This place used to be a go to place before it became Keyfood . And I understand we’re living in hard times some going through it more then others but no way should a retail store should be selling expired bread having mold growing on it and price it at $3.99 . It does have overpriced grocery compared to Walmart. They only had one Cashier upfront and One stocker on the floor it’s very lonely and not as welcoming .

Detwilers was fantastic! It is about 40 miles away but worth the trip! We were impressed. The employees were very friendly and helpful!

I was minding my business shopping, my son who is a chef called me, so I turned on my camera to show him the varieties of overpriced international foods offered. The manager came over and started screaming at me and threatened me. He kept screaming No video snd we are private store. I explained it was a live call, not a recording, but he kept just lecturing me about what he can and cannot do because its his place. Told him I am never coming back and he said Good . Great customer service! At least he only screams at women, because he said nothing to my husband. He did scare the heck out of my toddler, who started to cry. Also some of the food had mold on it when we got home. We bought fancy colored jello that had lots of fuzz growing on top once we opened the package. Dont recommend shopping here at all unless you like high prices, screaming managers, and mold on your food.

In describing this store The first word that comes to mind is clean! Thats very important for a supermarket. I havent used their restroom, though. That is another cleanliness test. They are friendly and maintain an excellently bilingual staff. You can practice your Spanish, if youre a learner! I wish they had a larger selection of chips, but maybe its just as well! It makes it easier to buy fruits! I never hesitate to go there.

This store has very good meat prices but everything else is way way overpriced. This store has the rudest most unpleasant staff in the world. I go there all the time because they carry many ethnic items not available in regular grocers. No one will be overtly rude or mean to you. They will just act like you are not there

The vegetables are usually very bad looking and brown. Overpriced for most items. I run there because it’s close and sometimes they have good deals. I do like the hot food bar area. Delicious food there!

Nice midsized Spanish grocer clean & friendly. Good variety of things normally not found in others at such bulk & mixture of such.Fruits & veggies have been better on previous trips. This time alot were very ripe & almost smelly to some point. Or not close to being ripe & in my opinion should have not been picked yet.The only thing I hate is they have jacked up the prices on items that can be purchased elsewhere, BUT I still shop there because 1) its close & convenient on days I just dont want to deal with driving or an abundance of people. & 2) its ethnic choices for certain ingredients in some meals I like to make.Otherwise its really not a bad grocer either way.

This supermarket is a local haunt that has a notable produce section that is maintained fairly well although the variety is limited and that can be said about the entire inventory. Unfortunately it seems to be caught in somewhat of a 70s themed Time Warp.There seems to be no interest in moving the often long checkout lines along quickly since apparently the owners or management team seem to keep a maximum of two registers open at a time. Again this is a grocery store that caters to a dedicated neighborhood which is relying on them and yet located directly next them, siphoning off a visually steady stream of customers is a highly profitable (one can assume) Family Dollar. You can just sit in your car and watch people revert to a faux default setting upon reassessing how to satiate their shopping needs by way of rerouting themselves into the Family Dollar.Lastly, one of the first things you will notice after adjusting to the aforementioned Time Warp effects is when you go about procuring a shopping cart. Their shopping carts (both hand carrying and push carts) are absolutely filthy. The employees are kind however and very professional.

Great place to get meats for a low price. Mangers that stand in front of store are a bit rude and almost discriminating. I’ve been shopping at bravo for years on a daily bases and tonight I’m at the checkout trying to pay with Applepay (like I always do) and the reader doesn’t accept my card. I know 100% something is wrong with their machines so I asked the manager to go to a different register and try again, The man REFUSED me from simply going to another register and TOLD ME ITS TOO MUCH WORK FOR (HIM)TO GO TO ANOTHER REGISTER.

Terrible. Its an all Latino/Spanish grocery store. They dont like any race other than their own. I am a black man and was there with my niece and nephews whos 9,12 and 6yrs old. I was followed by employees of the store and was told to hurry up and buy.I will never go there again! 0 STAR REVIEW. They need to be reported and shutdown.

They have changed names from Bravo to Keyfoods, but they are still the same friendly people. The store has been enlarged, to provide more space for better organization of products. Plus, they have added to their inventory!!The cooked food area is always clean, and the women there are super amazing. They are fast, efficient and cook great. Food so far has always been on point. I have not been disappointed yet.The cashiers have all been super nice, and quick. I was in a line of like 9 people and the girl swept past us in like 10-15 minutes. So, checkout was a breeze.If youre in the area around lunch time, catch a quick bite or shop the market; either way you wont be disappointed.

Despite the neighborhood having a ruff reputation this store is a gem for good food and some really good meat prices !

Alot of Spanish foods

Today I walked in to get detergent and house supplies. I was then yelled at from across the aisle while she said you need to leave because you have no mask so I rushed to get my things so I could get out (mean while I do not have COVID) then in the aisle she had followed me Until she was close up to my back and proceeded to tell me to leave because they are a private store so they Said I needed a mask. I asked her I’m not sick and I have everything I need now and you don’t want my money? She said no We don’t need your money so I walked out fast as she was behind me making me move fast. I am getting corporate involved as this lady really screwed up.

Check it out.. Right now their running a buy one get one on pork chops and ground beef. Otherwise the prices can be a little high but you can score great deals if you shop for the weekly specials. Great selection on spanish Caribbean products.

2nd time in a row Ive purchased spoiled meat and about the 5th or 6th time overall. They need to take care of this issue before they kill someone.

This store makes me very VERY UNCOMFORTABLE after walking in and bein there for a few minutes. As soon as I walk in they Rudely tell me to put my bags upfront (if I have any from family dollar) And watch me the whole time I’m there like I’m some kind of criminal. I go there for the plantain chips, as they have multiple kinds. But I will not spend my money there anymore. Discriminating, treating me like I’m a thief Definitely not a good feeling!!

This is place is mainly for one race group the Hispanic and not everyone . Their meats are supposed to be chopped there but I will never buy from this store ever again . Ive never bought meat before as your repacking it for the freezer its already turning colors all I did was take it out of the fridge packed it up and its already changing colors Ive never bought meat like that before and wont ever again. The meat also has a smell unlike any meat Ive bought before .Their cheap prices are good for you if like mystery meat .

Good selection in meat Dept. Not very friendly employees. Cashiers not friendly at all with me. Every time I go there. Very cold personnel. But I keep going back for the beef selection and bagged potatoes in the veggie Dept. They have big selection of Mexican hot peppers and unusual items in the veggie area.

The selection of meats it’s great and for amazing prices, your customer service could improve. I have plenty of issues with making payments their machines don’t work or they say they take Apple Pay and they don’t. Management don’t seem to care about what you have to say and will make you feel like whatever went wrong is your fault. Today was the third time I was on able to pay for groceries because of their machines not working I will no longer return to Bravo supermarkets if I were you and you love their meat prices that bad take cash.

This place is on the upswing. Every-time I go there it has another improvement. The meat dept. is super clean and always has a great deal.

The woman that works in the office was very rude. I spend $132.59 in this store. When I ask for some information I was told to talk to the woman in the office. I waited there for a while because she was in the back but when she finally came to the front and enter the office, I immediately rang the door bell and still waited for her to answer me, mind you she just enter the office how busy was she to tell me to give her a second instead she ignored me and had me waiting like if I wasn’t there and as soon I was walking away with my shopping cart she then decided to open the window and at that point I just left. She wasn’t professional.
