This store is amazing. Fanily owned. As soon as you walk in the door the are greeting you and asking you if you need help finding anything. You can bring anything to that store the have it and priced decently. There popcorn Id to die for for a whole .25 cents but its the best popcorn you can buy. Every employee is so helpful and nice. They truly have great customer service. They have everything from the smallest thing you need to larger items. In the summer their flowers and garden section are awesome but they go quick. Love love love this store highly recommend this store to anyone.

I love this place! They have such a wide variety of so many things at very affordable prices . Its so much more than just a simple hardware store and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. You dont find many stores these days with this level of customer service and the employees actually know where everything is and dont just stand around ignoring your questions like the bigger hardware stores do.

First time coming here and I’ll be back again soon! I had an issue with my hose spout and brought the entire part in because I wasn’t sure how to fix it. Bill removed the rusted screw, replaced the washers and who knows what else, he was wonderful and it was way less expensive than replacing the whole thing. Works perfectly now. Great family owned and run place which always has that little necessity that we need to get our work done for our customers. Also, I assure you that the items with which you need will not be located 18 aisles or 120 yards away like all the other hardware conglomerates.

I love this store because we can find everything we need and theyre always well stocked. Im a cast iron fan and they sell the Lodge brand that I love. I recently purchased a griddle and it cooks the food evenly and fits perfectly on both burners. You cant go wrong shopping here because theyre products are awesome. Im happy that theyre located in my neighborhood and that I have someplace I can count on for a quality shopping experience.

Ive been coming to Branneky since I was a young boy. Just walking through the door brings back such fond memories of shopping with my father. The staff is always ready to answer any questions you might have and their prices are fair. If youve been to every big box hardware store in town and still have not found that little piece to finish your project, its a good bet that Branneky will have it! I love this store, give it a chance and I promise you will too!

Arrived at 3:52 and the door was open to walk in however half the lights were off so I assumed they had a power issue. As soon as I headed down an aisle I was informed the store was closing and to bring my purchase to the front. I had a list. I went there instead of Home Depot to support small business. I was asked if he could help me find something and I told him I had a list. He told me there were closing and asked again to help me. I said I have a whole list don’t really want to rush through it. I asked him why if they were closing that they let me walk into the store and he informed me that all retail stores do that that they turn the lights off and still leave the door open when they’re getting ready to close. What? No they don’t. And they don’t follow you around the store and rush you through your shopping. Unfortunate

Only negative is sometimes they kinda want to rush you out the door. But for hard to find items as well as the knowledge they have, that is a must come to them for a variety of stuff. They have a great lawn and garden section which most dont know about since most people think they only a hardware store. They make lets the old fashion way, so that they work 99.9% of the time. For reasonable price they also do window repair. Just a great overall place.

So much stuff in such a small space! Very impressive. Mostly to to get keys made or Plexiglass cut or to pick up some random items.

I bought a floor model Poulan chainsaw 2 months ago. The first time I tried to use it, it leaked gas everywhere and wouldnt stay running. I took it back to Branneky, one of the Branneky guys put a washer on the gas tank and said it was fixed. I used it for the first time this weekend and I tried to cut down a 6 Riverbirch. The chainsaw wouldnt stay running, without adjusting the choke while trying to use it. I tried to take the chainsaw back to Branneky, they said my only option was to have a repair shop look at it and see if the repairs were under warranty. 2 months old, used 1 time I now am stuck with 2 options, buy another chain saw or pay a repair shop to fix a brand new chainsaw. Thats what I get for believing that the floor model that I paid full price for is just as good as the boxed items. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BRANNEKYS AGAIN.

An above average hardware store as they have knowledgeable staff and good stock for whatever you may need. Add to that great snacks if you forgot to eat lunch even! If it were closer to me, it would be my go to for everything.

From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the large and often unique inventory to their involvement in their community you are missing out if you havent been. During 2020 they kept stocked up on all the essentials from masks and cleaners to TP. Their social media game is on point too and they gave daily updates on what was in stock as well as when items were arriving that werent. Wow, I never noticed just how each True Value have a personality of their own. Team members where friendly and helpful. You could tell there was something special about this location, popcorn forsale, which was yummy by the way, offered a variety of seasoning and other things you would not expect to find at a hardware store.

You can find just about anything. We needed a tip for a Cain. Very helpful young man.

Ive been guided to Branneky even by people at Home Depot. This morning I went in, frustrated with a part I didnt understand on an outdoor thing I was attempting to assemble - within 30 seconds the wonderful man in the service department explained it all to me - went home and followed his instructions, an voila! My project was completed! This review is coming from a very senior (81) female -assembly on my thing was estimated to be 15 minutes - Id already spent over two hours. Never, ever have an unsatisfactory trip to Branneky - I dont even bother with the big stores or local hardware - no reason to when I know Branneky is right down the road.

Always go here when I need anything to fix some stuff around the house or when Im getting ready for garden season. The staff are always polite, knowledgeable, and someone always asks if you need any help pretty much as soon as you walk in the door. They have a very large stock ranging from plants and fertilizers to pool equipment, plumbing, electrical and much more. Plus its a family owned business and I would much rather support local businesses than some place like home depot.

They do try hard to make sure you get what you need. They are a bit pricey, and theyre are some employees there that can be short and snappy. But overall, doesnt stop me from visiting. They are locally owned and I do support our local shops.

If you need any kind of hardware or housework related item, chances are they will definitely have it. Looks can be deceiving as the place is rather large, with small aisles packed to the top. They also have enough employees to fill every aisle they have, and in the 10 minutes I spent here I was approached by no less than five employees. Nice if you have questions, but when I already had found what I needed it was a little annoying. They also give off a strong aura of not trusting anyone, as watermark checking and marking with sharpie the dollar bills I paid with. The constant presence of associates giving help and watching as I was sorting through the hardware bins was a little unsettling.

This was my first time here I could not find what I was looking for are the name of it .but I knew what it was and I told the store clerk and she knew what I wanted and took me to the item

I dont often write reviews, but I am so thankful that I felt I should. I somehow managed to lose my heat in the early mornings of New Years Eve. I checked out my furnace and had a fairly reasonable idea of what the problem was, I needed a new ignitor. I called a few places that either, adamantly do not sell to individuals or had complete lack of knowledge on the subject matter. I spoke with their service department. Now, I had trouble reading the model number and was unable to find it online. The serviceman made no guarantees, but he said if I came in they carry similar items and he could see if he could help. Not only did he find exactly what I needed, but he gave me advise that would stop me from damaging the unit. I realize that I got lucky, that it was possible that they wouldnt have what I needed. But on the phone and in the store, they treated me, like they actually wanted my business. So this is my way of thanking them. Happy New Year

There is always an employee to tend to the customers. I was actually at Branneky by accident. I originally went to Rolling Ridge Nursery to buy some grass seed. After 15 minutes inside that store, no one acknowledged my presence, so I drove across town to Branneky Hardware. I found on the grass seed I needed for a lower price, and one of the employees took my payment in line with a mobile phone app. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

We had glass cut, and the associate doing so complained the entire time. He also didnt know the return policy. It was wrapped poorly and cut horribly... when we got home, it was COMPLETELY wrong and couldnt return it. When asked where something was I got somewhere in the store as a response... CASHIER WAS VERY FRIENDLY THOUGH!!!
