I called and spoke with Wes yesterday morning telling him I had the intention of buying a Jeep & told him exactly the one, they went ahead and pulled up and had it ready when we arrived after various delays which they were very kind about.Regarding our salesman, Wes seems to me to be a great guy who takes great a deal of interest in his line of work and like me is very sociable and excited to interact with his customers.We live over an hour away from the Dealership, but this place might be the “Holy Grail of Jeep Dealerships”, a fridge full of cold water and assorted soft drinks, a complimentary snack bar with packaged Grandma’s Cookies, Jack Link’s Beef Jersey, Popcorn, Chips, protein bars, and a coffee machine.Jeff was a fantastic asset in helping us with financing, overall great guy but they all seem like a great crew.I’d be happy to buy a Jeep from them again, we got a fantastic deal on financing through Capital One auto, and we’re recommended to the dealership by Capital One but we we’re not disappointed, we love our Jeep Renegade.In the parlance of our times, it’s truly a dope ride.Thanks Again, Guys!

The service department is amazing. They make it easy to schedule oil changes & tire rotations. Have early drop off and they call when it’s done. Typically they run ahead of schedule. I use them for all my oil changes and tire rotations and just like the family atmosphere they provide. We have purchased around 7/8?! Vehicle (I lost count) from Morlan. They never shotgun my credit & I always FEEL like I am getting a deal! I would recommend Morlan if your looking for a full dealership experience! A+

Wow!! I was very impressed by the great service I received. I’m normally not a “dealership” person for servicing but for what I needed done (trans flush and recall replaced) I thought I’d give Morlan a shot. They were so friendly and SO quick! I was shocked. And the best part, they didn’t send me home with a list of 15 other items my car needed to be replaced or repaired. Very thankful and appreciative for the service I received last week. Prompt and courteous service representative. My wait time was 40 minutes and that was great to me. The wait area was very clean. I had my grandchildren with me and there was a play area for the two year old. I was given the remote and TV guide to select educational/children oriented programs. Usually not bad but treated very poorly by customer service today. They where rude and full of excuses for being almost 4 hours late on oil change only. I would have been completely fine if they would have canceled instead of leaving me waiting. I talked with another customer that was unhappy about service too. Had to eventually leave without anything being done. Now Im stuck with a maintenance package I dont even want anymore.

So I call to buy a Jeep that we have looked at over the past year but wanted this color. Already having the money, Judy answers the phone. So I tell her I want to but this Jeep sight unseen. I tell her to reach out with there best cash offer. Judy text me with an offer $200 dollars higher than asking price. Well my wife and I have owned over 35 vehicles in 22 years. My offer was 33K. I followed up with a phone call blown away that they went up with there price to be told it’s law by her GM Shane to charge $199 dollars. I have never bought a vehicle that they would not work with you. Mind you, this is site unseen. Judy was extremely rude and disrespectful and offended our loan officer as well. I called back to speak to the GM (Shane). I could not believe they couldn’t come down on price. He rudely told me “we will not go no lower”. Unbelievable I am feeling and thinking especially since this is an over the phone sell. So after all that I was asked to put. $1000 dollars down to hold this Jeep after I already submitted a copy of the check to Judy. She tells me if I don’t the Jeep can still be sold without a deposit. I laugh in anger and said to her “I will put $100 down”. She asked the GM and they call me back on speaker and tell me they need at least $500. Well I put $300 down. I can’t make this up! There is more to the story but that’s the jist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MORLAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM THAT HAS THESE TWO INVOLVED WITH YOUR BUSINESS! Jeff Owens the finance manager is good people. This was a gift for my wife for all she has done for my family and I as I served our country and retired out of the military and she has held us all together. We have owned several Jeep’s but this was special cause of color and package. Suppose to be a great experience but I am ashamed I gave Judy and Shane an easy buy and no one worked with us! Unbelievably unprofessional staff members behind the Morlan name!!!Also they wanted a deposit after I already sent them a copy of the check from my bank.

Bait and switch warning!!!Internet ad, salesman tim tried to get me to drive 50 miles, finally admits the truck is in FLORIDA, and he could have sold it 100 times over. Meaning its been sold for weeks, but he takes the easy way out, and blames ownership, plenty of time to click and remove.I mentioned the word integrity. He tells me Im being unreasonable for objecting to the whole lying process.That went right over his commissioned based head....No wonder no one trusts dealerships....Of course, predictably, starts sending me listing 10-15,000 more than my original choice...And fyi..... when you read some of these 5 star reviews, consider that they might be salted, and planted by friends and employees

I was not planning on leaving any reviews but since they texted the link... here we go. I brought my Jeep in for warranty work on the air conditioner. I was told the repair was not under warranty because I clearly put the wrong refrigerant in the system. My Jeep had never been serviced anywhere but Morlan and the air conditioner had never needed serviced. I was told by Galen, the service department assistant manager that it would be $4000 to replace since I clearly put the wrong refrigerant in it. I was upset and he told me he did not care if I was upset because I didn’t buy the Jeep from them so it wasn’t their problem. I quickly traded the Jeep in to another lot and bought a brand new Ford. That was the second Jeep I owned and had no plans to drive anything else. I will never buy a Jeep or Chrysler product again thanks to Galen and this team. I am extremely happy with my Ford. Also note that the dealership I traded the Jeep to was able to get the work done under warranty through Chrysler.

Have been trying to get our 2017 jeep patriot fixed since its 3rd or 4th oil change. We have taken to them for oil changes and told them that it felt like it is missing out. We were told that if it missing out it would throw a code. It never did. We delt with this for 4 years with it continuing getting worse never a code. Finally they drove it and felt the same thing as we were. Today the told me that the spark plugs were bad. They changed them for $170.0. So I guess the spark plugs that it came with only lasted 9 to 12 thousand miles and needed to be replaced. Anyway so far it is running okay we will see.

I took my 09 Challenger in to have air bags replaced on a recall last Thursday. I think I was I 20 minutes late for the appointment and was greeted by the gentleman at the service desk,. I told him I had an appointment at 1:00 and he knew my name and what I was there for. He told me to bring my car up to the door and he would take care it from then on. When I pulled the car up to the door it opened, he walked out , got in the car, did something under the dash, asked me what the best number to reach was and said it would about 2 1/2 -3 hours and since I had a ride he would give me a call when it was done. I said thank you and left to go shopping for Easter. Right on the money 2 1/2-3 hours later my phone and my was done. When I got back to Moreland Chrysler the man was at the service desk. He handed me my key and had me sign a piece of paper , he handed me a copy an said have a nice day. I feel bad for putting this off for close to 5-6 years. Youd think I was going to dentist. This was absolutely pain free. The gentleman at the service desk was fantastic and the service department must have been on the ball because they were done in the time frame I was told they would be done. I couldnt expect any better service. They did a great job.

Took 13 avenger in for 3 recalls . Parked it in lot and used after hours deposit box to leave key. Good and handy feature. So when I parked the car the only light on was airbag light which airbag was one of the recalls. When I picked it up the following day the check engine light was on for p0032 which wasnt on when I parked it. I use autostart feature daily and and when I picked it up the car started but ran only a few seconds and died so knew something was up. So pulled back in bay they said the light was already on . Not saying it was when they started it but it wasnt when I parked it. P0032 is o2 sensor upstream from catalytic converter which was other recall. Convenient it came on . Also airbag light is still on meaning airbag wont deploy in accident. You would think they would have ran a diagnostic if they noticed the light and since a recall was on airbag. They may have done good work replacing converter and airbag but Im no better off and actually with a check engine light on in worse shape. Should have said to hell with the recalls. Oh they did say my front tires were bad but if I have a blow out and my airbags dont deploy at least they checked my tires

This is the second pickup I have purchased from Milan in Cape Girardeau. Mike Hammondtree has been my salesman both times. Mike has always been very friendly and excellent to work with. I purchased my first truck last summer and to find out shortly after that it wasn’t the best purchase for the type of work I was doing. After calling him back several months later he was quick to watch and notify me when they had something coming in. Needless to say I went back and they treated very good on my trade in and I’m in a new truck that I am happy with. I feel very good leaving this place both times and will definitely do business here again in the future.

If the deal sounds too good, it probably is. Should’ve taken the used vehicle we purchased on a longer test drive to see what all was wrong with it that wasn’t disclosed on the CarFax. Paid cash—wouldn’t negotiate the price. Now, this vehicle that we purchased three months ago is sitting in our driveway, leaking oil, needing a $1200 repair. Just disappointed. Do your research folks! And, if it sounds to good...

Apparently they have no qualified mechanics on site. And they will direct you to another Chrysler dealership if you have an issue with your vehicle.Response:  Jason, thank you for your timely response, but please allow me to help you understand the situation.  We are in fact long term customers of Morlan Chrysler of Cape Girardeau.  And yes, although we did purchase our current vehicle from another dealership, we have patronized your local business for many many years with numerous service and routine maintenance contracts for all of our vehicles.  But apparently our loyal patronage is not enough to earn any goodwill  from your organization.  Hopefully this helps you understand my frustration with this current situation.

I had an open recall for the airbags on my vehicle. I scheduled a nine oclock appointment with the service department, I arrived early and was immediately assisted, my vehicle was taken back and repaired. I was quoted two hours for the repair but it only took an hour. The staff was professional and courteous through out this process.

Was interested in a vehicle, told them I was coming and kept in contact with the salesman. When I arrived to purchase it I was given the keys and told to go into the salesman’s office so we could start paperwork. Moments later I was told the vehicle was no longer available because different people put money down. I was never even given an option to put money down. They had known this but did not have the decency to tell me until I traveled 45 miles just to go to them. They then tried to sell me a lesser quality vehicle with stains all over it, that was even more expensive. This was at the preowned lot. A terrible experience, ruined my day, lost my business forever. Don’t waste your time.
