Dominic helped me out when I came in for a new phone. He was very helpful and patient. Went above and beyond. Recommended a better phone than the one I was originally looking to get. Then stayed a little after closing to make sure I had all my data transferred to my new phone. I love it, havent had any problems, everything from the old phone is on the new one. No more glitches or frozen screens or keyboard. Thank you again Dominic!

I had the best experience I have ever had. Prior to coming here my husband and I had went to 2 other stores. We had 3 lines we wanted to transfer over and without hesitation they helped us and told us what to expect upfront. Other stores were telling us we had a 4 hour wait time if we wanted to transfer data over to our new phones and they kept trying to sell us on other plans not needed. 😒 Dominic, fida, and jorge were super knowledgeable and helpful!!!! We opened three new lines with them and everything was awesome!!!

Worst sprint store I call to ask if they had a phone in stock and made me wait 40 minutes. If you come here you take for ever even if you just want to pay your bill or have a question. Looks like the people that work here doesn’t even know what there doing. Sometimes I wonder why I’m still a customer!

I went here and they took forever to get my brother and I our phones. The dude working seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and didnt ask his supervisor for help, causing us to have to wait longer. There weren’t even a ton of people in the store. There was only my brother and I and another couple. The supervisor was nice and she seemed like she knew how to do her job but would come out for 10 minutes and then go in the back room.If you want to just get in and get out then this is not the place to it.

Worse sprint customer service ever. Went to add lines to my account and they were disrespectful. They acted like it wasnt even when I had to bring my new phone to show them. Manager was rude and took my phone and started going through it and peel off the plastic that was covering the phone before asking permission. Overall.. bad sprint store. Wanted to get his employee number to call corporate.

2yrs ago:I have no idea why you folks say you received such horrible service. EVERY time I go there, I receive excellent service! Just went there again today and every single sales rep was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and very professional. I highly recommend this store again as they are consistent with excellence. Thank you Sprint. Thank you employees of the LaPalma store. You guys are fantastic! :)Sorry to say, but, kind of makes me wonder about the attitudes you take into the store. Hmmm?Mind you, I do not know any of these employees, therefore, my opinion is not biased in the least.July 25, 2018:Time to upgrade and as ALWAYS, absolutely outstanding service. I went to upgrade my phone and waited for almost three hours (only 3 customers ahead of me and four staff members). Long story short , when the sales person gave me the totals, I noticed that I was getting charged for an insurance protection, I told the sales person that I did not want to get the insurance on the phone and suddenly the sales informed me that not only their system was down but also on sprint network and they could not sell me the phone. I stepped outside the store and called Sprint to check if it system was down. For my surprise the customer service on the phone indicated that was not true, I asked to speak to a supervisor and have them call to this store to verified why they could not sell the me phone if the system was working. There are liars at this store. I requested to file a formal complain against the store and no one has following up with the issue. Worse experience ever. Very sad that they dont realize that thanks to all the customers they have a job.

Horrible Experience! Bought A LG G2 For Cyber Monday, Went To Pick It Up The Next Day And Had Nothing But Problems! Already Had Paid Online And Yet They Still Charged Me Again At The Store, Their Computers Were Having Problems, And The Manager Christina Seemed As If She Had No Knowledge Of What A Manager Should Have! The Appointment System And Customer Service Is D- At This Store!!!In Store Employee Agreed With Me That I Should Of Just Had The Phone Shipped Instead of Picking it up (Less Trouble)And Then The Manager Christina Said she would call me Tuesday And Nothing! Show Up Today Wednesday December 4 And Shes Not In, Was Told she would be in around 12 noon so i show up and nothing, Now shes in a Managers Meeting! 5pm and im still waiting today Wednesday!If a manager is going to be making sales and saying shes going to call back new customers then she should keep her word! or else let the sales people handle the sales, so unprofessional (no call, no follow up, no show, no nothing)!!!BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, GAS, WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD TRYING TO SIGN UP WITH SPRINT EVER!!! Worst service Ive ever gotten, especially after getting great help from a Sprint store in Ellensburg, WA. I brought my own Samsung Galaxy s8 with SIM card installed and asked for help unlocking it. They referred me to call customer service on their store phone to unlock it while they chatted away with each other. Everything was fine until CS found my phone wasnt registered yet and asked a store rep to come onto the phone with him to help register it. When I turned and asked he wants to talk to one of you guys can someone come over here? They looked at me blankly and asked for what? To register my phone and unlock the card. What card? The SIM card. They refused to speak to the CS rep and said they have no idea how to register a phone. The CS rep was shocked and had no idea what to do from there but have me call Samsung support. Clearly these folks have no idea what they are doing working at a Sprint phone store. Dont go here if you want legitimate help with your phone.

Two of their workers took 20min breaks at the same time, I waited 20 minutes for some help and there was only one guy at the desk, you could hear laughing in the back room while there was a line of people waiting, after waiting 20 minutes the guy behind the counter refused to help me when I just wanted to know if I was eligible for an upgrade, I didn’t even want to upgrade yet, I just wanted to know if I could and he refused to let me know. Go elsewhere if you can.

The most terrible thing ever, I never thought I’d be writing a review but this unfortunately has to be heard, I went in this store to make my monthly payment and the supervisor took it and handed me my receipt, My sprint payment confirmation email was never received and I come to find out my payment wasn’t taken! When I called customer service they told me I had to go back to the store where I made the payment and they would help me fix it well I went and the guy that took my payment a few days ago was there and said he would fix the problem in 3 days and had me call customer services and ask for an extension for 2 weeks so I did and he said he’d give me a call we’ll,,, tomorrow is my due date on that extension and I haven’t received one call or email I’m just so frustrated and worried because I really don’t need to be going through this!! Where’s the trust now Come on 245.00 for my payment isn’t a little amount! I’m just letting you all know to be careful Now a Days you can’t trust no one not even to make your payments?!!😟

I went there to switch from Metro pcs , before that I had cricket, ting , then tmobile. I needed to switch because my phone kept dropping calls and lastly I need to improved my credit. I dont get any service in my apartments, and my phone was slow and freezing. It had honor 6x and my boyfriend had samsung note 5. I forgot his name of the employee helped me but he was very helpful and answered all my questions , he made it very understanding. Im very happy with samsung s9 and my boyfriend is in love with his samsung note 9. Theirs only one hiccup, I had a quick question for the employee whom gave me the store number and no one answered , I called twice. Customer service main number couldnt help me so I had to use the chat on the website then I got my answer.

Liars, crooks, scumbags! I went to Sprint to get a new phone. The sales associate by the name of Jose was dishonest and upsold me on a case that he claimed to have thrown in for waiving the activation fee. I walked out spending 104 for what i thought was the first months service fee and taxes of the phone i bought and was not given a receipt. So i went back asked for a receipt and Jose gave me a reciept thats was not mine. So i had to go back in again. After looking at my receipt it appeared that i had paid for the case and the activation fee. So i got in line to speak with a different worker. I showed him my receipt and explained to him if i can return the case and he told me if i did that that it would just come out to more money since Jose hooked me upSo i told him dumbfounded why would i want to do that and walked away! Worst experience ever!

BEWARE.Absolutely lied to my wife & I about return policy & wasted so much of our time. After trying out Spints srvc for the 30 day trial period (& realizing how many calls got dropped & the slow mobile speeds) we went to return the phones. We were told that we should return the following day (31st day) to speak with the manager. On the next day the manager (Mike) was too busy to see us and asked us to return on the 32nd day. When he finally made time for us on that day he informed us that because we had gone 2 days past the 30 day policy, he could not help us in any way except to forward our complaints to customer service. When filing a formal complaint to Spints corp office they did inform us that the manager at the store level should have handled this himself. Just absolutely POOR business practices & service!Buyer Beware.

-------DO NOT GO HERE------The other 1 star reviews are spot on. Check out this story. Is this SPRINT wide? My girlfriend buys a new SPRINT phone at a different location and her old number didnt port correctly. I could have called in and fixed it for her but instead I decide to drive to this branch office. The employee tells her he cant fix it, and she has to buy another plan - and return the first one to the original store. Im thinking this sounds a lot like sabotage but I do not care, I want her phone to work. She buys the second phone and plan and we leave. Again, not ported correctly. This time I call in and they fix it over the phone. Now, I have to return the first phone to the first store. They tell me there is a 35 dollar restocking fee. I get angry and say that the Buena Park employee said nothing about this. I tell them the story thus far and they look into it. He had flip flopped the plans, selling the 2nd phone on the first plan. Sabotage to get the commission. He gets reported to the corporate office. The BP manager is called and says sorry. No restock fee. We then cancel both plans and she has to buy a third. Wonderful, again I have to return the phone. 2nd one this time. Manager said there wont be any fees, all I have to do is return it and get a receipt for proof. I go to the BP branch and 2 employees are working with customers, one just sitting there. After 5 minutes of standing there I ask him if he is working. He says no, so I hand him phone 2 and say, I spoke with your manager and I am returning this phone. Please give me a receipt. He tells me there is a restocking fee of 35 dollars. I tell him the manager said there was no fee, and bluntly told him to give me the receipt. He said he could not, only the manager could, and she left 5 minutes ago. I told him to call her back, he declined. (Each volley he left the desk to go to the back). I called the other store. The employee told me that someone was left in charge, and that this guy was blatantly lying to me. Reported him as well. This phone call was not quiet. The other 2 employees came over and after another minute or so this lazy old man printed out a receipt. The entire visit took 30 minutes.

Horrible service. I went in to return a tablet that I wasnt satisfied with on the 13th day and they told me they couldnt return it without a manger . But appearantly there was no manager there that day. So then I returned and they told me I could return it, but I had to pay 75$ restock fee, for a tablet I got for free and never opened.
