The customer service at the South Shore plaza store has been absolutely amazing. Davy and his staff were very informative, they acknowledge me as a first responder, provided information about the First Net plan designed for first responders, and it saves me money. Again, the customer service is great . Whenever I have an issue I know I can go there and get the assistance needed.

AT&T store at South Shore Plaza Braintree MA: Absolutely the best! I am a technophobe. Anthony and Assistant Manager Brian worked wonders, despite my being ill prepared and wanting to change carrier and change from android to iPhone. I had not brought passwords nor previous account information with me. I got the best new cell for me, excellent price, service beyond words. I chose the iPhone 12 mini which fits well in pockets, a necessity for someone like me who otherwise cannot remember where I left it. I offered Anthony my first-born, but my first-born is old enough to be Anthony’s father. So sorry to run on but impossible to say enough good about this experience.

I have to say the long lost concept of GREAT customer service is back and it is at AT&T in Braintree at the south shore plaza. My phone unexpectedly died and I needed a new one. The one I ordered wasnt in stock and Davey the manager and the sales reps Eddy Brian and Anthony, couldnt have been more helpful to make sure I was taken care of from the moment the process started til it finished a week later. They made sure I had a loaner phone in case of delays and when that failed they made sure I had a replacement in minutes! I cant say enough about this gentleman! They were 👏

They were extremely patient.I, unfortunately, was in the store for an hour and a half. During that time they went above and beyond to help without a single complaint. I left the store feeling as though I gained friends. Thank you, Davy and Adam.

I came to this location to return a device that I had purchased at a different location. I was made aware from customer service that I was able to do this. After informing the gentleman that I was just trying to return a device it seemed to put him in a different mood and that he didnt want to help me. He told me that there was no way he could return it because it was past the 14-day. And that I would have to go back to the original location. It was not past the 14 days as confirmed by a receipt and customer service. magically I went to another location and was able to process the return within 10 minutes.

I got to say this AT&T store showed me that their core value is to meet customers’ satisfaction. Kiril is so amazing! My wife didn’t have her ID with her, but Kiril didn’t just ask us to leave. He manually typed in our information to the system with patient in order to make us successfully active our family plan.

Edgar is very knowledgeable and friendly associate at the AT&T in Braintree, MA. He was genuinely very patient in explaining and making sure all questions we have were addressed. He was able to present our options and eventually helped us decide with our device upgrade and transition to FirstNet. We could say he did exceptionally well, especially on both occasions (different days) we were at the store to figure out 2 different needs. After over a decade with AT&T, it is our our best AT&T customer service experience by far!

Vi my sales rep and Davy the manager was very patient and helpful. Transferring from a consumer account to a business account was a bit challenging but they stuck it through. Because of the two of them all my devices and accounts were successfully transferred.

Tessa was a great help. Gave me all the different options I had and was handling the situation perfectly with all my questions and concerned. Will definitely be looking for her next time I’m in the store!

My husband and I have a small video surveillance company and on 7/16 we talked to Rory Nevulllis at Framingham and opened a 5 line account.We bought 2 new IPhones Pro Max.After we received the phones we were on vacaron una Dominican Reoiblic and a week after I received an email from Rory saying that our account was locked.It has been a month and nobody contacted us to let us know what happened and when emailing Him there us no response .We just wanted that somebody explain the situation and what we should do or provide.We have been contacting the Fraud department Abd the business account and all of them transfer our calls from one department to another.The last time the Fraud department said that we need the Pin but we never received any pin #.Finally we are here at AT&T South Shore Plaza and the manager Davy T had the patient and professionalism to helped us out.He contacted the Fraud Dept and explained that the original Manager Rory did not completed setting up the pin #.and did not sent us the pin.It has been very frustrating not having connection fir a month but had already received my first bill.I just want to let you know that the customer service should be not only getting new contracts but maintaining it for years to come.

Davy and Edgar are the men to go to! I had issues when switching to AT&T FirstNet from Verizon when I was in CT a few weeks back and when I came into the Braintree store to fix the problems, they were so professional, kind, and helpful. Honestly, the whole staff there is wonderful. My boyfriend was with me and also switched to FirstNet. When they didnt have the apple watch that came with the plan, an employee drove to the Seaport store just to make sure he walked out the door satisfied with all the devices he needed. I cant speak highly enough about my experience. Davy and Edgar are the reason I know I made the right decision switching providers.

Please avoid AT&T Store.I visited this store in end of 2020 for a device upgrade.The representatives at AT&T store did not explain additional surcharges or costs associated.Please avoid this store and AT&T as a service in general.Let me share further details:I went for a device upgrade with a trade-in unlocked phone.The simply stated the extra different amount.My next bill was 3 times higher.Without my consent they have applied: AT&T Next Up ($5) and Protect Advantage Insurance and Support service ($15).I was not notified extra $30 upgrade fee.Even if you want to return and un-opened device, they still charge another $50 charge. (you may avoid this charge if you order the device online).If you are not comfortable with hidden chargers, please avoid the AT&T service.-------------------------Foot note: If you have the same experience please share it with the community. At least we can save another person from getting caught into this hidden charges.-----------------------Update on Mar 7, 2021: Thanks for the store manager for replying to the comment and trying to resolve this issue.After calling AT&T customer care they remove and refunded the extra amount few weeks back. However, I still see the AT&T Next Up ($5) and Protect Advantage Insurance and Support service ($15), reappearing. AT&T billing is truly messed up. We need to pay close attention to our bills.Please note that I do not have anything against AT&T. Please consider this feedback to critically evaluate the billing systems and how charges are made to customers. Else many customers like me will go away from AT&T.

Hassan has been very helpful in whatever my family and I needed. My bill was relatively high and I had questions about areas in which I could save. He did an analysis and was able to make suggestions on how to lower how much we were spending on a monthly basis. In the end, we went from $220 to $180.Additionally, he was very knowledgeable on the other products and it was an overall positive experience. I would recommend AT&T, especially this location, to others.

Needed a new phone. Went to the ATT store. Misty helped me out. She got me exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service and the results. ATT is definitely making solid efforts on their customer service and Misty is an excellent example of being both personable and knowledgeable.

But this store legit is a 5 star.I was a new customer to At&t - there was some mix up with what promo I got and it caused me months of dealing with online reps and other att stores. I finally just went to Braintree mall, since it’s a “official att store” and when I walked in, they already knew I was not happy and wanted things handled ASAP. I had the pleasure to work with Davy T. He literally told me that he would help me and he said everything I was saying was right and should of been applied without issues. He assured me that he wasn’t going to stop until he got answers for me and told me that it would get done. And that he did!! After working with 6 different people not one of them was willing to help or put in the time to get this issue resolved. Very grateful to Davy!!! Don’t go anywhere else. Go see Davy! Promise he won’t disappoint. Amazing customer service.

I visited again today to get the latest iPhone and add a new line to my account. Hassan greeted me immediately and made sure everything was working smoothly since my last visit. I was paired with Josh who helped add the line and he walked me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable and made sure he explained everything throughly. He was very prompt in his service and I was in and out. I wanted to upgrade my existing line but they didn’t have the phone I wanted. I have had a great experience with the staff of This location but most importantly Misty Harding. She has been the most hard working and dedicated employee when it came to helping me and my family. She worked with us in store for 4 hours figuring out which phone would work best for my mom seeing that it would be her first IPhone and she helped us fix our phone plan and even told us about the AT&T TV which we bought 2 of. Misty is an outstanding employee who will not only charm you with her knowledge of her job but also her personality. She never gave us attitude ,or got frustrated with us even though at times we got frustrated ourselves. She took her time to explain how everything worked from an Apple ID for my mom to setting up the AT&T TV. Not only was she great in person but she was also fantastic over the phone as she helped me set up my HBO Max when I ran into numerous problems. Even though the issues were new to her as well,Misty continued to help me and figure it out with me until the end when it finally worked. I have never had such an amazing and helpful experience at any AT&T location as I did with Misty. Her hard work and dedication to each customer is impeccable. Hasan saved us from the torture of our ATandT trade-in disaster from BJs Wholesale The 3rd party rep at BJs left us with four months of 500.00 bills and the rep took off without helping us trade-in our phones. Tessa at ATT wireless at the So Shore Plaza went well above and beyond to assist in switching my service over from another carrier. Tried to switch over to Version initially, but they couldnt connect me over but still kept my old phone number, even the the phone never was even active with them.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the AT&T Store at the South Shore Plaza, Braintree, MA Both Adam and store manager Kevin spent quite a long time with me trying to get my tablet to work which was transferred from Sprint to AT&T. They were so much better than AT&T phone support and soooo much better than Sprint. Any issues in the future, I will go right back to them.
