They have reasonably priced vehicles and their warranties are great. I had a vehicle that I had to wait on and they kept me updated during the shipping process. I recently made my second car purchase from Coad Toyota, very happy with my experience. I originally contacted online and Sarah helped me get the process going and was very friendly. She got me setup with Courtney who was with me most of the day and let me mull over things a bit. Buying a car is always a lengthy process, but at least at Coad Toyota I know they will always be super friendly and I do really feel they are good to their word when it comes to information about warranties and service. Ill be back when its time for an upgrade.

Our experience at Coad Toyota was fantastic! Our minivan broke down during the chip shortage and there were very few options for new or used vans in the tristate area. Most dealers were selling “wholesale” quality minivans at exorbitant prices. Even though they only had 1 minivan on their lot, they priced it very fair! Ask for Mike (who was a refreshing change from the typical condescending salesman type) and for Alysha in finance who was a joy to work with!

We were on our way through on an 18 hour road trip. There was no time on their schedule for the repairs the error code indicates. They reset the code and advised what to do Once we got home and watch what it was doing on the rest of the trip. They waived the normal computer fee and helped us out! I did have a pretty great experience with them. They were casual about the sales thing and didnt push me real hard to buy a car super fast and I got a really good deal from them. Brought our car in because another dealership said we had a major issue with our car and we needed to get it looked at. Apparently the other dealership was just trying to rip us off. Promptly 30 minutes later one of there wonderful front desk girls calls us to tell us there is legit nothing wrong with the car and there will be no charge because of it. I came up there to buy a battery.The younger man behind the service desk was so rude and hateful to me , over 2 cents. He grab the 2 pennies was Sarcastic and said this is to confusing just pay the 69.98 all I ask for was to make it an even amount.I was already upset because of my battery and then my husband just pass 4 months ago.He treated me like a piece of dirt .

The vehicle that we purchased was used, but Coad Toyota preps their used cars before sale, another mark of a reputable business. I will not return to this dealership. I had my car towed with it being stuck in 1st gear with service engine lights on, on a Saturday night. On Monday I had to stop by to find out about the car. Later in the day they said there were no emergency lights, no codes, and there were no computer images to tell them what had been wrong. They said they tried replicating the condition to no avail. I picked up the car on Tuesday or Wednesday and paid a bill for their efforts. On Saturday I was shopping with people in the car and it happened again. I drove stuck in 1st gear across town to get it to them without shutting the car off. Their diagnostic is a laptop...not sure why they couldnt come to me ...they found a problem and fixed that on Wednesday based on the computer code from Saturday. No credit for the previous bill; no explanation of why the computer isnt recording problems when it should be. We were told that they were sorry that we werent happy with their service and it did not matter whether we ever came to their dealership again. This was not our first experience with this dealership but it will be our last. They are not a customer friendly dealership and seem to think they have a monopoly in the area.

Thank goodness he was near our home but 200 miles from his. We had it towed to Coads and even though all their appointments were full they quickly checked it and found leaking hoses and a dead battery. They were able to get it repaired by closing. I went to get oil change and end getting new battery as well. Coad claimed that cause my car was 3 years old the battery was bad and they confirmed it with one of their trusty devices. What they didnt know was that the battery was brand new and I had just purchased the 3 year old car. I took the bad battery to two different places to have it checked and both places said it was a good battery. I also took back to dealer where I bought my car and they showed me paperwork verifying that the battery was just replaced. Maybe because it was a Lexus they figured I had money to give them. I would never go back to this place again and if they say you have a part it will be in your best interest to take that bad part with you and have it checked out

I dont even want to give it 1 star. My 89 year old father bought a new 2018 Tacoma. They have thei advertisement for free maintenance for 1 year. He went 76 miles to get his last oil change with an appointment for his oil change. 1 1/2 hour later he asked about his truck. Thet couldnt find it or the paperwork. Needless to say when he found his truck...he left. No apologies. They sold their truck!

I brought my car in three weeks ago with the check engine light on. I paid for service and a part thought the problem was taken care of until yesterday the check engine light came on again and now I am sitting in the Toyota service department waiting again for them to fix a problem which probably shouldve been fixed when I was here three weeks ago. It is been my experience hear that They are not thorough and competent in the maintenance of the Toyota vehicles from my experience. I also recently had my car in for an oil change and check up the vehicle in total. The next time I had it in for an oil change 5000 miles later they told me my brakes were about to go out. Now I could be wrong here but it seems to me the problem did not occur overnight and was likely a problem when I was here before They just did not check the problem. Dont recommend the service department

Unfortunately 2016 dealt our family with several serious car accidents. I totaled a Yaris in April and a Corolla in December. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that the safety features and air bags saved my life in the December accident, possibly the April one as well. Long story short, my family and I feel safe in them and will never purchase anything but a Toyota. After the Corolla was totaled, we were worried that purchasing a new vehicle so soon after we had just purchased one would be a nightmare. We had only owned it for a few months and we were under water on the loan. Owen Vanderpool and Steve eliminated our concerns completely and helped us get into a 2017 Camry without any stress at all. The cash back incentive we received helped us cover what we were under on the Corolla loan and we could not be happier with our Camry or the service we have received. We plan on purchasing several more vehicles from Owen in the next several years (not because we plan on wrecking them, but because my husband and son both need a vehicle). My father and stepmother convinced us to go to Toyota because they have bought several cars from them and we are very glad they did. Great job!!!

My wife laughed when I told her I was bringing my camry here. She refuses to bring her prius there after the horrible service, rude service manager, and total lack of safety they had. She was right, the service person lied to me while making the appointment and while dropping my car off knowing it wouldnt be ready when promised. When I went to pick it up, they hadnt even started on it and wouldnt until the next week. If you want great service, want to deal with honest people, go to marion toyota.
