This is my dogs favorite store. He loves to ride around on their big carts and all the attention he gets. Besides that they seem to always have enough employees out on the floor so you dont have to wait if you need help. The employees are also very helpful and knowledgeable about the store and where everything is located. Which if you need something for your house inside or outside. They probably have it here.

My riding mower broke and I couldnt find any in stock at several other retailers. I called the Bridgeton Home Depot and they said they had several in stock. I went to lawn and garden and found a young man working. He took me to every location that had riding mowers. Within 15min he had me checked out and he and another man loaded it up into the truck. Amazing service and I will continue to use this location because of the service they give every time I shop. Great job guys!!! Keep it up.

I go here for all of my janitorial supplies. Theyve got everything a small business owner could ever need, and its cheap compared to online - which is great.The employees are all helpful, too. You feel welcomed almost immediately.

I wish this place would get employees that want to work and help customers out instead of telling them the product is over here you go get it they need to realize with me buying that product that pays for their paycheck and today it was paint department I asked him for help and he said he was too busy I see how good my money is there then.

Love this Home Depot. As with all of them the workers here go above and beyond to help and are very knowledgeable it seems when it comes to their department! The store is clean and well organized and well stocked reasonably priced in most items however there are some that can be found for cheaper prices for the same item in other stores. The checkouts are new and easy but if there’s an issue there are workers there to help you very quickly. I love this Home Depot and I plan on returning for all of my home project necessities on a regular basis!

As of 8/16/21 10:45 am I went in to get wood stain and the two women that work there in the paint department are always so rude and seem to have an attitude for simple questions being asked. They truly ruin the experience of buying paint of stain due to their mannerism. Unprofessional and not polite. Everyone else was super helpful and nice.

I had a guy Sean that helped me at this location. Best customer service I have ever gotten. He helped me even when I didn’t ask for any help. Thank you for all you did. You truly went above and beyond.

Despite having some issues in the past, I must say this visit was much better. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Was able to find everything I needed. Check out went quickly and smoothly.

I feel like Im shopping in 1968 here. Too small. No self checkouts. Terrible to get out of the parking lot if you are heading east on Clayton. Drive about three miles to Ballas and Manchester for a much better Schnucks.

Sad they didnt have any pamphlet on safe step tubs. We could look at in the privacy of our own home. With out the pressure of a sales representative in our home.

I was in yesterday to get cinder blocks. Not thinking about how difficult two women were gonna have get nearly 40 blocks off of the pallet on to a cart and then from the cart to the truck. We were greeted by Marcus in lumber and he proceeded to completely take this burden from us he pulled every block for us loaded the cart pulled the cart up to the front and then loaded them in the back of the truck all while having a great personality not complaining and seem genuinely happy to help never have I had such great efficient customer service! Thank you so much Marcus you saved the day ! P.s you were right my husband wasnt mad about the random project. : )

I really dont like giving negative reviews but this one is a must. I needed some chain link fence parts to finish up a repair and a couple of end poles. The area was overcrowded with other stock stored in the middle of the aisle. This area is in the outdoor garden center a better place should be found for this stuff. There was very little parts for chain link fencing to choose from. It appears that this section has been neglected for a while. The shelves arent marked well and almost everything on each shelf is out of place. Very messy looking. If you are looking for chain link parts and decide to come here, be prepared to search for it. As in my case ,I hope that your not disappointed. I could not find what I needed, because it was nowhere to be found. Very poor job maintaning this inventory .

Great for any home remodeling, outdoor or indoor project. Also carries big name appliances such as Sony, LG, Makita, Milwaukee, and much more. Customer service is always great here

This location doesnt offer the same variety as the others, (my guess is because its a poorer area.) And they always seem to run out of standard items (like drywall mud.) Employees are nice. Another Home Depot to avoid is the Kingshighway location.

Who doesnt love Home Depot? I couldnt decide on which plants I wanted because there were so many beautiful ones. The lawn bags were exactly where I thought they would be which made for a quick trip.

They had it what I needed and I was able to find what I wanted. I had to use the app to find out where things were in the store because for some reason home Depot apparently doesnt have a unified floor plan. What I wanted was and Ill five at one location but at this location it was at aisle 8 and I dont get why. They all look the same on the inside so why such a drastic difference?

I found what I needed service very fast and good.

This is a decent home improvement store, with a good selection of items. The only issue I have with them is if you are looking for a model number, the model numbers are not printed on the store tags.

Ive been going here for years, but recently it has been multiple times a week to rehab my home. Ill start by saying that customer service isnt the bright spot. There are some that care and are quite helpful and others that just stare at me even when spoken to. In comparison, Handyman Hardware is far superior, almost like they enjoy helping. However, its hard to beat the regular pricing and even harder when there is a clearance. Its also rare that I cant find what I need.

Terrible experience they advertised an item as available for curbside. The item was not avail. Had to wait for order to be physically delivered to store to cancel(2 weeks). When I spoke with the assistant manager Shawn. He was so argumentative it was shocking. Very unprofessional. I have called the store a total of 5 times about the same issue. I called 1800homedepot to complain, a total of 3 times. Dead air for 10mins each time then sent to the survey. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Home Depot. STORE# 3003

Thank you for allowing DOGS in your store! We always pick this Home Depot because of the kind reception we get from everyone when we bring our German shepherd. The employees are so welcoming as are most guest to having our dog with us. It is great for his training and socialization to met others. Alot of guests even approach and seem happy to greet Koda. 5 stars to all your kind employees but especially Jim in doors dept for our last visit. He offered assistance and advice on closet doors that ultimately swayed us into purchasing the doors immediately instead of waiting. He was also great with our dog. Thanks Jim and Home Depot.

Very clean and up to par! I was asked numerous times if I need helped which was great they are fully staffed. I didn’t not see a cashier up front which was weird but maybe that is where they were in the middle of breaks. Again highly recommend

Overall its a Home Depot store like any other. Ive never had any really bad experiences at this location. Occasionally an item or items Im looking for are out of stock but you cant hold that against the store. Recommend? Sure if youre in the area and need to find a home improvement store. Of the big three competitors, Home Depot is usually my go to store.

Waited for a long time to try and get a worker to assist me. Walked the store for a bit until finally saw a young man stocking the shelves. I let him know I needed assistance. He let me know that would help me, for me to just go back to the aisle I needed assistance at as he would meet me there. So I did and of course the waiting game began. Waited for about 15 minutes and nothing. So I gave it another 10 minutes. Just out of curiosity I decided to go back to where I initially saw him. He was still there but further down the aisle stocking shelves. I knew from his initial look that he really want going to help but I had to give him a chance. Just wasnt worth it to say anything to him at this point.

They were out of the hardware for the shelves I was buying. The employee was very nice and looked up if there were any in back. First he said there were but then he realized there were not.

Nice selection to get the yard and garden on track for the season. Very convenient.

Returns/refunds are a hassle and its difficult to find anyone to help you in the store. Ive resulted to just finding the location in the store of the needed item online and just walking to it.

Horrible experience today!! Order several days ago two items. Waited in car and No came out. Call into store , stated they are on the way. No one ever came. Had to call in store again and ask for manager. He was really nice and resolved issue. What a Shame he has to do all the jobs for his associates..

Refused a return (with a receipt) because they said it was their choice... Guess theyre more concerned about their sales numbers than their customers! Went to another home Depot, made the return (with receipt) and had no problems!

You blocked the one aisle that I needed and were taking way to long to get it unblocked. I don’t have time to wait for you to allow me to get what I need.

I am so mad right now. I made an online order and drover 30 minutes to come pick it up. My fiance went in to pick it up and they said they received the order and they would text me when its ready. After waiting over a half hour more than the time they estimated he went back in and they said they dont even have the item I ordered.

This location has the best plants. They looked healthy and at a good price. The staff was very helpful. And the wait for social distancing was not long. Sadly some of the public did not comply with wearing a mask.

Needed some peg board cut to hang jewelry 2 weeks ago and they were great. I went back for a second piece. The guy cut on the front instead of the back, so the front finish is marred in a few places. I spray painted it black so its less noticeable

Only reason for 2 stars is the politeness of the checker. Everyone else was very rude about closing in 15 minutes, 10 minutes. I have worked in restaurants and had patrons get a table at 5 till close... Wasnt happy but wasnt rude either. Grow up and br happy to have a job.
