Ive used Two Men & a Truck twice now, once for a large move and again for a smaller move, and they were fantastic both times. The moving team was courteous & hard working! Thank you!

I would never recommend using this location. The service was terrible. The movers damaged several items. I made multiple attempts over months to file damage reports for reimbursement and the company ignored my calls/emails and refused to cover what they had damaged. I had also paid for the extra damage insurance before the move so as far as I could tell, it was a scam. Do not use this company.

I feel so lucky that Justin, Josh, Tyler and Blake moved us out of our 20 year home to a second floor apartment. They worked so hard and were so professional even though the job took longer than expected. Highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and this team in particular!

I thought my movers themselves were excellent - they were on time, courteous, hard-working, and fast. They treated my belongings with care and everything arrived safely. I wouldve given 5 stars, but I thought it was ridiculous that they charged a $200 transportation fee or something on top of everything else for driving 9-10 miles. Besides that, I was generally satisfied.

The three young men that moved the furniture were very polite and professional. They worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend the company to anyone moving.

I needed to move out seven heavy pieces of furniture (along with refrigerator & oven) for a new floor install ... the two guys were very professional, polite and showed up on time. I need my furniture moved back into the house, Ill be requesting the same two guys to move everything back into the house!

Awesome group to work with from beginning to end. I was very impressed with how they wrapped everything, and were so very careful putting everything in the truck and in my new house. Not a scratch, dent or mark on anything. They made numerous trips to the basement and all rooms putting everything exactly where it went. Two Men and a Truck helped take a very stressful day and turn it into something much more manageable for me and my family. From the initial appraisal, to asking questions, solidifying the contract, and the actual move, they were very helpful. I would definitely use their moving services again.

They moved me from MN to TX. They didn’t wrap my customize furniture and their truck was leaking rain. Whole my coaches came wet and dirty. Mattresses had holes exactly the place that they lift them and obviously lots of dirts in their corners. Broken kitchen dishes and frames. I wrapped all of them individually and the worse and shocking part was my 65 inches curve TV has been broken and TV technician believes it has been dropped. Have they cared? No. STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you work hard to purchase your home stuff.

I cant say enough good things about our experience with Two Men and a Truck. A crew of four showed up on time, loaded up our 4-bedroom house in St. Paul, drove to Maple Grove, and brought everything into the townhouse quickly. Start to finish, it took three hours, way less than we expected. The bill was way less than we expected, too. The loading crew worked hard and fast, and were cheerful and friendly the whole time. I wouldnt consider using anyone else.

I was moving some furniture to a storage unit and was worried it wouldnt all fit. The movers got everything loaded into the truck quickly and did an expert job at packing the unit to ensure that everything would fit, even taking things out to reorganize it. I appreciate that they put in the extra work to get everything in there. They were both really nice and helpful.

Two capable men showed up, did what was needed and got the job done. They were careful with the bar I needed moved and placed it where I asked. They were within the timeframe upon arrival and there were no hidden or additional costs beyond the quote. I will use them again.

I chose to go with a moving company as I have a back and leg injury that left me unable to do the work myself.They came highly recommended by my parents, my boss, my realtor, and my contractors. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience.A team was booked for 8 hours on Monday, June 28th to come and do the packing. First, I had been told that there would be no travel charges, as they were located in Burnsville and so was I. I was charged $71.25 for travel. The team of 3 packers were at my home for 3 hours. I was working (from home) during the time they were there. When they left, it was discovered that most boxes were not labelled, and we had to open several boxes to find items that were not supposed to be packed. These included my pet’s travel kennel, cleaning supplies, and medications that I had been told would not be packed by the movers. Upon opening the boxes, it was noticed that many boxes were half full (I was charged per box used). Boxes containing glass had the items not wrapped in packing paper. I called and asked if upon the next day’s return to move the items, if they could re-pack the glass in paper, as well as re-tape the boxes (I did not have packaging tape). I was told that the company was primarily a moving company, not a packing company, and that packing was done for speed, not quality. I was not prompted by any of the packing team to sign for completion of the day’s job.The following day the team came back to move my belongings into the garage of my new house (due to renovation). They broke my desk (I work from home) and took the broken piece back to their shop with them. They also broke the globe to one of my lamps and left me to sweep up the broken glass. I was emailed a damage report. At the end of the day, I was asked to sign for completion of the job and authorize payment of $1,831. As I had not been told differently, I assumed that was the total for both days.The following day additional charges were charged to my account for $71.25 (the travel I had been told I would not have to pay) and $913.25. I called on 07/02 to ask what these charges were for and was told they were for the 3 hours of work performed Monday! Almost $1,000 for 3 hours of work, which was not performed properly! I was never asked to, nor did I sign authorization for those charges. I was also charged time and a half labor for Tuesday. Because boxes had to be repacked with paper and were supposed to have been resealed (they were not – just folded shut) it took the crew longer than 8 hours to complete Tuesday’s job. Had they done the work properly on Monday, I would not have had to pay the time and a half charge for Tuesdays extended time. I was not happy to be charged for what was essentially their failure to do the job correctly the first time.After taking the piece of broken desk back to their shop with them, I have never heard from them again. I tried contacting a supervisor, with no luck. I also wrote a letter to their customer care team on July 2nd and have never gotten a response. It has been over a month, and I have been completely ghosted. They still have the piece to my desk, so I couldn’t even try to make it work. I had to buy a replacement, which was $770.39. In total for the job, including my replacement desk, using Two Men and a Truck cost me $3,585.89, for a job that was not performed satisfactorily.The crew themselves were friendly, just not careful. Some of the conversation I felt was inappropriate (one of the movers commented that my twins, who are 22, must smoke marijuana, because of their age, and that he knew because he also was 22. That was weird.), but overall, they were friendly.I cancelled the second job, where they were to return and move the items into my house. I had to hire other movers for that job, which on short notice then cost me $2,600. The entire move ended up costing me $6,185.89. My lamp can’t be replaced. My desk is gone. And despite my attempts to contact them regarding these issues, I have had no luck or reply.Per my experience, I cannot recommend Two Men and a Truck.

We had South St Paul lined up to move us on August 2nd. Burnsville showed up with 3 men. We were not told that drawers had to be emptied, they would not move picture, mirrors, televisions. They would not take the freezer with anything in it. They agreed to take our deck furniture but did not and to call in 2 more drivers. I was going to have new carpet installed in my upstairs and all of my belongings had to be moved either to my main floor or to my garage before it was done. The first team that came out was very nice and efficient. They got everything they could on my main floor and just put a few items in my garage. (The first team was so nice that they even took their shoes off while they worked on my indoor stuff since I had just had new hardwood floors put in.) The guys here for the first move said they worked the day of my 2nd move and that I could call the office and request them to come again. I did that, but the second day they did not come. The new team was kind of a nightmare. They didnt have shoe covers and wouldnt take their shoes off which was upsetting with all my new flooring. They marked up all my walls so I have to have my painters come back and do touch-ups. Right when they got here I expressed some concern over some of my stuff that my grandpa had built, etc. The one guy just said were professionals and we know how to handle this stuff. That was proved incorrect when he dragged my box spring against the ceiling pulling off a bunch of texture when trying to get it upstairs. I had to tell him how the others had moved it. They also knocked a clock off my wall while moving things. Then they showed up with no tools. The first guys had taken the beds apart and the dresser. I dont know if they thought they would magically reassemble?? Then they were asking me questions about it. The first team didnt share anything with me. I had no answers to their questions. They had to call someone out with tools in order to finish the job. Finally they damaged 2 of my items. One was a small cabinet that didnt mean much, but the other was my big dresser and mirror. This is a heavy wood dresser I had emptied. To me it looked like they either slid the mirror across the dresser when they were putting it back on or they tightened it too much. Someone came out today and repaired the dresser, but I can still tell it was damaged. Its very upsetting to me. So youll kind of take your chances if you go with these guys. You could be lucky and get the first team I had or you could be not so lucky and get the second team.

I had intended to have furniture picked up to be delivered to a local charity organization. However, upon arrival, the movers, David & Sam indicated, based on their experience, the charity would not take my furniture. They explained the disposal service that Two Mend and a Truck offered which when I made the reservation, was not offered. By just taking my furniture away, they saved me a great deal of money! Both Sam and David were polite, and extremely efficient. Im moving my household in just a few days and I have requested this team to work with me again as I was very impressed! I have and will continue to recommend Two Men & a Truck!

A lady called me to tell me my quote from Brooklyn Park, MN to San Diego, CA was $13,000! Are you kidding! I told her no thank you and she abruptly hanged up the phone.

The guys worked very hard and were very careful with my furniture. They worked in the pouring rain within a time limit imposed by my building manager. I could not have asked for better service.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was absolutely superb. We had used them years ago and they were great. This time, the same was true. The office staff (Anthony) went out of his way to make our move as painless as possible. He organized everything (including last minute changes) and the move went off without a hitch. The move crew (Charles, Ryan and Wyatt) were great. They were efficient, effective and polite. They worked tirelessly for the entire day and made the move a complete success. The costs were reasonable considering all that was involved. We would not hesitate to use this firm again. I highly recommend them.

We recently worked with the New Brighton team moving out of one house to another which was supposed to be the same day. Due to some issues with our closing we got delayed multiple times and had to have our stuff moved to storage at the last minute. The team was able to hold our stuff for us and get us worked in the schedule last minute to get our stuff to us as quickly as possible. We ended up working with multiple people and all of them were fantastic.

I decided to go with Two Men.They showed up on time, with courteous employees to pack our belongings and load the truck. Xavier lead the team and was very good at what he does. Packing that truck was an artform!I was more than comfortable watching him drive off with my lifes belongings, knowing hed meet us at our new home 1200 miles away.Same for unloading.. Xavier arrived on time, and the crew unloaded quickly but carefully.So happy with our decision to use Two Men. Worth every penny! They genuinely cared about my things, and followed through with what they said theyd do. Rare these days!

Careful and efficient, these pros do a great job!

There is very little value for what this service costs. On top of the $180 an hour I was charged a travel cost (which had not previously been explained) of $137. That travel cost doesnt include the time spent driving from one move site to the next. So I was charged double time, in essence, for the drive from Bloomington to Inver Grove Heights- which took a very long time because the huge truck (which was unnecessarily large for my 1 bdrm apt move) couldnt drive any faster than about 55 mph. The two guys who moved me were very nice, polite, young men but were not efficient. There was a great deal of time spent standing around planning or arranging how to position my few possessions in the over sized truck. In speaking to the men, it seems there is no motivation for them to finish the job quickly as theyre getting paid hourly. Overall the cost was ridiculous and I did everything humanly possible to make the move as fast as possible, including working with the men the whole time. Not worth the cost- lesson learned.

Just completed a small move from a house to apartment. Calling to set up the move was easy, and I got a quote (with a range of time) on the phone. On move day, I had calls telling me their ETA and the two movers were the best Ive worked with: courteous, professional and super-careful ...wrapped the dining table & buffet in plastic to protect it, which other companies hadnt done. In the end, cost came in at the low end because they were really efficient too. Would definitely use them over other local movers.

Very polite and professional gentlemen that completed my move. Moving is stressful, and Two Men and a Truck helped take away some of that stress. My cost for the service was well worth it. I had a stressful situation with changing a closing date with less than 48 hours notice, I was able to call up Two Men and a Truck and get a moving date with very little notice. Was able to get through the process in under 10 minutes. From there the actual move experience was great, honestly I was bored! Well stressed and bored, but we closed on two homes in the same day and we couldnt have done it without the help from Two Men and a Truck.

Ive had 2 great moving experiences with Two Men. They take great care of the furniture, are extremely efficient, know great little tricks to make things go easily, and are very polite. I was not looking forward to moving my moms stuff out of assisted living during COVID and a really hot day, but our crew showed up early and got the job done quickly.

If you hire this company to do a job beware. Do not allow the movers out of your sight, and leave nothing valuable within arms length. They will attempt to separate you from your valuables while the other employee looks for items of value. Be careful.

Great company to work with. We had to delay the move by one day and needed some extra moving items. They were outstanding in adjusting for our needs. It rained the day of the move and the guys went out of their way to make sure everything stayed as dry as possible. Price was very competitive. This was the 3rd time we have used them and I recommend them to our friends.

The two men who came were efficient and delightful to work with! They set to work with competency and obvious experience. The whole job was done in 2 hours which amazed me! The moving team called me 10 minutes before their arrival time to let me know they were on their way. The guys were courteous, quick, and careful with all of our stuff. Not one bump or scuff on the walls! They were great and made our move easier.

Here is what I wrote two months ago. This had zero follow up from the owner. I was never contacted again, other than the police department. Terrible company with employees who steal. Do not use this company! I was also told by corporate there would be an internal investigation and the owner would contact me. I never heard from them again. Beware of a third person showing up “because they were in the neighborhood”. If you use this company, follow the movers into every room. My experience from scheduling at the last minute, and changing the preliminary date for my move with the admin team through the notification of arrival time and the actual move was smooth, professional and extremely well done. I would highly recommend this moving company and in particular, the two young men who did the heavy lifting for me.

I have used Two Men and a Truck for over 10 years to do all the moving for our company. I used to shop around for the lowest bid, but there is so much more to consider. I like that they are a local company. I like knowing that I am talking to real people that are just across town. The office reservation system makes it very easy to set things up. The movers are always on time and are pleasant to work with and to talk to. I have no need to look elsewhere. I have an amazing working relationship with my local Two Men and a Truck movers out of Burnsville, MN. I have referred them many times and would not hesitate to do so again.

The 2 men and a truck company customer service representative lied 100% about how professional, respectful, careful, and compliant their workers would be on my scheduled moving day. Unfortunately for me they were not. They movers arrived at my home without mask and shoe covers. I clearly informed them also I had cancer. The customer service representative had reassured that this company also had a policy in place for Covid19. Before the job started the workers was complaining about doing the job correctly amongst eachother. They did not check the service order that I requested. They proceeded to pack my labeled packed fragile items in boxes in a superbox carelessly and reckless. I am sure some of if not many of my my fragile items are broken; due to the way they was just carelessly tossing my boxes around. The movers basically start moving my personal items like they where working at a dump site. They began to move smaller lose personally items I did not ask them to move. The movers proceeded with moving other random items that I did not give them permission to move. One of the two men was disoriented and not organized and had to be redirected several times. Needless to say due to time constraints and the sloppy job the men were doing myself, daughter, and my son had to help them with the move. We where moving my own items, boxes, and furniture like we were 2 Men and a Truck and a Mom and Her Kids Company. At the end of the move majority of my property was just thrown off the truck and dump on my patio and in my front room mainly. My tv was damaged they broke pieces to 2 dressers. The left the dresser mirror posts behide also my 3rd leaf to my table. When I did a walk through at my moved out location there were about 15 boxes and small furniture items that were not packed on the moving truck due to the fact the movers had not made a correct choice to move my home properly. The movers decided to take unnecessary items versus the items that were already packed on the truck; which left me feeling distressed and disrespected. At the end of the day this company was overpriced and not nice when it came to me as a customer. I would not recommend this company unless you need a junk removal service versus a moving company.

Moved over labor day weekend. We have an EXCELLENT experience with the crew they sent. And the time estimate from the office was spot on. I went with 4 men and a truck and they finished w/in the 4-6 hours promised. Fair pricing, too. The movers were over and above polite, courteous, and very professional. It was a sticky humid day -- and they just charged right through the whole move w/out a complaint. I even had to insist that they have some of the bottled water we set out for them. I have used this company in the past for family members and was very pleased then. WE WERE VERY PLEASED with this experience too. I was super impressed with the team that showed up to move our large furniture to our new house. They were efficient, professional and adjusted their team and plan as needed to get the job done. I would hire them again and recommend Two Men and a Truck!

The estimate is always charge more. Ive used them for two moves. They arent any better or worse than anyone else. Furniture will get damaged and walls dinged, but in my experience it has been fairly minor. The kicker is that both times Ive used them, the truck took a lot longer to travel than it should; and youll pay for that extra time. Both times the delay was so long that I called the office to make sure they werent in an accident. Both times I found out that they 1.took the scenic route, 2. Stopped for gas/food. Be sure to negotiate a fixed fee for the drive time...

Buyer beware! They bill for four guys and send three, destroy your furniture and refuse to pay out on the insurance they sold you to cover such things and, as incing on the cake, tell you its all your fault. Nothing short of fraudulent. Nystrom Moving and Good Stuff moving are WAY better alternatives - theyll do what they say, and do it with integrity.

Unfortunately, I am having to give a one star review. My stuff was loaded into the truck, then it was taken back to offices and loaded into containers. The load into the truck went wonderful. The problem happened when loading my stuff into the container. Upon unload of container, myself and guys unloading noticed my king size mattress was dripping wet and molded on the bottom 12 of mattress. No boxes were wet. The bed was obviously placed in water (probably from rain) when it was being loaded into container. The Colorado office who unloaded containers were kind enough to dispose of my mattress and file a claim with corporate.Their insurance states they will replace damaged items with like kind and quality. What they dont tell you is they DO NOT DO THIS. They depreciate value of item. They are only allowing $1445 payment on a mattress that cost me $1699.99 plus $125.37 tax. This mattress has only been slept on for 6 mos a yr for 3 years. Now I am having to come up with $400 out of pocket to replace a mattress that was ruined because of their gross neglience.

Two Men & a Truck did an amazing job moving me. They were very friendly and professional and were very careful and gentle with all of my belongings! Wrapped furniture which was greatly appreciated and took the time to make sure everything was were it needed to be given I had them moving my stuff to two locations, my new home and storage space! They moved me in just 3 hours, amazing! My move was easy and stress free because of two men & a Truck and I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone!Thank you Two Men & a truck!!

I highly recommend this company. Bryan and Antonio moved us across town on a very hot and humid day and they never once complained. Instead, they were so positive, courteous, careful, efficient and had a great sense of humor. Our estimator was a little under so they had to work 2 extra hours and again they were so focused and stayed on task. I cannot recommend this company enough and they are very lucky to have Bryan and Antonio representing them so well! Thank you for making our day stress free!

I used the Burnsville, MN location of Two Men and a Truck when I recently moved. I was recovering from surgery during the move and the experience with this wonderful company could not have been better. Not only were the 3 wonderful gentleman much quicker than the quoted timeframe, but they were very kind, helpful, offered caring words, and placed items I needed in ways so I could have easy access without lifting a thing. I felt they went far above and beyond their duties to help make my move as easy as possible with my situation. Two Men and a Truck are the only moving company I will ever use and will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs moving services.

This was my second experience with Two Men and a Truck and this one, like the first, was awesome. The company was easy to get ahold of, clear, honest, reasonably priced, and the movers were very pleasant young men. They were fast, yet clearly quite careful with my belongings, and made sure they knew where to place everything, I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was fantastic. The customer service was great. They called to confirm appointment, called when the truck was on the road, they wrapped all items, they protected the carpets against the snowy mess, after completion of the move I received a call asking if everything had been satisfactory- answer was yes, I was happy.The “Two Men” were friendly, efficient and respectful. We had one pickup but two delivery locations. It went perfectly.Two Men and a Truck will be my first call for any local move needs. This was not my first usage of the company, I am a repeat user

Two men and a truck were able to schedule me in on a short notice for a move out and they wasted no time on the move. It was obvious that the crew had loads of experience and they worked enthusiastically and efficiently. They managed their time very carefully and billed me in 15 minute increments very fairly. I already hired them again for another project! If you want a hassle-free, fair price, I would say to make them your first call. The men who arrived were friendly and were receptive in listening to what I told them I needed moved. They were aware that one of the items was sentimental to me even though others may not see why it would be. I appreciated that they were careful in moving things and always focused on the job. Very conscience and professional. Deserved a tip and got it!
