Large lot with tons of parking. employees are friendly and helpful. prices are reasonable! my coworker gets her hair dye here and we were able to find hair trimming scissors and also clearance OPI nail polishes!

Wow do I regret walking into this store. Manager arbitrarily invents policies, refuses refunds, and makes up that “credit card machine” isn’t working. No social distancing or respect for CA guidelines. The products are also lousy. It is absolutely shocking that this place has any business given how rude and lousy the customer service is

Twice Ive been to this location and they dont have the product Im (still) looking for. Was there last week and was told, it will be here.., I went back a week later only to hear..oh it didnt come in..maybe tomorrow..grrr..who knows? Sigh.The customer service is pleasant, the girl seems to be extremely knowledgeable about hair products (as she should be:).
