Ok store but location is awesome

Just got done shopping with my gf at UO. The only downsides were that some of the high school kids don’t know how customer service works, and you never know if something will stay in stock the next time you visit or be rotated. Other than that, it was a supremely pleasant experience. She tried on some heart shaped lingerie and band tees, while I checked out jeans and jackets. Then we headed upstairs to the clearance and snagged some steals that were over 75% off, like a Columbia rain jacket (totally waterproof) for like sixteen bucks! Finished out the trip by taking a tour down memory lane in their “adult games” aisle, ended up purchasing one more copy of Simon. Highly recommended!

Total trash. Employees are rude. Dehumanizing. Discriminatory. Calling my lawyer.

I took my daughter here to do some holiday shopping. The staff was really genuine and friendly.

Typical Hipster wares for the young at heart, from unique artisan made clothes, fashion accessories, gift items and home decor, with an aloof sales staff youd expect for the planned ambiance of a shop for this specialized customer demographic.

So I didnt know urban outfitters openly endorsed witchcraft. Interesting to know, and now I know where not to spend my money.

I dont know what happened but the staff were not easy with us. We were shocked from the store manager who was very strange when she jumped on us while paying with an associate. I feel they are not happy to work in this store. Don’t go to this store..

Very friendly. Went to return some shoes I bought online. Everyone had masks on and we were able to shop and look through some clothes. No fitting rooms which is understandable.

Nice clothes. But, when I went there today they had closed an hour earlier than expected. It says 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and yet they had the doors locked at 6:00 pm, and the workers where just chatting at the counter doing nothing.

First time today (January, 6) and last one.My daughter wanted to go there but the staff were rude and was not a pleasant experience. We didnt get any help and when we arrived at the cashier they were not helpful and rude. We were the only customers in the shop but now I know why it was empty.

People were wearing masks...not crowded.

Nice place to get vintage items where some the items are difficult to find nowadays. Very unique style of clothes and a very friendly staff always there in your customer needs.

Staff were helpful in locating items requested on the floor for my daughter who was looking to put outfits together for school. Nice shopping experience and I liked that they could give the discount for online sale items.

Pretty good experience! I found a few neat little items for myself & a gift for someone. The selection seemed a little slim compared to other UO stores, but it was Black Friday! The staff were helpful & nice.

If you want to be a true hipster then this is the place for you! Clothes, records, accessories and more to make you feel ike you were living in the 80s and 90s with a modern twist! Plus this place is two stories so that means that you can do more shopping on two levels! Lots of stuff to look at and purchase. Friendly staff and a clean store makes this place a must go!

They always have awesome new stuff! If you need a unique gift for someone (or youself) this is a great location of urban to go to. Like most urban locations though, if you want to try on a pair of shoes its a whole ordeal and it usually takes a while to track down an employee and wait for them to go in the back and find your size.

Its not my go to shopping spot. Thought the stuff was over priced for the name. But they have pretty cool stuff iguess

Not a very helpful salespeople, they are just walking around and chatting with their coworkers. I asked if they have a boyfriend Jeans one girl said they only have a girlfriend Jeans and she will help me after helping the other customer, but she actually didnt help anyone and just passed by in front of me. In the end I found the boyfriend Jeans but NOT the girlfriend jeans. I dont think I will ever comeback here.

I love the selection of some items. I wish there was a better selection for women.

Super helpful employees in the store when I shopped inside. Also another day I called in to ask if they had a shirt at their location &they were very fast to find what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Its a cool place to buy stuff you probably had the real one of when it came out 20 years earlier. Or if youre 16 the place you go to buy revisited fashion thats new to you

Stuff there are just too expensive like for examp a beanie there is literally 20 dollars but its a good store

Its an Urban Outfitters if youve seen one youve likely seen them all. The girls that work there are nice and the service is great but its all stuff you expect nothing over the top.

Stuff is a bit overpriced; as for the customer service- young people as in quite immature and not too concerned with anything but themselves.

Cant justify the prices. Very cheaply made clothing. Buttons falling off, tears, thin material and poor quality. Similar to like forever 21 or H&M yet like 4x the price. Would not return!

Very misleading. They had signs all over their store saying Items Sale Up to 70% off but when I asked them about it they said that the discount is for your whole purchase. Then when my mom asked them they said that the prices have been marked already. If that was the case, then was it necessary to post the 70% discounts?

Very nice, modern and avant-garde store, but with very high prices. The attention of the staff was very cordial and friendly.
