Great place to rent from. Staff are professional and courteous. All round : first class. You wont regret leasing from them.

I have had a unit here since 2006. The location is perfect and the staff are amazing. Sheba has always been kind and courteous.

I am extremely disappointed with this storage facility. They advertise 24 hour camera security, but when asked their office employee stated, the cameras are only checked if someone complains. Well we complained, and two days later they still havent checked them. Further more, they had someone on their premises stealing catalytic converters out from under vehicles stored on the lot (if you have not checked your RV or Vehicle yet, youre probably without yours), and the storage facility is doing nothing to fix this breach/problem. Their cameras are on a 2 day loop, nothing stored, no one monitoring. No one monitors if/when people are on the premises, no one monitors the lot for suspicious activities, their advertisement of security is False Advertisement (Also logged False Advertisement allegations with Better Business Bureau). Additionally, if you should still decide to use this facility, be advised the contract states that the business is not liable for theft or destruction, up to and including to neglect on the part of the owner and employees. Basically, they dont need to monitor or secure their lot because it is not their fault of anything happens. Do not use this business, and if you currently are, you need to check on your belongings because no one else is securing them.

Called to rent a storage unit, but I didnt because the lady on the phone was rude. I think her name was Shelly or Shelby she was so rude and respectful.

The father and son workers were friendly and helpful.

Been there for years, great folks.

It is very well lit and I feel like my belongings are secure here. The staff seems nice from the little bit I’ve dealt with them. My big problem and why I don’t recommend them is MICE or RATS. After 2 weeks of having things in my storage unit I went to get something and saw droppings all over everything!!! I bought a bag of poison and for about a month it improved. I went today to get something out and again everything is covered in mice or rat droppings. I mean covered. The whole unit smells terrible like urine from the pests. I spoke with someone and they said that they do no pest control. So I killed some mice once and now I need to do it monthly. They need overall pest control. One person can’t control the place’s pest problem. I’ve had lots of storage units and of course you expect a little but I’ve never seen anything like what has happened here.

Clean and secure. They provide what someone would expect from a storage facility.

Staff is friendly, facility is clean, Ive had stuff stored here for over a year and it has remained safe and dry the entire time.

Rented a couple storage units from this storage facility about a week ago. The employees were very helpful to me while choosing my storage units. There was a big TV with 16 cameras on it in the back. I was told there was security that drives around the facility 4 times a night and also more security in the back of the buildings. I feel very safe storing my possessions here.

Staff is nice and willing to work with customers. Area is clean. They have added additional cameras to watch area. I will continue to do business with them.Henry

We have stored our property here for 2-1/2 years with no problems and only excellent customer service. Staff is very friendly and the facility is exceptionally clean.

Ive been here almost a year and the ladies up front are very helpful. I read the reviews and was nervous at first but I am very happy with my services so far.

I have a unit with Select self storage and it was broken into yesterday. Along with 15+ other units. Select self storage lacks the proper security to prevent such crimes in my opinion. Their facility was accesed in the corner where the chain link fence was cut. The criminals then accessed the units by cutting a hole in the roof of a unit. Once inside that unit they began accessing the surrounding units by cutting holes in the walls. All of this was conducted out of view of the security cameras, or so I was told. I urge anyone considering storing their belongings here to look else where. Their lack of security was costly to me and my family.Even when I told the office my unit had been broken into they informed me it was my responsibility to file a police report, even though their facility had been breached multiple times. Myself and others are victims of a crime that in my opinion was facilitated by a blatant lack of security. Look else where and avoid this experience.

This is the worse place to store your stuff. I have two friends where vehicles were vandalized. My boat cover was rip apart and speakers, cd player, amps were stolen. Another friends boat the propels was stolen twice. I will never recommend this place.. Updated: I just saw your answer below. At least you would have refund the year I paid, you said nothing, you did not care so I have told any one I know that never use your service. I lost $1000 in value and I will make sure no one I know use your service. Also I will make sure every person in my social media knows about how bad your service.

My unit was broken into. There were items stolen and the unit was trashed. The company seems to be improving security. I may have spoke too soon about the staff. I was basing it on one persons comments. I think things are improving and I am just taking a wait and see approach.

Unit broken into this year. This morning the gate is not working. Multiple people have tried to get in and the key box says it’s processing, then times out. There is an emergency number on the key box and on the office door, but of course, no one answers, you have to leave your number and no one has called back. What is the point of an emergency number if it goes nowhere. My phone indicates the emergency number is in McAlister. Another customer there this morning said he has been using them for 2-3 years and this has happened twice before and you have to wait until the office opens at 9

This is the worse place to store your stuff. I keep hearing complains about this place. Vehicle vandalized, they even get inside enclose garage.. I will never recommend this place.
