I was in a little fender-bender a few weeks ago that crushed my rear bumper and hatch. The insurance company of the other party recommended Kempthorn Collision Center. I was taken well care of from the minute I walked in to the the minute I pulled my car out yesterday. Bernie was informative and gave me all the answers needed and followed the timeline he gave me. My car looks great. They even detailed it more me. Awesome. I would highly recommend Kempthorn.

Very friendly staff! I asked if I could come back any time to come grab my things from my car and with no hesitation welcomed me to do so. I was offered another box from them to put all of my junk in because the one I brought wasnt big enough. I was helped out to my car with my extra box of stuff. I cant say enough great things about the Kempthorn group in general. They always treat you like family! Cant recommend enough.

I was recommended to them by Geico after I was in a car accident. Everyone there was super friendly, helpful, and professional. They called for my rental and made sure it was there, kept me updated on the status of my repairs, and when they would be done. My car looked fantastic and they went above and beyond and cleaned the entire car inside and out. I would recommend them for sure! Great service and great people!!! 5 out of 5!

Nice, spacious collision center. I did not see them repairing things, but the office is larger than most body shops that Ive entered. It is so large that I couldn’t even hear the sounds that one normally associate with a body shop up front. It was peaceful and clean.The service has been great to this point.

Most unprofessional auto service ive ever used. Took my car in what feels like forever ago and been told that it would be done. Yet here I am writing a review because its been almost a whole month and they keep pushing back my date for when im supposed to pick my car up. Absolute waste of time, energy, and my money. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, NEXT TIME I WILL JUST DO IT MYSELF AND SAVE THE STRESS.

They did a great job, even did some extra work I wanted done beyond the insurance coverage for a very reasonable proce. My car was super clean after. Very happy with my experience.
