Publix subs make a great lunch. Go in early, hit the deli and get out quick. Avoid coupon day and crowds. Lol. If the deli line is long, just give up quick and try another day

.I love this store. Everyone is super friendly with always a smile on their face. I have to admit that this store has anything you want. Everything is so fresh.And the store is extremely clean. Its bigger then the one in my neighborhood. And it closes at 10:00 oclock. The other one in my neighborhood closes a hour earlier. Do visit this store, I highly recommend it to everyone. And the prices are very reasonable.

Im disappointed with Publix. I asked them to do a customer cake. I asked if they can put butterflies on it... And my answer was the cake decorator can do that but they dont really like to do it. We can put plastic ring ones on it for you really? And than she told tells me the quarter sheet cake can cost anywhere between 28 dollars to 32 dollars.... Really? Not very satisfied at all. The last couple of custom cakes I have ordered from Publix were horrible.

We went to the deli to get a sub. I want to say the customer service was amazing. She was fast and very nice. However. The bread we were given HAD to be older than a day. It was beyond dry and hard. Scratching to roof of your mouth and crumbling in your hands.

Great store, its true about there motto were shopping is truly a pleasure. Thank you to one of the managers, she was so pleasant in her attitude her skills and her presence so very helpful I didnt get her name aside for being very beautiful LOL she is a great person. That store is blessed to have someone like her on their team. The cashier was also very pleasant and helpeful the baggage handler just magnificent overall experience I have been shopping at Publix since I was a child being born and raised in Florida south Florida but every time I have to go grocery shopping I always look for the nearest Publix because its just my favorite store above all thank you once again Publix on Cortez road in Bradenton Florida. I live near this Publix it was my favorite store until mid may when they got new deli department staff 🥴 the new employees in the deli well the sandwich department are trash, rude and sloppy. They give you old hard bread an always in a rush to fix your sub. I’m so disappointed in Publix, what happened to the old workers I see it’s best to go in the morning time when the workers who’ve been there for some time is there.

Always clean and we stocked. Deli and bakery are awesome. The staff are very competent and helpful.

I love all of the Publix stores and employees. The stores are clean and well maintained and the employees will go as far as to walk with you a couple aisles away to find a product. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the deli is always backed up with too few employees to help the customers. It takes as long waiting at the deli to get a few cold cuts as it does to do the whole rest of my shopping.

This Publix is a very large store and that can be challenging however the grocery clerks are always informative and direct you right to the product. Very often when I am looking for something and the shelf is empty the clerks will go in the back and check the inventory to try to locate or tell me when I can expect it to return. The only complaint I have is the customers who blatantly disrespect some of the deli clerks. I have seen this on many occasions. I know that Publix is an inclusive employer and hires many with disabilities… it would be nice if other customers recognized that and would count their blessings rather than treat people like animals. Great store. Great location. Large selection. Excellent staff. This store is where shopping is a pleasure!

Store layout is weird here. Cheese isnt with the rest of the dairy. Its all the way on the opposite side of the store. The frozen sausage. Nope, its not with the rest of the frozen breakfast items. Its in a smaller freezer in the middle of the store on the back wall.Plan on spending more time here searching for groceries.

At Bradenton store my experience was excellent. High praises for their customer service. They go out of their way to be sure customers are satisfied with their experience. Its my favorite store.

Each time I go here the shopping becomes less of a pleasure. RUDE staff, bagged my own groceries, did not do the self checkout, all while customer service personell stood there chatting two feet from my lane!!!! No offer to help me out with my groceries with a full cart and raining!!! Are you kidding me? I dont shop here to ring my own groceries nor to bag my own groceries....thats figured into your high prices. If this is your definition of good customer service YOU CAN KEEP IT!

Wasnt bad shopping there they need to put more thought into the meat dept.nice bakery bought some cinnamon bread was real good good health food choices, and had goats milk my favorite.

The attendants at the pharmacy were pretty rude and acted very impatient when I wanted to take a lousy 60 seconds to bring up an RX coupon on my phone, it saved me $20 and maybe they should learn to understand that that is a lot of money to some people. Publix does have a great bakery and good seafood but otherwise everything else in the store is completely overpriced and I would rather go to Walmart and spend a third of the money

As other Reviews have Stated the Customer service here has fallen apart. Im in self-checkout with a large amount of groceries and Terri the store Associate came over to check if I had scanned everything several times and each time I said yes Im fine. Afterwards Im trying to find my card and this lady is staring at me while I go throw my wallet. Asking me several times if Im alright and in front of my Sibling no less. Implying that I may not have the funds to pay for 198$ of groceries. After I bagged the last bag I let Terri know that as a POC I felt singled out and discriminated against and she proceeded to laugh in my face belittling me saying O you are a big guy Im sure you werent threaten by meAll of this occured only because I took a little time to bag my groceries and pay. Myself, family, and friends will no longer be visiting this store or any publix for that matter. Unprofessionalism was in its highest form tonight from Terri

I needed to acquire groceries. They had groceries available for purchase. I selected said groceries and tendered payment whereupon they allowed me to leave the store with my purchases. The transaction was therefore completed to the satisfaction of both parties. More I cannot say.

Over priced and not what the commercial leads you to believe, the customer service is not all they profess it to be, save money and check out Aldi for the same quality at lower prices.

This is my go to shopping spot and I always have a good experience, its always clean and theyre usually very nice. The last time I went in I had a bumpy experience with the cashier, but theyre definitely a great Publix to shop at.
