AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. Dropped by the place last week to purchase a new cellphone for my daughter. The female employee at the store showed me phones, which looked okay. When I asked the price, a male employee walked into the store and told me a RIDICULOUS PRICE. Today I bought the SAME PHONE from other shop at the HALF price he suggested me. Seriously this is a not pleasant at all. Poor service and the employees have very bad communication. I didnt check the Google reviews before I visited the store and regretted it. As the previous reviewer mentioned, this store is targetting helpless Korean elders who have 0 knowledge about what they should buy and have 0 knowledge about the actual price on the market. Visit there only when you know what youre buying and have 0 other options.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I’ve come to this store for most of my phone needs. However, I’ve run into quite a few problems with this place recently. Before reading the reviews about the scams, I’ve purchased an iPhone 8+ and iPhone 11 from them (both supposed to be brand new). iPhone 8+ unexpectedly shut down and permanently turned off. There was no known damage and it was only 2 years old. Harry said he couldn’t help me fix it or replace it so I ultimately bought a “new” iPhone 11. I receive an email from verizon this past week that their audits show that I actually received a used/refurbished phone, not a brand new one like I paid for. I called Harry and he refused to acknowledge it without even asking for my number, phone serial number, or account info. He said “just ignore the email.” Currently trying to handle the situation with Verizon. This location has many elderly and non English speaking customers and I hope that they haven’t been scamming them the same way.

They are running scam. Nathan Kim/ Harry Kim buy iPhones from ebay and then after 3 months open false claim to get the money back and selling these phones at store. Watch out they are the scammers and selling stolen phones at there store.

Beware from this shop. Harry Kim who has a ebay id name nathan8282 buys iphones from ebay and then after 2-3 months create a fake claim on paypal to dispute the item and get the money back. They are in business of cheating people and then selling those phones at there store.Watch out from these scammers and thief who are in a business of cheating.
