Always find good stuff at Game Stop. Employees are always nice and helpful. My bf and I Went in to get a Birthday Gift card, and saw Xmas 50% off section. Found my boy Jack in a Santa hat and couldnt pass that up! Love him! My boyfriends brother was very happy with the GS gift card!

Great People! I bought a game from there and the data was corrupted and had to buy a new one. They got me a replacement for no extra cost.

DO NOT purchase the extended warranty, thry do not honor it. I was told that they had no PS4s to replace mine nor did they mention to bring it in to look at it. They took my info and said they would contact me when a replacement was in stock, that was 3 months ago... I have since replaced the hard drive on my own. I called several times, getting the run around from several different people. No wonder your business model is failing, your customers service is terrible. I for one will NEVER be returning and will sharing my story with anyone thinking of using your store. Thanks for taking my money and offering no help.

Very helpful staff and respectful. I am a fan love the helpfulness to find what your looking for i got every fortnite figure they released yes i was lucky but i traveled to a few different game stops to get them all. There after Christmas sales are the Best!

Basic GameStop, staff are helpful and normal people doing there jobs. No one Ive encountered is overly GameStop Aggressive, asking you to preorder etc.

I went in Wednesday morning to look at games, the employee seemed annoyed and for whatever reason there is a thing that prevents customers to going into the store, he with attitude asks what I want and tells me to not touch anything. I ask about a game twice and with an attitude keeps saying not in store rather than going into the computer and telling me how to buy it online.Do something about him owner. I’m not walking in there again...

My PS3 was decommissioned for about three years and I finally got it fix and stopped by GameStop for games. They have many of the preowned tittle for $5-9. I didnt realize that I have been missing out on such great games over the past years. The guys/gals there are very nice and recommend great games for me to purchase.

I only give 4 stars because I would have preferred not to find the members of the blood who were also trying to steal the sole of my foot.
