Have you ever wanted to experience the worst customer experience in your life? Well, look no further! Come to this Sherwin Williams at a noon on a Sunday.Sarcasm and passive aggressiveness aside, went in to get three gallons of paint for a scenic design project. I go up to try to get a sense of what my options for finishes are. Barely an audible response. The gentleman working at the front desk hardly acknowledged me, and doesn’t bother to explain anything to me. He lists some options (doesn’t bother showing me or pointing at any references) I select one randomly. I show him the paint cards. He told me to “read them off”. I said sure.He then says “I can’t make these paints”. I ask why. He explains they’re out of extra white base. This itself is fine. I try to work with him to get a darker color, but he says he doesn’t know what he can make. I’m ok if the system works based on him inputting a number, but he could at the very least tried to be a little more helpful than that.After a lot of struggling, I decide to just get one of the colors. I ask him to make the purchase tax exempt, and he says “he can’t do that”. He says it’ll take a week. And that only his manager can do it. I know this is a tricky task sometimes, but the way this was handled was just so infuriating. No attempt at being helpful or understanding whatsoever. Zero.I’m assuming this is just the case of a very exasperated and tired staff member, and I hope this review doesn’t get him in any trouble. But this was the most miserable I’ve been in any retail store in the history of my three-ish decades being alive.
Great customer service...above and beyond expectations
The team was so nice and courteous, I stopped by to get paint during a snowy day and they carried it out for me and helped make sure I could safely transport everything.
This was my first visit and received fast and courteous service.

My only experience of Sherwin-Williams is this store. Helpful knowledgable people. I also like the large display of paint chips. Your color range is great.
The staff over at the Cambridge Store (Javavier and Jonathan) I highly recommend because of there politeness, product knowledge and reliability. Folks those are the guys to see if you want the job done right the first time!
