I was more than pleased with my experience in the store. Stephen was extremely helpful and patient. Not only did he assist me in purchasing a new phone, but he took great care to ensure that all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. In addition to his professionalism, he and his colleague Marvin were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. They made the arduous task of buying a new phone into a fun and wonderful experience. I can only hope that any of my future needs will be addressed by these two gentlemen yet again.

Opened an account with a promotion. Just to end up with a switch and bait tactics. Never got my phone but instead got a bill for service that wasnt Authorized. Now Im going thru hell just to get it cleared. 4 months later still cant get this account closed/resolved with either the store Rep or over the phone with T-Mobile rep

This is my go to store! The girls here are amazing! Usually when I go into a store I see a bunch of guys that can be more intimidating than buying a car. Not this store!

I really loved it they had really good costumer service and they unlocked my iPhone in less of 2hrs. The workers here are very nice and they really give you good offers and deals! 100% would go there often😀.

I go in often to pay my bill and the manager Lyndsey is always ready to assist me. She does so with easy, and also recommends things I may need. I love this location!

Alex the assistant manager is patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We had an awful experience at AT&T and came in hoping sprint could combine our accounts, lower our bill, and help us upgrade our phones. Alex went above and beyond and also hooked us up with great deals and also helped us trade in our old phones. I definitely would recommend him and the store to anyone with sprint or looking to switch to sprint. 💯

The door was locked so i knocked. i asked if they were closed. the guy said yes. i pointed at the sign youre supposed to be open til 8? the guy replied its not 8? 🙄 must have been stoned. refused to help me. said the computers were down. then why ask confused about the time??? lies.

If you are looking for a new phone and want everything transferred over, come here. Staff is knowledgeable but the process takes time. Be sure to set aside an hour to go through he process. See Kim or Ed. They will walk through any questions you have and make sure you leave with what you need. There are always various promotions going on. Its always busy.

Lyndsey and her staff were extremely helpful in setting me up with a new line. She created a helpful and friendly atmosphere and was even able to trouble shoot a small issue that came up in the transfer.

This is not coporate store. They charged sim card fees. I wish I knew ahead . I would order online which fee is waived.

Do not go to the store if you absolutely have to deal with Sprint go to the plaza or a different location. If you were thinking about changing to sprint do not do it. This location has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced ever. The staff has been rude about fixing a problem that they caused. They also did not inform us about deals that the store had. I yabsolutely regret leaving my carrier for sprint and this location is one of those main reasons.

Watch out some punk will try to get you to get in iPad and when you said I want the Apple watch I dont want an iPad he will keep on demanding that you get the iPad even though youll say no as a female dont go in there unless youre with a guy because they will use any type of tactics to try to intimidate you and when you say no they flip out and practically get in your face! The police need to keep an eye on this store!

Awful place to go. I wouldnt suggest going here. Parking is dangerous. Workers are bias, discriminating I guess. I was in line for a while. Then someone came in behind me. And they took that person first. Then ran me around for 2 hours. Didnt get one thing in 2 hours. I switched fro m them sprint to Verizon. I was with sprint for 5 years. Sad. Those workers were terrible.

Excellent service by the team! I had some cell phone issues and they were very patient in fixing it! Taimoor checked my bill and reduced it by $20 and I did not know I was getting charged by some 3rd party games app. They fixed it and also I was eligible to get a free tablet and a hotspot! Awesome service!
