee of which I understand but the representative wouldnt help us activate, transfer or even offer advice after we asked. She was rude and we ended up leaving.I recently purchased my new phone a best buy recently and received great customer service and the staff was helpful. This Verizon store and employees need more training. I suggest to anyone to take your business elsewhere.

I went there twice, once to get Verizon service and a new phone. The nice lady helping me even tried my phone to see if it would suit the services. It did not and she helped me get a beautiful new phone. Everything was very pleasant, peaceful. The second time I went was to get a new case for my phone when I experienced excellent service and experience. I was helped by Ms. Tonya, the manager herself who was goodness and courtesy personified. I will not go anywhere else for my future needs and will recommend this store to everyone who asks me.

Cant believe Verizon has worse signal than cricket, yes, cricket working 90% better, called costumer service 3 times & nothing got done. I live in the center of Casa Grande & my service is so bad!!! Have to move my phone around to be able to send messages, lets not talk about watching YouTube videos 😡😡😡😡 we have 5 lines with Verizon, dont think gonna stay with them for long.

Staff was very polite and helpful from the moment we walked up the door. Salesperson showed me my options available and explained the features & benefits of each option. I cannot tell you awesome that was. She even made sure my discount was applied before giving me a total.The staff member doing the customer check-in was so wonderful. Even as we were leaving, she went ahead of us and opened the door for my 78 year old Mother, who walks slowly. She waited until we both made it through the door and then wished my Mom a great day.Great experience!

Got new phone in mail from Verizon, it is disabled spent 2 hours with Tech support, phone is no good. Told me to take it to a Verizon store & swap it out, they would annotate my account. Both ladies were confrontational & would not help, told me to drive to the Apple store. Are u kidding me. 0 customer service to try & help. Just called Verizon, they are replacing. Day 4 of the phone hostage crisis.

Half of the staff is very courteous , Timely and speak proper English. They are willing to help in any situation and go out of their way to do so! The other half is less than adequate for their position and lack manners, appearance and customer service, almost as if it is an inconvenience that you are in the store. They lack knowledge on their products and are hesitant to offer what is best for you or your familys plan. After my third visit to this store I finally got a customer service representative that knew what they were talking about was willing to help with the situations we were having with our phones and was able to fix those issues and get us the best plan for our family!

Warning; Verizon cell towers in the area are overloaded. Your voice is very choppy, while you can hear the other person fine. Sometimes phone will ring forever, and not go to voicemail. Verizon says it is because they are upgrading to 5G, only thing is, you will have to buy a new phone to use 5G, and it won’t be deployed in this area for a few more years. Paying $60 a month for this is not smart. Go with at&t or t-mobile.Will update if Verizon service improves.

We had called verizon and the customer service said by changing our plan that the cost would go up 40$. The lady on the phone was difficult to understand. We decided to come in to the store to talk to someone face to face. Edward was great. He was very knowledgeable, kind, personable. He explained how was could change the plan to help with the cost. 4 hours. Thats how long I spent trying to reach the store and then with corporate Verizon staff on the phone to deal with a lemon phone that this stores employee could have dealt in less than 30 minutes if they had listened respectfully to my mother when she brought it back to the store a few days after purchase. The only reason they get more than one star is that the person who initially helped her when she picked it up was polite, patient and respectful.The employee Mom spoke with when she went back in dismissed her issues, told her it was just like her old phone (its not, but this is her third Android) and told to go to the library for classes. As if that would fix a phone not receiving text messages and not hang up as well as a slew of other non-user-error issues.Not what I expected from them. Hoping for better service when her new phone gets to the store. (I am 1700 miles away, so need the store employees to step up and do what the tech and customer service people I spoke with all agree should happen.)

Not always the fastest service, but always great service. The delays are caused by the volume of business served by this one store. The next closest store is an hour, or more, drive. I have used this store for many years and the service has always been great. 5 stars to the employees that put up with angry customers who are mad about the delays.

When I first went to the store I tried to get my veterans discount. The employee told me that due to covid I would have to sign up online. Later I had to call tech support and through conversation with them I found out that they are supposed to do it in store. I was very disappointed to say the least.

I had to wait one hour to be told I was not eligible for the promotion being offered - something that the person signing me in could have told me without me having to wait. How do I know? That information was on the sign-in screen. I inherited this account from my parents (I was on their account in college). Despite me bringing up the inherent problem of not having my name on an account I am paying for every time I go in to this miserable location the people do not respond to my requests to change it. Today that came and bit me right in the butt since I couldnt wait another hour for an appointment to upgrade (my phone is over two years old an sometimes the dialer - the whole reason for a phone to exist - ceases functioning) I went down the road to an affiliate. There I was told they couldnt access my account since I was not the account holder. I hope and pray that Verizon corporate comes down and wipes the whole place clean and starts from new staff. The place is rotten. We might be rural but we deserve better service than this.

Do not go to this store! Do yourself a favor and consider this: (1)You WILL wait in line for 30 mins or more. This is their standard wait time. (2) Once your wait is up you WILL deal with a unfriendly, poorly trained Verizon employee who WILL frustrate you. (3) You WILL leave this store angry. The solution is to drive to a Chandler Verizon store! Think about it, by the time you get helped in Casa Grande you will have drove 30 mins (Casa Grande store standard wait time) to a cleaner store with a knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and kind. You WILL leave the Chandler store happy and satisfied and ready to grab a bite to eat :)

HORRIBLE! Long and even slower wait times. I waited 45 minutes and no one was still available. I have a broken leg and had to stand the entire time because none of the customers or staff offered me a chair. In fact, the manger LAUGHED about it. I am a 100% combat disabled vet and asked if I could have an appointment. We dont know when we will be busy, so its up to you. That store has lousy service, slow and rude staff, and does not respect 100% combat disability. Verizon management needs to wake up. Your running a service in Casa Grande that should be totally closed.
