Its an old fashioned hardware store. Owner sits in the front. Its not a bad place employees seem to know what theyre talking about most of the time

Walked in , and was given a snotty attitude by girl at the desk , asked if I could please get 6 keys made ... Then old man sitting in rocking chair says ( in a disrespectful voice ) no keys today ... Is this 2021 or 1850 ??? They have to do better than that

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Would give zero stars if I could.Didn’t know they sold brick clips which they did. Only had one pack on shelf which was already opened and marked down!!! The gentleman (pretty sure the owner) sitting there told me “If they don’t fit, bring them back”. Well, they didn’t fit. Called was told I couldn’t bring them back and hung up on me. Went in personally and still wouldn’t let me return. I like to support small local businesses but they WONT get any of more of my business.

Always a helpful and friendly staff. They have 99% of what you need, and many prices are honestly better than, or the same as, the big box stores.

D+ RATING w/ BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I attempted to get a 43.5 lbs aluminum mower cylinder refilled with propane. The employee failed to open the fixed liquid level gauge, preventing the white mist to appear when full. The employee also failed to place the cylinder on a scale during refilling. The employee determined the tank was full when the refilling pump shut off. As a result, their gauge alleged that 13 gallons of propane were filled into my tank, and was charged for 13 gallons. I contacted Manchester Tank because I was concerned that the tank was filled to an unsafe condition. The manufactured confirmed that exceeding 10. 2 gallons was UNSAFE. I met the owner of the hardware store and explained my situation. The owner became rude and started yelling at me. The owner demanded that I leave his property and never return. I am clueless why I was treated like this by the owner after being a loyal customer for several years.

Ace hardware store with good selection of products. All the things youd expect like hardware, fertilizers, tools.

I try and support the local hardware stores every chance I get. If you have a question about your project, start here. They are knowledgeable and usually have what you need or will tell you where to get it.

Dont go here if youre not sure of what you need for a project I have came here several times not knowing what I needed for a project and they wasnt able to help me. However if you do know what you need or just go in there and browse you probably can find what you are want or what youre looking for. Otherwise you will be frustrated like I have been. I rate this 50/50 only because its the closest home hardware store to me and if I need to go pick up some nails or screws I just go in go get some and dont ask for help

I usually like going to this place because they have a wide selection of tools and materials but my visit today wasnt as pleasant. An employee was trying to assist me and trying to look helpful in front of his boss but as we moved farther away he badgered me about not Fing with the things for sale because hes the one who is Fing always sorting it out and F this and F that. It seemed like he was trying to intimidate me. Then as I moved to another part of the store I overheard him gossiping with a female co worker about beating another coworkers a**. It all seemed like a hostile work environment.

Stopped in to have keys made. What a great and unexpected surprise. Tremendously knowledgeable and friendly staff who went out if their way for the specialty keys I needed made. Most stores wouldnt have had in stock! I work fir the largest property maintenance company in the world, and the items they had in stock were incredible. Great store!

Nasty people. I asked to use a bathroom and I got a VERY nasty rude shake of the head no. 5 employees standing in a group chit chatting right at the front door and DONT even ask me if they can help me, almost as if they were annoyed that a customer came in to break up their little party

If your posted hours say you are open until 3 on Sunday, then the store should not be locked up with employees getting in cars at 2:55! I asked about them closing at 3 and was given the response Sorry, I guess she wanted to get out early today. Ok wont make that mistake again!!

Local,large selection and prices are as good as the big chain stores or better without the long drive. Most important,they always have a register open.

Great place for finding some old fashioned products as well as all the new garden and household equipment you may need. I love the neighborhood atmosphere, it reminds me of my childhood.

If you need a key cut, go here. They are the best. Mom and pop place. Prices are good. They will go the extra mile to try and accommodate. I had an emergency and they handled it like pros.

The owner is rude and obnoxious. As soon as you walk in hes the first one who asks you what you are looking for and If you dont know what you are looking for specifically by name of a tool or whatever dont go in thinking you can just explain what youre looking for because that old man will just give you an attitude and walk away. If you dont speak English and try to explain it to him as best you can he will literally raise his voice up at you and tell you that they dont sell it here. Im guessing because he just doesnt want to deal with you, which is definitely not ok. I suggest going to Home Depot or another hardware store away from this place because he doesnt deserve your money. If I could give a 0/5 I would.

Before purchasing a drain stopper (for an exorbitantly inflated fee), I specifically asked if I could return it if it did not fit.I was told quite emphatically by a staff member that I could, as long as I preserved the original packaging and receipt.Upon discovering the threads to be too small, I returned to the store with the item, package and receipt, but was told by the owner (who intervened mid-way through the transaction) that the refund would not be honored. His reasoning was that the package appeared wet.Though it was raining outside and only the amount of moisture that could reasonably be expected to be on the surface of the package was evident, he remained adamant.This is unacceptable and unreasonable, especially with other (better) choices for hardware in the area.The nut, bolt and fastener section is quite good.

I had the worst experience at this hardware store. Needless to say I will never shop at this store again the owner was rude, obnoxious. I will go to .Tom Daleys hardware store. Where youre greeted with a smile not rude comments as mr. Hartley thought it was a funny . Doing business with them for 30 years has ended today.
