YD AutoBody Inc has been amazing after my accident. Mike and Bob are very nice, friendly, professional, responsive and accommodating for their customers. They made the process for repairing my car as easy as possible and have really gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. They have good working relationships with Enterprise for car rentals and other local car dealerships. They volunteered to help me get an earlier appointment with my dealership to address a check engine light in my car. I am pleased with the repairs made on my car and my car looked brand NEW when I picked it up!!

I have visited and needed service there three times in the last five years and each time they have always provided extremely professional service . Very customer oriented and people friendly.Each time I visited for any auto body work my vehicle has been washed, waxed ,vacuumed, detailed and my tires and rims are shining when I pick it up ! I can’t make this stuff up , and simply can’t say enough about this place ! Best in the business period .

I had my car taken to the shop because it was located a little more than a mile from my house. I got into a minor accident and the car needed to be towed there. The car needed a new transmission and the repairs were completed in a timely manner, I think about a week. My car was Returned to me in immaculate condition they detailed the outside and the inside. Staff were very professional, I will return for some additional work

Staff were professional, communicated well, and kept the service quick and easy and safe, which was nice to see in light of the COVID-19 restrictions and safety protocols.

My car was handled through an insurance claim after I was hit. There was excellent communication through the insurance and YD so I did not have to worry about anything. Also a rental car was brought to me at YD so I didn’t have to go get it and I dropped it off at YD when it came time to return. The best part was though, that my car looked great AND they cleaned it inside and out! I was so surprised! It looked great!! Awesome service for sure!

I Recently had my truck repaired at YD auto body for a minor accident I was involved in. They completed the repairs in under two weeks and were very straight forward throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the detailing done on my truck. Ten years old, it looks brand new again. Exceptional level of quality, service and professionalism. A lot of corners could be cut, they cut none. Impressively thorough. Level of communication from management was perfect. Genuine, good people who take a lot of pride in what they produce. Very reasonable price.

They perform outstanding work. My whole care looks new again. Apparently they also do a full detail of your car as it it was shinny new inside and out. I highly recommend this place for all of your autobody needs.

My car was clipped on the front end driver side (front fender had some deep scratches and a dent in quarter panel) after my first-ever minor fender-bender, 2 minutes from my job (annoying). I love my 2014 Honda Accord and just wanted it fixed ASAP with a reputable shop. YD was one of the car repair shops on my insurances preferred list so after looking at other reviews online I gave them a call. They were the first place I tried and Im very glad I did. The whole process was effortless. Not only did they fix my car within a week and match the midnight blue paint exactly, my car was washed, waxed and vacuumed and dust-free when I picked it up. Note to everyone reading this: detailing comes standard whenever they do any body work, amazing. Mike was courteous and receptive and Bob was easy to communicate with by email and in person. They obviously care about what they do and I appreciated it so much. I would definitely 100% recommend them to anyone who needs body work on their car.

YD Autobody was suggested from my insurance carrier and Im glad that they did! I needed my passenger side mirror replaced and I was on the fence about replacing the entire piece or just the mirror itself. They buffed out the scratch on the back of the mirror which made my decision easy for me and I only had to replace the mirror. They were so helpful and didnt try to nickel and dime me. From dropping it off to picking it up, I was never there more than 10 minutes. They are very quick and attentive and also very nice. They also washed my car and vacuumed it out so that when I picked it up, it looked brand new again!

Ive had two vehicles repaired here. Service is unmatched, prices are fair, and each time the car looked like new. They even put Paw Patrol on the TV for my son while we waited. Great people.

I recently had both cars worked on there one after an accident and I was impressed with professional courteous service. They did as they said! Once one car was done I was so pleased I had the other car touched up. Extremely pleased.

These guys are simply the best. Over the years, theyve helped us out with everything, from making a car that was essentially totaled look brand new again to repairing minor fender benders and scrapes for extremely reasonable prices. They are professional, accommodating, and go out of their way for us every time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I picked up my car on the day that was promised! When I got into my car, it smell s new because not only they fully washed my car but they also cleaned the inside and WOW... I was so guilty. I felt like I neglected my car. the smell is so fresh!This is surely the place to bring your car to heal! I pray that all drivers will be accident free but if in case you get into drivers who are not so extra careful, this is the place for your car! Thank you YD!

YD Autobody turned a very poor experience with another shop into a great one! First, our Nissan Pathfinders undercarriage (radiator included) and bumper were damaged when we hit road debris we couldnt avoid. After having the car towed to another shop in Canton that AAA recommended, we spent the next week trying to get a straight answer about our cars status...until that shop told us that they couldnt do the body work, and that we should have it towed to YD. That was great advice! Susan in the office arranged the tow immediately, contacted our insurance, and kept us up-to-date with the cars progress. Not only did Mike give us clear estimates on the time of repair, but he then overdelivered by getting the car to us before a weekend rather than after. The shop did a great detail on the cars interior and exterior -- even cleaning the tires! They also surprised us by taking our Enterprise rental off our hands when we went to pick it up, saving us a trip. Bottom line: if you need a repair within 50 miles of Canton, this should be your first stop!

We made a big mistake by going here when we were in an accident and the other persons insurance company recommended this shop. The repair work was horrible initially and we had to fight with both the repair shop and the insurance company to get the job done correctly. Another local shop actually helped us with the insurance company (free of charge) so that we could prove that the repairs were not complete. I do not think that this shop was honest and they tried to take advantage of my sister with out completing the work on her car.
