(Not Recommended). From the moment we stepped in, the man who helped us judged our ability to purchase the car we requested to view. I am in the military and my wife is a real estate investor who buys and flips multiple properties per year cash. That shouldnt matter, but based on wearing casual clothing and driving by in a loaner from the dealer where my actual car was being serviced at, the employee acted indifferently when we requested to view the car. This is very different from the treatment one would expect at any car dealership where people are eager to show features, open the car, and test drive. Instead, he watched us stare through the window of the car for a while, and we asked to view inside, only then, he went and got the keys to open it. Once we asked to turn it on to hear the engine, he said yes but wait, and allowed us once he got in. He didnt explain anything about the car, just looked at his phone and didnt pay attention to us. It seemed as if he thought I would take the car (note my wife was still outside and I wouldnt leave her). He said since its a special car he wouldnt let me drive it unless I liked the price. Honestly, this was inappropriate judgment, and horrible treatment, and I could have bought the car cash, but prefer to go to another dealer who will take care of my questions and show me the car as expected. Anyone buying a dodge hellcat, would want to see the car, hear the engine, and drive before purchasing, and we were very professional with all our conversations.

After going to Greg Riordans in Marysville and souring the taste of dealerships working on my vehicles my wife brought our Dodge into this kar mart and had excellent service from the front desk all the way back to the maintenance theyre warm welcoming and very very kind to my daughter and during our maintenance they did not try to sell us a vehicle unlike Greg reardon of Marysville I highly recommended them For any of your service needs they also beat the price of there competitor for the maintenance that was performed I can say this I will be buy my next truck from the

Bought a new 2021 pacifica worth 50k. Drove over an hour because they were the only ones that had that model in stock. When you spend that much money you would expect at least decent service. I will say the ladys running the insurance service were very nice. We spent most of our time with them when we already had insurance and let them know multiple times. We never got to look at the vehicle until we signed paper work. Which weve never done before. Once we got the keys the whole car was dirty inside and out. Also the gas tank was empty. When we asked if we could get a full tank since we drove an hour to get this car the guy helping said only if you give me a 5 star review. Lol what a joke of a dealership.

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them and trusted that they were honest about anything wrong. We were wrong to trust. So many relates needed that were not disclosed to use that we have had to have fixed. Repairs that should’ve been caught and fixed during their used car inspection. I would not recommend buying a used car from them.

Found the vehicle I wanted in their lot, and Joevanni helped me out a lot. Im from Bellevue area and drove all the way to Burlington because they had a dodge challenger I was VERY interested in. And through a few discussions was able to get into the Dodge Challenger that I wanted at the price range I was looking for. great help would recommend to anyone in northern Washington area. the only thing I didnt like is that they didnt fill up gas(car only had 16miles range left on it) and the tires PSI was at 26 on one tire and 28 on two tires which they didnt even fill up air, when the vehicle was showing tire PSI when you start the car up. It may be my fault for assuming they woulda done it for me but after I signed the documents and got into the car and saw they didnt do anything I was kind of irritated.

Did subcontractor work for them for 4 plus years. New used manager guy takes over, refused to talk to me, ignored all calls and emails. They wont respond to the fact they owe me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I was replaced, but never spoken too about it, or even told I was no longer needed. Just intentionally ignored. Because thats how COWARDS DO BUSINESS. From the pictures... it looks like they brought in an illegal paint booth. Also notice all the yellow drums... Dept of Ecology has been notified.

I took my 2004 BMW here looking for a truck. They did not show me any trucks. They did show me a jeep an one really small Nissan Sentra. I took the jeep thinking I was getting a new jeep but instead They sold me a one year old jeep renegade with over a 100 miles on it. The display also had more then 300hrs of run time on the jeep on top on it all the jeep was missing floor mats an information for the registration. You dont get registrations you get a copy. I got pulled over the day I purchased it an was told by to state patrol that it is not a valid copy of my registration. Not only did they sell the jeep to me they sold it to me before they cleaned it to me. They lied to me an told me I got to pick a color an what not but they did not show me any. As soon as I left KarMart I had to go to les schwab to get three of the four tires fixed an still have tire problems among other things. I took it back to them the next day an they told me they cant help me. So all in all this is not a place to get anything done or to buy a vehicle. They dont back any of there products they sell or have them up to date on the maintenance. Anything they say is a lie never going there ever again.

Sam and Susan were wonderful! I had only had my previous car for a year and so like most, I was upside down on my loan. My car was a great little car, but just a too small for my needs. I wanted something with a few more bells and whistles and would give me more space for my family. They quickly and easily got me into a brand new Jeep Compass and I LOVE it. They worked with me on getting out of my current loan, into a much nicer vehicle for only dollars more a month payment-wise. Melissa and the service department people worked really, really hard with the warranty company to get our repairs covered so we could get our Jeep fixed. Pretty average dealer, which isnt saying much given how bad dealers are in general. My used vehicle purchase was low pressure, but thats probably because I overpaid and then I found several undisclosed modifications from the vehicle, some of which were illegal in Washington.Talked to someone after the fact who used to work here and they said they had to leave with how toxic the culture was with fleecing customers and cutting corners. Take your business elsewhere.

They say bad credit loans. Not truly the case. Make sure you have bank statements for three months or you’ll get denied and a bonus hard inquiry on your credit report. I even offered a 50% down payment. They lost my business. I’ll just buy a car for $15,000 elsewhere and outright. Their loss.

Typical used car dealer trying to pressure you into something you dont want and paying a price you cant afford. Glad we left and bought our Jeep at the dealer in Oak Harbor. My wife got all the options she wanted for a 5k cheaper than KarMart. Would not reccomend shy people or first time car buyers here as they will put you in something you probably cant afford. Do your research!

First off, I have bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze from Chevy! Go check out my review ! So me and my girlfriend went in to purchase a jeep! So we put money down and they ended up changing the 6.7 rate to 14 cause they messed up on the paperwork to the bank, and they finally dropped it back to what is should have + 16$ , but after the whole hassle and dealing with Jake the Snake we got a full refund they literally took 1 and a half weeks to refund our money made us come back repeatedly only to tell us the accounting went home and couldnt cut the check, it took 3 attempts ! We will be gladly taking our money money back to Chevy in anacortes

Changing my previous review after allowing me to believe I was approved for this vehicle and coming all the way from olympia to provide employment verification which I have plenty of income and telling me no need to bring another vehicle they leave me and my wife and 4 year old stranded here and still havnt recieved my down payment back. These are horrible people stay away from karmart if u know whats good for you every one else seemed half way decent however their finance manager was a rude idiot he just cost them atleast 15000 considering I was trying to show him my investment account to purchase the car out right. Not the car I returned in since it was a jalopy they tried pawning off on me. I was going to offer on another vehicle nope he didnt want to see it. Until they get rid of him I wont be back.
