I just got my 2020 Honda Civic back from Eli and its like I was taking my car out for the first time again. He cleaned it to pristine conditions and fixed my busted bumper and trunk perfectly. My family and I have been coming here for a few years now. Eli and his family/team is awesome. He’s done everything from oil changes to body work and now detailing for our cars. It really helps that he’s familiar with my insurance so he was able to work with them directly to fix my car after the accident I was in. His work is always done well and his prices are decent. He’s the only mechanic we go to. He breaks down everything with you, even going so far as to show you personally, when work needs to be done to your car. I was experiencing an unusual noise while driving my car so I took it here to get looked at. They accommodated me right away and identified the problem within a couple minutes. They also let me know my brakes were getting close to needing replacement, and quoted me at a very fair price for all the work to be done. Within 3 hours I had new brakes, rotors, and the noise issue I was experiencing was also resolved! Overall great service and very friendly and accommodating employees. Eli was great to work with, he took care of everything with the insurance, car rental, and any questions I had. I also had him fix an older dent on the car and the price was amazing. Definitely the best auto body shop around whether it is for quality, budget, convenience (one-stop shop!), and time. Highly recommend and will take my car there for all other services.

I was a regular customer there, they were decent with me, but today I found something wrong.They convinced me - there are issues with my car, I did not do my car maintenance for long time, bcoz of current situation, anyway long story short- they replaced list of items which I thought its okay to replace when I looked one of item is Battery- thats totally unfair, thats kind of cheating- I replaced my battery less than 2 years ago, now- this guy replaced when the battery is working, its pure cheating- End result- I wont visit there again.Update - I never expected reply, since you replied, let me give further update - Before I went to your shop 1-2 months ago, my brake was okay- it was not making any noise, then you convinced me my break was in dangerous condition- I should change. Last week. I noticed- brake started making noise. Now, plz tell me why my break is making noise....

Pretty disappointed. Got a sticker in June on a used car I had just bought, I SPECIFICALLY asked them to check the tie rods and ball joints. Clearly they didnt, just had to replace tie rod ends on both sides. Thankfully the steering was floaty, because of that i had it checked at a different shop, the parts were smoked! Good job with the safety inspection🙄

Rob wasted no time, he pulled the car in, brought the window into the office to show us exactly what went wrong & did a quick fix to hold the window in place & keep the car warm & dry until we can take it to a glass place or Lexus .. great customer service! I got on an accident with my honda. my sister recommended this shop to me because she got good service before. Eli was really nice and helpful. He offered me a cheap car rental while he’s fixing my car. the fixing took a little longer than expected but he did not made me pay for almost half of the car rental which is really nice. He also waxed/shine the inside and outside of the car, it looks really clean. I would definitely recommend him to people who’s in need for car assistance.

This has been one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had with an auto body shop and I normally dont leave reviews! Eli is the absolute man and his staff members are amazing. My car hydroplaned amidst all of this COVID chaos on a Friday morning and Eli was sure to have a truck out to get my car ASAP. My car ended up being deemed totaled and he was extremely helpful throughout that process. I have since brought two BMWs to this shop for pre-purchase inspections and Eli was able to catch some serious issues that I never would have known about (leaking valve cover gasket not apparent from the engine bay, a leaking diff seal, and also a turbo leak!!). Id like to think that PPI saved me thousands of dollars... Very grateful for this crew! Can not thank you guys enough (:

I needed to get my bumper replaced after i was rear ended in an accident and this was the first place i went to since its pretty close to where I live. From day 1 Eli has been a pleasure to work with, knew right off the bat what needed to be done with and made the whole process as simple as possible. Upon picking up my car it was nicely cleaned and repaired like new. I stopped by Canton Auto Service to scheduled my appointed to replace a front light in my car (the other two places told me 1- wait for 2 1/2 hours, 2- come back tomorrow).By the time I finished my complementary cup of coffee (the coffee machine is in the waiting area as well as ice cold water in the fridge) my car was done. Needed extensive work done on the rear body of my car and did some research and this place had lots of great reviews. I went in, spoke with Eli, he put on the magic touch and 2 weeks later (work was being done because of a car crash), the car was good as new. His communication is impeccable and himself and the team gets the job done. Even referred both my parents there to get work done on their vehicles.

We came to Canton Auto new to town and brought our cars in for inspection. They took us in immediately and inspected both of our cars thoroughly but quickly. I had a suspicion one of our cars was not running well for a while, undiagnosed by our previous mechanic. Eli nailed the problem down, gave us the full breakdown without a single ounce of pressure, and did the job well, all while keeping us informed.Our other car was new, Eli told us he was worried about the brakes. I called the dealer I got the car from and inquired and they shrugged me off. 1 week later my brake light came on and I made the dealership handle it, although I would have rather had Eli. This guy is a car genius and a gentleman.

I found out today that they lied to me the first time I brought my car in. My first time there was for an inspection. I was told they passed my car even though it needed new front brakes. They told me to bring it back soon. I did. I had a year of squealing brakes. I brought the car in several times to check the brakes. I was told that with the ceramic pads there would be sound, but I should wash them off. Today, I brought the car somewhere else. The just one year old pads have eaten my rotors. Also, brakes are not part of the state inspection. After spending nearly $1K on the brakes last year, Im spending another $350 on rotors and pads this year. Good-bye.
