So easy to rent from Public Storage - online set up, easy move-out. Was the easiest rental unit I have ever had. Andres was so nice and friendly when we moved out. Very happy with my experience here!!

We had a great experience storing our belongings here for several months while we searched for a home. They checked in with us when they were on site and while we were loading and PS made vacating really easy and straightforward. Definitely would store here again if needed.

Everything went very smoothly! They called me to make sure that I was understanding the application process and if I had any questions. The lock was all ready for me in my locker when I got to my locker on move in day. The gentleman also called to make sure everything went smoothly after I moved my stuff in which it did. When I got there to pay my bill. It was locked. Hours posted M-F 9:30-5. Called to make payment wanted to charge over $10. Finally talked to someone she was rude and told me this storage office is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Nice they didnt have to notify customers or change the sign on their door

My second review. After 2020 and all the Covid-19 dysfunctional year we have all experienced Public Storage has stood out as the most positive company of the year for me. Alex and his team have bent over backwards on the maintenance of my parking spot and have made a difficult year a better place for me.

I’ve been with this public storage for a few years now and they’ve complied to me wonderfully things got a little tough moneywise and they help me out and lowered my rent a little bit with the Covid and everything you know the very friendly people the guy who lives there right now I forget his name is wonderful good guy asset to the company that’s for sure professional down to business but very friendly and very helpful

If I could give a 6th star I would.. My mother and I have been using them for about 2 and half years now. I have NEVER had any issues with anything. Recently I had to downsize my moms stuff and move into a smaller unit and the service I received was so painless. Even was able to get her into a unit in the same building so I did not have to ttedge the snow!! Everyone I have met working here over the past 2 years are all very kind and compassionate. Id recommend this location to anyone!

I would like to give this place a 5 stars! Lauri was so awesome! I originally asked for a 20x10 storage unit, but as soon as I informed her I only needed the storage unit for a month, she immediately told me she could get me into a 30x10 storage unit for less money due to a special they had going on. Lauri was so friendly and helpful and I cant thank her enough for making the process so simple and for saving me money! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I also want to mention the lady working at the Savage Public Storage location was extremely helpful as well.

Nice place when you need storage.

This place was great! Walking in, I was greeted by Laurie. She is probably one of the friendliest, most down to earth person I have ever met. You could tell she wasnt there for the money, she was there because she loves to interact with people and bring smiles to their faces, which is hard to come by now days. Upon first arriving, since I had reserved online, she brought me straight to the locker that I was going to be renting to make sure it was gonna work for me. After that, everything was explained and I was on my way. She was very insightful and answered all my questions without a problem. As for the facility, its very well taken care of and you can tell it is managed very well. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and they should definitely make sure Laurie is there.

As an active duty service member, Joann made renting a unit fast and easy. She was very professional and friendly. I can easily access my things when Im back from my orders and can rest easy knowing my items are safe. I highly recommend this location.

Their website is down constantly. Can’t log in to pay my monthly bill. Called there national number on a Tuesday morning because their system would not let me log in, and was somehow patched through to the “office manager” at my storage location. She proceeds to tell me that there is no IT person and their “headquarters” that can assist me. Said I can pay by phone but there is a service charge assessed. Unacceptable.This is the second time this has happened in the 6 months I’ve rented from them. I will be moving my property from Public Storage and will never rent space from them again. With the number of storage facilities available, I would warn you not to rent from this company. They try their damndest to get free and penalties from you at what ever cost.Also, measure your unit. They advertise sizes and the units you get are smaller. By at least a foot in both directions. Buyer beware.Peace out

I rented a storage locker here for over a year. While it was the right size for everything I needed to store, everything about this entire place turned out to be a NIGHTMARE.Before renting a storage locker, I was informed by Jessica that there were working cameras on the premises as well as them doing a walk through of the property three times a day to ensure that it was secure. Turns out that isnt true AT ALL.There are NO WORKING CAMERAS ON THE PREMISES. Their three times a day walk-through is not done all of the time. Many storage lockers have been broken into. Including mine, not once but twice. Did they call me to inform me that my brothers tools worth thousands of dollars were stolen? No. Did they call to let me know a $300 collectors firemans helmet and my grandmothers jewelry from the late 1800s to the 1940s were stolen? No. Not one call or email to inform me that my stuff had been stolen out of a locked storage locker. And dont get me started on their insurance program. It doesnt actually exist. Unless you have receipts for hundred year old heirlooms and other things, along with serial numbers... A police report does no good nor does the insurance coverage you pay for.Upon multiple visits, I also noticed that the gate was stuck/broken open multiple times. Why do we need a code to enter if everyone has access? Public storage is right... Its definitely PUBLIC. Everyone has access.I spoke with Mr. Gardner, area supervisor over the district manager, and he informed me that the bill would be taken care of when I informed him that all of this occurred amongst informing him that when I went to close out on the locker when I was no longer using it, their online way to end services did not work. Leaving me owing on a locker no longer being used for two months. Now, I have Allied Interstate LLC, a collections agency, calling me 17 times a day over a bill I was not and am not accountable for.DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to store my stuff (used for about a year). Lauri was super awesome at helping me pick the right locker and always provided the best service. Lockers were in great condition and easy to get to. Payment was easy (auto pay and used online services), lockers were reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful experience and would suggest this location to anyone needing storage. I sold my house a month before I was able to move into the next one and got to take advantage of the $1 for the first month deal. Everything was just the way I left it a month later and Lauri (the friendly person at the front desk) was extremely easy to work with...she really made a stressful process seem easy!

Overall great place. I reserved a unit online, when I got there it wasnt quite as big as I was thinking, so they let me get a larger unit and still gave the the discounted online price. Also, it was great that the first months rent was only $1, the staff was also very helpful and friendly.The only sort of downside was that there were a couple of fees that werent prominently displayed on the website. When checking out their website gave me a total move in cost, but left out that they require insurance ($11 / month) and you have to buy one of their lock cores ($20) that will really only work if I rent from Public storage again (unlike other storage places that let me provide a regular padlock). Im sure those fees were mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but it would have been nice if that was listed more prominently.Even with that I still give them 5 stars.

Poorly maintained self-storage. You have to get out of your vehicle to enter gate code. Snow was not cleared from doors making inside hallways to storage units very slippery, multiple light switches were loose and half hanging out of the box, ceiling sheetrock was starting to fall in several places. Might be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for...

I often have gone to public storage but this time is very unique I was serviced by a pleasant helpful young lady Joann, who is very patient, Im one of these old folks that uses my phone mainly for talking and get stuck when written anything on technology. I very much appreciate the time she has spent with me!!

A few days ago I stopped in and spoke with Joann about the whole moving process since I’ve never done it before and she walked me through everything I needed to know and also helped me find the right size and sent me to the location closest to me so I didn’t have to drive so far I would highly recommend public storage and this location and people there are awesome!

The facility manager, Lauri, was quick to provide exemplary service. She also provided me with local movers to locate and to relocate my storage items. I was concerned with the pricing on this facility after the move in deal ended abruptly, but decided to continue to store my items with Public Storage because of the inviting atmosphere provided by the property manager. I would recommend this facility to others!

A few weeks ago while going to open my storage space I mistakenly locked my keys in my car as well as my phone. I went to the front desk for help and Lauri who was working at the time went above and beyond to help me. Since I had hardly any numbers memorized she let me use her tablet to get on my facebook account and get a hold of someone who was able to bring a set of spare keys. It was a frustrating situation but Lauri helped save the day. It was a fantastic example of great customer service!

Heather was extremely helpful and made my move in so easy. Shes always extremely upbeat and keeps that property looking beautiful! If you need storage this is the place to go!
