Rented a trailer last week to take my zero-turn mower in for repairs and rented one today to pick it up. Candi and Michelle were extremely helpful both times and made the experience fun and easy even for this 74 year old man. Thanks ladies :).

I needed a U haul trailer for a move in November. I was discouraged after reading all the poor reviews. I decided on New Orleans Rd and they were AMAZING!! Initially they were kind and easy to work with. I reserved a trailer then found my brother in law had a medical emergency. I called Candi back and she was so kind and very willing to work with me. I was so impressed!! Clearly, having worked with the public myself I am aware you simply cant please some people, but my experience was wonderful.

Candie was great! I’ve usually seen my uhaul experiences as cool they say hi thanks and that’s it. I saw candie here every time I had to come for boxes or had a question. She was super informative. Always cheerful. Wish there was more candies in the world. Thanks again!

Go here if you like to be spoken down to either on the phone or in person. Both interactions I had with their counter people was demeaning. The guy behind the counter, his mustache had a better personality. Its like we were bothering them to rent a truck. Ok so their sales floor had what we needed for boxes and such but Id rather interact with a rock, at least it would treat me better than these counter people.

They have a decent amount of vehicles and trucks to rent its just getting out of the parking lot and area around it that can be Frustrating as traffic in the area can be heavy..

They will hook up the chains wrong so they drag on the road, and then charge you for the chains.

The lady helping me was the Manager.... she needs to have some customer service training.... very rude.

Went there to grab some moving supplies. The guy was very helpful. He looked up my truck rental for the next day and helped me adjust some things to make the move a lot easier.

Ive been using this facility for all of my uhaul trailer and truck needs for several years, also had several storage units at one point, and every time Ive interacted with the staff its been a positive experience. Everyone has always been very helpful and pleasant to talk to as well. Even when there was a wiring issue on a trailer that threw things off a bit this last time, Candie (the GM) busted her butt to make sure I was well taken care of and on the road ASAP, even though she was sweating hard in the heat she never lost her cool or her awesome customer service vibe. Ive went out of my way to come back here for my uhaul needs because the quality of service I receive every single time.

I would give zero stars if I could! The best thing they did was send me somewhere else. I called and scheduled a 15 U-Haul for 24hrs, when I went to pick it up, at noon, I was told that I would only be able to keep it until 6pm because it was scheduled to leave at 7am the next morning. I wasnt offered help of any kind and to be honest the blonde working the counter was the rudest person I have ever come across! She yelled at me, my husband and her coworker. Her coworker had to tell her to calm down!! Which she didnt! The best advice I can give is to keep driving and take your business to the guy 3 miles down the road!!!!!

I had no doubt when I looked up this Uhaul location that their customer service was going to be next to none on these reviews. However not only was the customer service near no existent, the equipment rented to me was not safe to be used on the road. Not only was it unsafe, as verified by a much better ran Uhaul center in another state, it was also criminally negligent to be checked out.The car hauler had 3 drastically under deflated tires, the trailer hookup was negligently put on by the staff, and they knew this unit was somewhat defective because when I listed back to the conversation I noted them talking about the unit on the side was not available because it needed repaired and I got the unit on the side. For the male worker there who hooked up the trailer, he shouldnt be in any environment where he must interact with people, maybe something more elementary and easy like stocking shelves or unloading trucks.

Staff doesn’t wear mask. Guy that hooked trailer to my car asked what I do for a living then proceeds to tell me he hates OR nurses after he knew that’s what I did. Then he tells me my hitch is wrong and I should flip it. But says it should be ok for one trip :-/ just not nice and no mask. Don’t recommend

I do not recommend this uhual location at all the manage Kandy was very rude and didn’t know how to do her job. She didn’t even look at the return slip to see I was owed a cash deposit. I had to ask her for my own cash back when she had said no as long as you have it filled up with gas you are good to go. I got told several different things by two different uhual stores one of the employees admitted she was new and didn’t really know what was going on

Candie was very helpful. I accidentally left a personal belonging in the truck when I dropped it off right before they closed. Their call center emailed them to let them know for the morning and Candie called me back within 10 minutes. She made sure my item was available at my convenience either that night or the next morning. The prices on the truck I rented were fair and it was fast and easy to get in , get my rental, and get on my way to the job I needed it for. I woulda definitely go back here.

Customer Service was AWESOME. The owner knows her stuff was very informative. Polite, friendly, even had a sense of humor at end of day!

If you dont want to spend the rest of your day badly. DO NOT RENT here, poor attention from the staff who work there, after completing the entire rental process, in the end he tells me that I cannot take him because it does not work for my truck, but the worst is the poor treatment of the staff.

This is my favorite U-Haul facility so far. The staff is friendly, and honest. Ultimately we chose this location for our storage. The conditioned units are amazing, and they offer carts for unloading. It was just my wife and I and we were able to unload a full 26 truck with ease thanks to the complimentary equipment.

Be ready to argue over the mileage and fuel of your rental here if it is a late after hours drop as it was in our case. I prefer to do business with people who believe in integrity and dont try to belittle you when they make an error. I hope you can figure out better business practices in the future and treat your customers as you would like to be treated. Good luck.

Bad experience with this location. Had another reservation at another place (note: Henrys Quik Lube is great)... but really needed a 17 truck. So, I came here... set a reservation... cancelled at Henrys... showed up the next day to find out they dont even have 17 trucks. At that point, I had to take the 15 truck they offered, which cost me an extra trip... adding miles and dollars to my bill. I also picked up late on a Saturday and was told during the reservation that meant I basically had till they opened Monday morning to return. When picking up the truck, another guy told me it had to be back in 24 hours or I would be charged for 2 days... even though they would be closed. I argued and they did drop the 2 day charge. But... even though the truck was used on a Sunday... which is 79cents/mi... I was charged the Saturday rate of 99cents/mi. Other locations I talked to were not going to do that... they just didnt have the truck I needed. Oh wait... neither did this location!

Waited 40 minutes to buy some boxes! 2 customers renting trailers in front of 3 retail customers. Really need some sort of self check out. I want to support local franchises, but time and convenience had to be a consideration for is consumers.

I use U-Haul all the time this is the last straw with this uhaul. Slow service, the customer service rep (old man with a mustache) is vary unprofessional. Today I get I report that there was $900.00 worth of damage to the vehicle thank God I had insurance. There was absolutely 100% no damage done to the vehicle at all. I use U-Haul weekly if not multiple times a week. I know how to take care of their equipment no difference than if I was taking care of my own equipment. I believe this to be a insurance scam their running at this point and will be making a formal complaint corporate.

Do not use their app to check your vehicles in or out!! They do not provide WiFi and if you can’t get a GPS ping of where you are it will not let you finish checking your vehicle back in and you’ll be charged a $20 convenience fee. Employees and GM are rude and unhelpful

I had to use this place twice this last weekend because th uhaul by my house didnt have the vehicle I needed. It will be the last time I ever use this location. The people there have an attitude like ur bothering them and wasting theyre time. Saw the manager visibly frustrated with a customer who had limited English but needed help then projecelted that same attitude to me when I asked to use the full 24 hours I paid for rather than a 6 hour time slot my wife agreed to not knowing how long the vehicle would be needed. I understand that they use a schedule for the vehicles but Im paying for a full day whether I use the full day or not and the worst part is treating me like Im a hassle. I experienced unpleasant behavior from employees both times I had to rent from them and my wife experienced the exact same thing when she went up there last weekend. I dont understand how this has not been corrected seeing all the other reviews about poor customer service and attitudes. If you want to stay in business do something about it!!! I will never come back here because theres plenty of other places to choose from.

The woman working at the counter was unkind, unhelpful, and generally unpleasant. Im shocked to see her working customer service when her talents would be put to better use as a deterrent of some sort, perhaps as a bouncer or a contraceptive.

Candi is Rude every time time Ive intereacted with her. By phone & especially in person. The other staff is also Rude when she is around as well. She is very disrespectful to customers. Especially certain customers! Doesnt like to answer any questions. Takes her time to provide service. I have never been treated so poorly by someone with a customer service position. I am Leaving this location. My code to get it doesnt work at times during hours of operation. The parking lot is small & confusing. And they DO NOT Spray for bugs!!! Do Not Bring Your Stuff Here!!!

The worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. Was falsely told there would not be a charge for dropping at another location and when I called back they were no help and kept trying to transfer me to different people.I have officially been transferred 8x on the same call! Terrible customer service. I will never use U-Haul again.Update: Went to the store and talked to a young man in person and he was able to help correct the dropping at another location and was only billed for a slight increase in cost. Thank you

2 week after a 4 hour use of the truck, I was charged 65 dollars due to being doubled billed after i had already paid my bill the day of the truck use... An imcorrect bill charged without my authorization. Now i am promised it will fall off my charges... Well see. Be careful with this location.

Nice storage place but 2 times higher than one across the street and one mile down the street from them. Now if you just want to rent uhaul in ba this is the best place to go.

Horrible storage facility. Rude staff. Rented a parking space for our 40 ft 5th wheel and almost every time we went to pick it up they had their Uhauls parked IN FRONT of it. Twice we complained about it and their response was we have limited space. Not my problem. Dont rent out spaces if you need it for your own equipment. Only rented their for 2 months. Stay away from this place. They also parked their equipment in the middle of the aisles in between storage buildings so I have no Idea how any one would get in and out of the storage unit they were paying money for.

When I got the truck the person was less than informative and somewhat rude they told me to park my car across the street and they would bring the truck to me there I parked my car stood next to my truck she parked nearly a hundred yards from me and then said its right there and walk past me when I return the truck they were very rude and short but I guess they did their job also I no longer understand some Uhaul things in general why they charge me $0.80 a mile and then I still have to buy the gas and I have to pay for the rental it cost almost 20% more than competitive bids. I guess the Uhaul common name is going to have to be removed for my vocabulary the only reason I rented there because history

We made our reservations through this place, were sent to Total Stop @81st & Elm. We called 2 days before, asked for a 26ft to pick up @7pm and were supposed to have 24hrs until we returned it. We were given a 20ft(so we had to do 2 trips, so more gas). Then, instead of giving us 24hrs, we had to have it back in 21hrs because another customer needed it at 4! They didnt even offer a discount. The main uhaul hub(101st &Elm). Very poor customer service. Will never use again.

If I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would.We rented a truck. The clerk gave us the wrong truck. Once arriving home we noticed the mileage was way off. Calling the clerk, oh we will just change the computer to make it look like you had the right truck this is how we do it we manipulate the computerWe return the truck 24 hours later [dif location], and were handed a bill for $4000 for the 8000 miles we drove in 24 hours!Oh, OOOPS we didnt actually do what we said we would do.We lost a precious hour of moving time and gas money on the wrong truck, and plenty of frustration.THANKS Broken Arrow U-Haul!

First, the good, this place is clean. Now for the bad. When this location is open there are usually vehicles, trailers and large box trucks blocking both entrances making it impossible to get in and out without asking someone to move. Mine and two other units were robbed. The thieves cut a hole into the roof and then cut the walls to gain access in each unit. This place does have cameras but they also have RVs blocking the view of were the robbers jumped the fence. When we talked to the manager, they seemed more concerned about the unit itself and not our stolen property. Management said they were going to call the police and have someone come out. After about half an hour of waiting in our unit for the police to arrive, we finally went to the front desk to ask if they had called the cops. They still had not called, but she did make sure to call the maintenance guy to come repair the damage. The manager finally called the police but informed us that we would need to file a different police report as UHAUL will not cover our losses unless we have their UHAUL insurance. We understand that, but we didnt need to call a different set of cops to the scene, and management did not need to wait half an hour to call even though they said they were going back to the office to call the police.My recommendation would be to not store anything here that you care about. The thieves ripped open every single box we had, walked on everything, and pried open everything that was locked. They spent hours in the three units and walked away. The damage to the units went unnoticed for two weeks. Staff acknowledged they knew there have been similar robberies to climate controlled units in the Tulsa area; they did not bother to periodically check their property or amp up security. In the end, they literally did not care that their people got robbed.

The folks at this location have provided great guidance during our move preparation and packing. I recommend them.

I called for a price and she literally refused to give me a price unless I gave her my phone number and made a reservation right that moment. I asked her if she could confirm that all U-Haul businesses quoted the same prices and she told me in 5 minutes the price could change. It depended on the demand. I will never try this location again.

The Staff and Management at this location are always friendly and helpful. A real delight to work with.

I am a small business owner. I went into this location w better hopes than all the other uhauls in Tulsa. They all forget my reservations and Donna Barlow denied me because she was obviously having a bad day. This wasted alot of time. I will never be trying to rent here again.

Nice place and they had my U-Haul and tow dolly waiting when I got there.

I was treated absolutely terribly and lied to by Donna. I will be there by the end of my billing cycle on my storage unit to remove my beongings and rent through a different storage facility. I am floored at the horrible treatment at this facility.

The staff was great and quick but the down side is there is no place to park.

ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE. Reserved unit for climate control. Saw unit prior to moving in and saw large puddle of water. Roof was to be repaired. Once it was repaired we got a phone call and came in the next morning.The unit had been rented out to someone else in this amount of time.Donna took credit card for reserve.UPDATE 2 days later. We asked Donna to make arrangements and/or compensations to make up for the mistake from promising a unit and reserving with a credit card. The only reason the unit was not reserved by my husband on Wednesday at first sight was due to the roof leak and the large puddle of water in the unit.We are an understanding couple. We asked for two units one climate control and one non climate control to equal the amount of square footage that we were originally promised and had already reserved.Donna has refused our phone calls, texts, measages, and dodged any messages we have left with with her staff.She promised us the unit to be held through Monday due to their (Donnas) error when we saw it on Wednesday. We allowed time for roof repair, which was done Friday. Saturday morning it had been filled with another tennent.BA Office and Storage across the intersection has made our experience AMAZING. They even provide the required lock for the unit that becomes your own when you move out for free as opposed to Donnas charge of $10. Not to mention it is fully enclosed so the theft that happened with Uhaul (if you read previous reviews and we suggest you do before renting a U-Haul Storage) is out of the question. The roof of the warehouse is not the roof to your personal storage. BA storage also has motion detector security far more advanced than Uhaul storage not to mention they keep it extremely more clean! She swept and mopped during the 3 hours of our moving in time. With her level and attention to cleanliness not to mention the amount of traffic they have compared to the lesser amount of traffic that Uhaul storage has we had absolutely zero problems moving a 3600 square foot house into a storage unit.We highly recommend you go to the same intersection to BA storage for three times the service twice as clean and ten times the honesty before you even think about Uhaul storage.

I am getting fed up with poor quality of service. We constantly have to ask to move the moving trucks because they are ALWAYS blocking our access to our storage unit. The trucks are constantly there. And when asked to move them... we have to hunt down a worker, and they seem upset with us.

Very clean. Easy to get in and out quickly.

Terrible customer service. Very rude. The female employee was yelling at the other employees and degrading them. We did arrive at closing time, but made numerous calls prior to arriving to make sure we were still able to get the trailer, and we were told yes, they will wait, by more than one employee.

RUDE !! Jen has the absolute worst customer service, EVER !! When you call to get information she says “well what is your question, you just start giving information”. No star is too high of a rating. Absolutely unacceptable!
