There was a nice lady with a face mask on and she gave me some useful advice and information when I asked her about turning in my old phone for credit and other things. Her boost mobile store was unique with stuffed animals on the shelf. Ive been to a few different boost mobile stores and this one is pretty small. But we went in and got out quickly. The transaction went great and so far so good today. Though when calling the phone number to the store, not sure if she was busy but she doesnt answer the phone a lot. Not sure whats that about but I did manage to reach her by phone around 10am-11am. Glad that this shop is really close to home too.

The lady was friendly and quoted to activate $10 plan for $20 as shown Boost Mobile website but the guy was very rude and asked me $ 45 to activate the same plan. Its the same store but each person asked the different charges. WHY ??? What the guy tried to do was definitely ripoff. If you really need to go to this place, please dont go when this guy works in the store. Otherwise, you will be very disappointed and mad.

Dont waste your time here! , I bought a phone and it stopped working after only 2 weeks, I came to see if they could do something about it and the guy that works here was very rude and didnt care at all , just told me to call customer service and they charge you for that

The place is ok if you are just going to make a payment or get service for the first time but if you are having a problem with your phone, this is the least recommended place to go to. They will most likely not find the root of the problem and the only option you will get from them is to buy a new phone. It happen to me in 3 different occasions where I needed help and they couldnt help at all. I felt like my 6 year old was helping me.

I recommend this boost mobile to anyone. They have the best phones available. They have great helpful customer service.

The first time I walked in this store it was an ok experince when a woman helped me open my account at Boost mobile. That being said yesterday was one of the worst experiences Ive had at a store. The man who was there was just rood and acted like he hated his job. I walked in there with my kids, and from the moment he saw us, he was rood, and moody. They have this toy right when you walk in there provided for the kids to play with. So, thats the first thing my kids started doing, as i waited for this man to help me. He was on the phone, probably speaking to another customer so I let my kids know they had to play quietly, and they did. This man gets up and asks me very roodly if Im there to just pay my bill. I tell him yes, but before i could tell him I was also there to switch my phone number to another phone he cuts me off and tells me I have to put my information on a piece of paper thats located on the counter, and sits back down at his desk, and continues to talk on the phone. I saw no pen and paper anywhere, as I was looking for a normal sized paper. I then ask him where it is because i dont see it, and he rolls his eyes and says Its on the counter. So I realized he was talking about the paper that was the size of my pinky, and the pen that was nowhere near the paper. After this he gets back up and just extends his hand to recieve something from me as to assume Im just giving him my payment. I then tell him that I have a phone and want to switch my phone number to this phone, and he looks at me like he has no idea ehat Im talking about. He asks me what do you mean in a really rude way, so I explain to him I just want to keep my existing phone number on the new phone I brought with me. So then he says they charge $30 for that, and I said ok. He then sits back down at his desk for the second time without really telling me to wait or hell get back at me, as if ignoring me. At this point I was ready to walk out, but decided to give him one more chance. My kids were still sitting down playing with this toy provided, and it makes noices that I guess this man doesnt like to hear because every time he heard them he would give mt kids an ugly look. As soon as one of my kids got excited about this toy and said yes, he gets up and says ssshhhh to them. This was just it for me, and had to tell him I would just come back another day. He was rude, impatient, and just has no customer service skills what so ever. This place should have a sign outside letting people know its NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE, and the toy provided is just to LOOK AT.
