The folks working in the service department at Flow of Burlington were incredibly accommodating prior to, during, and even after the service work performed on my vehicle. Matt was very helpful and calming to make me aware of the type of work and explained the warranty coverages. Once it was discovered the issue with my car would need more time for repair than a few hours, they secured a loaner vehicle so I could return to my job. Even after the repair, Matt was good to explain the service rendered and what to watch for in case my work might be needed.

Mike Thorne and Mark Manning facilitated a deal that was worth an 11 hour drive. I recently purchased and certified pre-owned Volkswagen Tiguan with Flow Burlington. I had a lot of support buying the car and they even worked with me over the phone to do forms and paperwork since I worked in another city. The day I came to purchase the car I was only in the dealership for two hours. They had my car cleaned and ready for me. Adam Miller and Jessica Turnquest were very helpful and informative during the entire process and it really made me feel comfortable as a young adult buying a car on my own. When I went to tour the car days before purchasing the check engine light came on and I was told the system just needed to be reset because they were not able to drive the cars as regularly. By the time I came back to test drive and purchase the check engine light was off. Less than 24 hrs after leaving Burlington with the car I got a check-engine light, I took it to a Flow in my city and they told me the battery needed replacing. Luckily Flow gives you 3 months of bumper to bumper coverage and I did not have to pay for it. It is not a good feeling to have to take your new car to get looked at only days after purchase and be informed of something I wish the dealer would have told me before I purchased. Hopefully the transparency increases for the next buyer.

I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester at Flow in Burlington. From beginning to end, they made the process really simple and were flexible in letting me come in for a test drive. I was never worried that she had forgotten about me, as has been my experience at other places. I let her know my budget, and she was respectful of that and didnt try to sell me cars out of my budget. Lori also facilitated me getting the interior updated which, originally, was a light colored cloth. I chose to get black leather instead and couldnt be happier. I have 68,000 MI on my car now needs a timing chain ,camshaft, some kind of springs and bearings. Volkswagen says everything is with intolerance when I had brought it there two times before and now all of a sudden I have all this wrong. Thankfully I purchased a third party warranty that is covering just what is wrong. the dealership says it will not fix my problems and it will happen again. But the third party warranty I bought is doing nothing to help me diagnosed or prevent the problem from happening again theyre even charging me for an oil filter when they have to do it anyway. They just tell me everythings with intolerance so they dont cover anything but yet my car is broken and I need major work done. Problem is not with the shop. I still believe Volkswagen as a company should help me out a little more with figuring out what is wrong with my car and doing everything they can to prevent it. Not sure if Ill trust Volkswagen as a company again. But I will buy from this dealership again..

I had glow plug light flashing and check engine light stay on. I called Flow of Burlington they set an appointment for drop off. They provided me with a very nice loaner car. I dropped my car off Friday and picked up Monday. A very well run service center. I couldnt ask for better service.

Clearly there is a reason why this Flow has so many great reviews.I live in NY and wanted a specific car and saw that they were selling it. Im always willing to travel for great customer service and as soon as I got on the phone with a rep I literally felt like I was dealing with family. I dont take that lightly, and Im not being dramatic. I had to choose between driving 3 hours to Connecticut for the car I wanted and driving 8 hours for the car I wanted, and just from speaking on the phone with the reps, I decided to drive all the way down there lol.I spoke with Lori most of the time, and she made the process so easy, and we got just about everything done by phone. My mom came with me, and we dropped the rental car off at the airport and she picked us up from there. We just did the final test drive, signed papers, and was on our way. They didnt waste my time, which was soooo appreciated, and seriously, everything was so easy. Ive had to do the car buying process several times, and this was the easiest. And they are SOOO NICE AND FRIENDLY!! Not just Lori, I also dealt with Jessica in the financial department, and two others by phone, Mike and one other woman.Anyway, yeah, they have my recommendation.

STAY AWAY! Liers! I was dealing with them on a Jetta S. They told me they had it in stock and I was ready to buy it today. But they ended up NOT HAVING THE CAR! They were trying to make me buy a Jetta SE which is thousands of dollars more. The Sales men was very nice at first but became really rude. Then they tried offering me a Jetta S in a different color that I didn’t like. I drove almost an hour with financing in place ready to drive off the lot today. I’m so disappointed they wasted my time. BUYERS BEWARE!

The Managers checked in with us to make sure all was going well but did not try to force the deal. I would rate our experience one of the best vehicle purchases I have done.

Bought a new VW Atlas here. Great folks to work with. I’m from out of state and was able to talk back and forth a lot on the phone negotiating the deal. We settled on a price I was happy with and when I came to pick up the SUV, I got nothing but excellent customer service and greetings from all the staff. The salesman even spent over an hour with me going over all the features and making sure I understood everything. Glad I did my business here. No regrets.

Definitely recommend this dealership and recommend working with Jonathan! Helped me out a lot and when it was time for signing it was quick and easy!

Matt Johnson is by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with!! The staff as a whole are very professional and accommodating! My wife and I recently visited this dealership to get a repair estimate on our 2015 VW Tiguan. Four hours later we drove away in a 2020 Tiguan and are very happy with our decision. It is a MUCH improved vehicle and we really are delighted with our new car.I want to send a shout-out to Jeremy Fullerton our sales rep who did a very fine job and also to Brooks Powell the finance manager. They both were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Neither put undue pressure or any other hard sell tactic on us. It would have been very easy to walk out at any time but for us and in this situation making the trade was the right thing to do. We received a fair price for the trade in and were extended a fair offer on the new car.Really I have to say that everyone at this location was pleasant to deal with. This is the fourth purchase from Flow Automotive but the first one in Burlington. Every time we have bought a car from Flow it has been a good experience. So to close I have to give this dealership and our experience five stars. I think you can expect a similar experience.
