Have been storing here for a couple months now. Great customer service from both Darlene and Josh. The unit is just the right size. They sell packing and moving supply. And the renters insurance is a decent price. Very clean and friendly facility. I would store here again if needed.

I had a wonderful experience with this storage place. Nice clean and well kept units. I never had any problems with theft or vandalism. I felt comfortable with my property being in their storage unit. I highly recommend using them. If I ever need to store my property again, I will be using them.

Friendly and clean. So far a good experience. Almost had my storage unit a month so only time will tell. Not too crazy about the fact they force you to buy the insurance which drives the monthly cost up. But its not a terrible idea. Looking into getting my own policy instead of the one they offer. Seems like I could get a better policy then what they force you to get. Just be sure to read the fine print so you know what youre signing.** Update **They just increased my rent 10 percent without a 30 day notice like it says in the lease terms. So with that you get 1 star. Ive tried calling to speak to them about this. But no answer. Better go else where and stay away from this place.

Im actually Shanon Morgan, I havent created an online account. Darlene is amazingly professional and helpful! I lost my paperwork, then lost my code when I got there from Norman on May 1st. Darlene was off duty and saw me come in with the Uhaul trying to call the office. She took the time to help me get in the facility then wrote my code down on a card and brought it to me at my unit while the movers were unloading. I work as a residential apartment manager and no how important customer service is. I cant say enough nice things about Darlene. Shes a amazing and a total gem! Her owners are lucky to have her.

I have used Cube smart three times. I wouldnt want to have to us another storage place. Shout out to the general manager Darlene at 51st and county line road for being so helpfull and down to earth.

General manager Darlene Breman met me and called me by name when I arrived to sign the contract. The space is clean and has employees on site at all hours. Insurance is required; either homeowners or purchase one of their three policies. If you buy their lock, they will even waive the deductible! If needed, they even sell moving supplies. Its a one-stop shop for your moving needs.

I came in to rent a unit I was told that they had a special going on for the size unit that I would have liked that it was cheaper. Once I got the unit and all of my stuff put inside a few months my rates go up. I said it hasnt even been 6 months they said that it is up to corporate and even though its not fair theres nothing they can do because corporate raised prices youre not protected from being charged more

This is a good place with good people working there. What I like best are the seriously sturdy doors on the units. The rest of the storage places have the thinnest metal doors made. Thats not good enough for me. To be fair I shopped around and all the people in all the storage places were good people. This one just had those doors.

I had my unit over a year and fell behind, I received a check in the mail and I called, I was tools my unit was sold. I was NEVER notified that they were going to auction my unit, they say they sent me a letter that I did not receive, made numerous phone calls and emails, I received none of those, now all my belongings are gone.

Alan has been phenomenally helpful! He has been as flexible as possible and great with communication. He got me into my unit and all set up with the delivery of my moving crates. He took extra care to make sure my unit was clean and sprayed with bug barrier so I won’t have any trouble while my things are stored here. Beyond happy with this team!

I was moving storage units from a larger to a smaller. I got there around 10 am and started moving. The manager said I had 72 hours to move everything. There was a storm so i left for like 2 hours and came back around 130 to finish up. When I got there the same manager was showing a couple my unit with my stuff in it and they were talking about what they would like to keep. The manager said he forgot that I was still moving. I called corporate and left a voicemail to speak to a district manager yesterday and today. I cannot believe this happened.

Several awful experiences with this company! They broke my windshield and were not “liable” then they screwed up my billing and charged me a late fee afterwards... do not do business with this management!!!

The gentleman running the office the day I visited (Josh) was great to deal with; he was extremely professional, courteous, and polite. We visited the recently emptied unit I was going to rent and to me it looked fine but he insisted it needed to be cleaned. When I returned an hour later to start using the unit sure enough it had been swept and dusted. Id like to hire this guy! I have to edit this review with bummer news, my unit has been broken into twice in the last few weeks. They dont have any security of any type toward the back units. For a supposed secure storage facility its not very secure. Security cameras are CHEAP, buy them already!!!

Mike and Melissa went above and beyond in helping me keep my unit when it was about to be foreclosed on. Its rare these days to find 1 selfless person let alone 2.They both have taken time out of their busy day to give me encouragement and advice when I found myself at one of the lowest points in my life.I could be having a horrible day and then have to stop in the storage to make a payment and by the time I left, I would be filled with hope and joy once again.They seem to really understand and know my struggle even sharing their own stories with me, so I would know Im wasnt alone. They have shown me patience and empathy. I have been here for about 3 plus months and so far so good! The guy who runs it, Mike I believe, is super friendly and nice and he always remembers me and always ask how me and my daughter are doing! I will stay here until I no longer need storage. Good prices on the units and have never had any problems!Update: I have now been here for almost a year and have upgraded my unit and have still had awesome service and no problems at all!

Love this storage. It’s climate controlled, clean, and the manager (mike) and his wife are absolutely amazing. Very kind, accommodating people. I made the switch from public storage because my storage was broken into there and I’m so glad I switched to this storage facility! Safe!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

As someone who has had their stuff in storage in Houston, Austin, Dallas and Tulsa in the past 2 years alone, I had to write to say what a special staff they have at AAA Storage 51st in Broken Arrow, OK. Unlike the other places, they really make you feel like family. This is especially important given how stressful moving is. Its also a nice facility with lots of security and plenty of space. Climate controlled and outdoor units are both provided. They also have a great deal where you get 1 month free if you pay for 3 months. The best!

Raising rates randomly within a year. Will auction your stuff quickly because youre unit at auction is worth more than your 2 monthly payment plus fees.I have been threatened to auction on my 2nd week of 1st month late fee . Not a friendly place.

AAA Storage is a great place to meet your inside and outside storage needs. The owners and staff are very friendly! I really like the online bill pay and advance email reminders. I would highly recommend this business.

This company is absolutely horrible. I will never rent a storage unit from them again. Terrible customer service at the location that I rent from which is 51st and 193rd. They expect me to pay for an entire month of storage space that I have clearly said I will not be using and they say this company has a policy where they do not pro rate anything. As a whole I am very disappointed with my experience and I will never again use this company! I will be letting all my friends and family know about this experience and I am sure they will be taking their business else where.
