Great customer service, love those 3 ladies, they are so friendly and helpful a big THANK YOUUUU!!!

The woman at the cash register was so INCREDIBLY rude!!! I went to a SalonCentric store in West LA with a friend of mine to buy color for my hair. So I was happy to find they had a store by my house. I looked up their website to make sure they had the color that I needed, and they did. When I went to the store to buy the product, the woman at the cash register asked me for my membership card. When I said I didn’t have one, she very rudely said they only sell to professionals. I had no idea, but she acted as if I was some sort of criminal. Their website doesn’t say anything like that and I went with a friend, so I thought it was open to the public. It is in a strip mall that looks like it’s open to the public, so I thought that it was. She grabbed the product off the counter and threw it down and gave me a very dirty look. Then she eyed me the entire time I walked to the door, making sure I left. Really?!?! I didn’t know that’s how this place works. But she didn’t have to be so rude about it! Horrible woman! Probably a miserable mess.

They should make it clearer that this place is for professionals only. I took timeout from work to come here only to be told I can buy anything. Frustrating.

This place is a joke! Every time they have promotional prices on their products, they suddenly dont have the product in stock, yet its in stock the day after the promotion. Very frustrating dealing with their games.
