Update: I cannot say how fabulous the after service is here! I had a small issue after purchase and even though I bought this as is, the service department got me in right away and took care of the problem at no charge. Service and sales department are excellent and customer service is wonderful.We had a great experience with Ray Council. He is very professional and fun to work with. Ray found me a vehicle that fit my needs and ticked off most of our check list. We were very happy with the price we were offered.

Through no fault of anyone at the dealership, the 2021 Nissan Frontier I bought in August had serious issues. But the staff at John Sinclair Nissan worked with me and got me into a 2022 Nissan Frontier that I love more. They are friendly, courteous, caring people who genuinely want the customer to be satisfied. I highly recommend you see them if you are looking for a vehicle. Sales associate (Marshall) & Kim were very professional and thorough. He addressed issues /requests and took care of them very expeditiously. Kim guided us through the completion of paper work on-line and everything was submitted quickly. We were treated so good. I had taken my car in for a couple of recalls and they fixed them right up. Only took less than an hour and they had a nice air conditioned waiting room for us to wait and watch TV and even had complimentary snacks and drinks. We even got a car wash and bottle of wine for home! I enjoyed being waited on by women too. Thank you for your nice treatment!

Bad......Booked in for an oil change at 2:40pm.Still waiting at 3:50pm and 4pm were finally finished. One hour for a basic oil change. LUDICROUS.Marked on the sheet our wipers are ok when I knows drivers one is NOT OK.They used white paint to mark Oil on our windscreen and with scrubbing by hand, its not coming off..Everywhere you have oil change, they vacuum there car, not today they didnt.A few months back, my transmission was replaced under Nissan warranty for a failing transmission that is happening to some models.Today, Im told we need a transmission fluid change.This is LUDICROUS, they used to bed so good there, Im afraid they are going down.Definitely taking our business elsewhere. We used to drive a 60 mile round trip to go there because they were excellent. Today, I feel let down and a total wasted time, money and journey.

I was traveling for work and broke down. They were super friendly and helpful and got my car fixed as quickly as they could and got me back on the road. They gave me an estimate before the work was started and kept to it. I asked for a new gas cap while I was there as mine was broken and they fixed the release on the door without even saying anything. Lynn in the repair department was super friendly and polite and kept me posted on the progress of my repairs.

Mine was just the routine oil change and tire rotation however I had been noticing a sound. It was hard to describe, didn’t happen every time either. The service dept drove my car, listened to a recorded video and talked to me. I was encouraged how seriously they looked into the sound. On my way to to pay the service worker was outside with the hood up again. As I approached he asked if this was the sound. Yes! It was. You don’t find many businesses who will put forth the effort and time to find the answer to a puzzle that doesn’t happen every time. I would recommend John Sinclair! I purchased my Nissan Titan from this dealership a few years ago, i have always done my regular service at Dobbs since its closest to my job. I wanted my transmission flushed and figured this would be a more ideal task for the dealer, I dropped off my truck at 830am for a 1030am appt and was told it would be done shortly after lunch. I received a call shortly after lunch letting me know they were a bit behind but anticipated it being done shortly. Im stuck at work so this was no issue for me, being a customer service manager, the thing that stuck out the most was the fact that they took the time to call me and let me know. Communication is a key factor to great customer service and John Sinclair Nissan has that going on.

I am always completely impressed by the John Sinclair Nissan dealership. Not only did I buy my frontier pickup there, but when I go in for oil changes it’s amazing. Not only do they take care of the oil and filter, but they check all my fluids, tire pressures, and depths, then for icing on the cake, they wash it. The waiting room with snacks, water, and coffee, is great and has free WiFi! I always look forward to doing business with the nice, professional people at Sinclair Nissan!

Another delearship sent my truck here for warranty work. When it was returned, the check engine light was still on and gave the same code.GM called me and seemed to agree with my disappointment, but now they have had my truck again for 4 days and I call and find out that I still have a few vehicles in front of me.I would think on re-work, that vehicle would be shot to the front of the line.

I’m not at all impressed with the service department. There is no communication between the people that greet you and the shop. Appointments don’t mean anything, they wait until you call about your vehicle to even start on it. I’ve taken my 2021 Titan there three times to get the dome light fixed, still doesn’t work. I won’t be back.

My vehicle was absolutely screwed so I brought it in. The service department told me they were booked up for the next week but they found time to get it done three days later to get me back on the road. They were in contact with me the whole time letting me know exactly what was going on, and even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked it up.Service department is a little expensive but they know what theyre doing, I fully trust them for any big jobs in the future.

I live 3 hrs away. I bought my Juke from them about 3.5 yrs ago and they were awesome then. Maybe because I just bought a car, nope. Visited them again to get new key fob. While waiting they dropped us off to eat breakfast picked us up less than an hour later. Car was ready. Even though I asked for a couple of other things to be done it was ready. Pleasant, smiling people. When I am ready to buy another car ther is no other place for me to go. Its a bonus that Cape Girardeau is a nice clean town to visit.

I was pleased with the transmission being flushed. BUT I was quite put out when I reviewed my service to find they DID NOT replace the oil with the same weight and grade of oil that I’ve been using since purchasing this vehicle!!!! I do not understand the reasoning and called back your service department as soon as I noticed this. I spoke with the service department (specifically Sandy, who took care of things when I arrived for my appointment). She told me I could return at my convenience and would replace the oil i’ve been using. I told her it would be a couple of weeks since I was already back home in Perryville. She said that would be no problem.I was upset, Sandy told me it would not hurt my vehicle. However, that was not the point!! Why would you not use the same product I’ve been putting in my vehicle since it was new???

The staff were ALL extremely helpful and knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Never once was I pressured or rushed. This whole experience was completely stress free and actually enjoyable. The gift of a bag & a bottle of wine was is lovely way to thank your customers for their business. This place works really, really hard to give you the best customer service they can. They are very through so you know what is being done to your car and how much it will cost. Their waiting area is clean and there is always coffee or tea, as well as snacks to make the wait easier. Their WiFi is great too, so I can continue to work while waiting to get my oil changed.
