Why would you shop anywhere but Winn Dixie! When you use their rewards card, its so easy to rack up bonus rewards and points for actual dollars off your groceries. They have the best BOGOs and coupons! I love watching the price on the cash register screen go down at the end of checking out!!

Nice clean store. But if you are going there for the customer service and have your groceries bagged.. better off going to Publix!

Came to Florida for vacation and needed some last minute things. Austyn the cashier was helpful and very very nice, even gave us a recommendation on some local places here. Great customer service even when they were 10 minutes away from closing! Thanks Austyn!

First of all the employees at Winn Dixie on 75th/Cortez are always very helpful. Their customer service reps are friendly and resolve any question or issue I may have. My only complaint would be, if the store is busy it would be nice if the cashier could scan and bag at the same time. I realize it’s not their job however they end up bagging anyways (Or I do). This would just speed up the process. the employees that do bag are very busy as well and cannot get to everyone.

Came to came to Florida to visit my son and his family. Decided to go pick up some food for a barbecue outside and was very pleased with the stores cleanliness professionalism oh, and the courtesy of the entire store. Sure wish we had you up north but it was very clean throughout every aisle. Thanks again for a great option. Keep up the good work

I love their deviled eggs and chicken..seems they recently raised prices to most everything. Good baked items, meat is more than most stores.

Was in from out of town. First time in a Winn- Dixie. Loved the set up and choices offered for our day out on a boat. Saw new brands that I really did like. Very clean and well organized.

Store was clean and well stocked. The guy at customer service was very nice. The girl at the grocery checkout was maybe having a bad day; not friendly. Seemed bothered to help us.

This is one of the better Win-Dixies that I have been to. Clean, large, and a huge deli section where you can get everything from chicken wings to salad.

Register crew is always friendly and always have enough registers open with baggers on hand.... Good management!!!!!

As a former business owner, Chamber member and person who has always been fair to others. Im appalled as to my last few visits here as each resulted in a minimum loss of 40...and twice was 50 plus dollars that I was overcharged.To add insult to injury upon going back the first episode and having manager refund me the first 40...he tried to sneak back 25 on my card and kept the other 15. Only after getting home and realizing he put 25 back on card..he put 15 cash back on receipt that he never gave me. So I only knew this as I called my card company and my balance didnt seem correct. So I scanned receipt and noticed the 15 cash back on line 2.so I went back to store to confront manager for third time....he handed over the cash. This type of occurrence has seemed to become the norm in our beautiful city. Shameful...I have caught nearly all stores, except Walmart ripping me off. Never will I frequent a WinnDixie...and it cost your store four other weekly shoppers. Wow!

COVID-19 - So I normally like Winn Dixie, and normally would be happy to leave a positive report. So I was shocked by their lack of response to the safety measures we are all supposed to take. Unlike a lot of businesses, they have been allowed to stay open. However they cause a serious health risk.When I walked in, I asked if the baskets were disinfected since i didnt see anyone cleaning them. Yes! i was told, and so i grabbed one. When i was finished checking out i asked, Where do I leave the basket. Oh, just leave it with me, the cashier said. I didnt realize that she was simply trying to deceive me. Another employee walked by, grabbed the basket and put it in the stack for the customers arriving in the store. Shocked, I said, Dont you disinfect them? Sure, every few hours. she responded.So the answer is, no, they dont disinfect them between customers. Lets say the are cleaned every few, 3-4 hours. If a customer is in the store for 30 minutes, the basket is put on top of the stack, the first one the next customer takes. So easily 6-8 customers can use the basket before its disinfected. Yet, I was unabashedly told they were disinfected. If that is happening in front of the customers, WHAT IS HAPPENING OUT OF SIGHT???

The Pharmacy team is an awesome group. Heather is especially helpful and freindly and is an extremely dedicated employee who rises above and beyond her title.

Good had all I needed and everyone wore masks except 3 construction worker that had been working at a newstore at the end of the plaza maybe to buy lunch.

I really like the store and especially the awesome Deli, however it is ridiculously hot in the store! I asked an employee about the A/C and they told me that it has been worked on for a couple years now.I have heard others complain as well but to no avail! Please FIX IT!!!

The store has made a great improvement since combining with Sweet Bay, But customer service sucks, especially the deli. Most of the people there are very helpful in the deli, but if you get the older woman, ask for someone else, because she deliberately does not follow instructions. I do not know how she can still be working there. She barks questions, then does the opposite. Run from her! Wait! Fire her, and do us all a favor.

They have upgraded their store, lighting and offerings and many of their prices are very competitive now. Their chicken wings are the best bargain in town and tasty too. As a frequent shopper, using their card, buying their specials and using the coupon on the receipt. Im saving a LOT more now!

Ive lived in Florida most of my life and never was the biggest fan of Winn-Dixie. But the prices at Publix forced me to give them another chance. This store is nice and clean. The produce, bakery, meat and seafood areas always give me a concern but there were no issues here. The prices are way more reasonable than Publix and the quality is still great. This is now my grocery store.

This is our go to store. Been going for 25 years, many changes, updates over the years. Decent selection, Great prepared Chicken Wings. Good hours. Good assortment of retail stores in this plaza.

Slow checkout. Missing some international food products.

Busy, no hand sanitizer or wipes. Fresh meat low but looked good on everything else. Associates were working hard to keep up with many customers.

Its really unfortunate to see the lack of motivation in most of the employees at this store. I feel a lot of it has to do with management and its really uncomfortable going into the store and overhearing the managers ridicule and belittle their employees in front of customers instead of handling it in a professional manner. This is about the third time that Ive witnessed this happen and its very clear that its affecting the other employees attitudes. The prices may be good but it seems like everybody hates working there which can make a lot of people feel very uncomfortable and not want to shop there. Also most of their produce is in pretty terrible condition so I recommend going to Publix for fresh items.

My Winn Dixie is clean, well stocked, and the employees are wonderfully helpful. Steve and Heath are the Pharmacists, they are always so easy to work with. and fast. This store (and plaza)has everything you need. Useful if you can not go too far from home.
