Good value and friendly staff. Would have given 5 stars but on my last 2 visits they forgot to complete services I requested. Once it took 3 trys to adjust to valve sensor and last time forgot to rotate the tires.

Had a bad nail on tire and was serviced at another Tire Kingdom; unfortunately not properly done I ended up with close to a flat. As I arrived to this location, raining, dark and nearly at closing time...I was greeted by Cristian and was advised the team was leaving for the day....BUT when he saw my concern, the team remained on site and Cristian and mechanic took great care of my car. I was able to make it home (2 hour drive) safe and sound. THANK YOU for helping me and for providing amazing customer service!

Dropped my car off yesterday for 4 new tires and front brakes. Job was executed perfectly, rates were decent, and my car is driving like new again! Thank you!

Called to simply confirm the online price for their oil change and inquire of any additional fees. Initially, I was somewhat taken aback as the service representative claimed he must create a work ticket before revealing any prices. I reiterated that my decision to book an appointment would be based on their final price for a very common oil change service listed on their website. After providing personal contact information, he proceeded to request my license plate number. Then I insisted I had no time to waste and was not providing that information without a firm price. This gentleman proceeded to tell me theres no need to speak so quickly after I patiently provided all my information without any disclosure of price of the service. The conversation ended by me stating his job is to facilitate a sale agreeable to both, not satisfy his need for commission or simply exercisehis very poor customer service skills. Regardless, be aware of and avoid this evasive and insulting type of service. I will not trust them with my vehicle accordingly.

Do not waste your time booking appointment on line. They do not honor the time. When I arrived for my appointment I wS enforced the wait was four hours. Why didnt they call me before I arrived? I could have left my car. They did not even offer a ride. Disappointing

Really helpful crew. Had to special order me a tire and let me keep my car at the shop until the tire arrived. Kept me updated throughout the waiting period. Got a very good price on my tire too.

The store manager Cesar Montes has a distasteful attitude. I was told good luck contacting his district manager when asked for his number instead I was told to call customer service. I do not know tire kingdom have someone like him running a location. It was almost closing and he had an attitude since I walked up. When I asked a question he answered it very hostile and in an impertinent way. The whole transaction was horrible. I will never come back to this location. By the way I used my store card and he never checked my ID which amazed me. He’s a joke.

AMAZING! I had my first Tire Kingdom experience today and I was so happy. Caesar helped me out from the second I walked in the door and was so incredibly nice. Appointment at 1pm for oil change and AC diagnostic. Front desk told me 1 hour. 2 hours later I kindly ask for an update and they tell me the AC tech went out to lunch and will take another hour. I kindly left without receiving and apology. Is it so hard to say I’m sorry these days?

We had a flat tire on our way home to Charleston SC from Key West, on a Sunday afternoon no less. The guys at this Tire Kingdom were awesome 🤩!!!!Fixed our tire and we were back on the road within an hour!!5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service all the way around.Thank you to all!!

I got 2 flat tires on 95 and had to get a tow here. Gary was great, he took me in right away, was very very kind, and really helpful! That would’ve been enough to warrant an awesome review..... but it gets better! Knowing I was on a budget, Caesar gave me a massive deal so I didn’t have to drive on my spare. Its not a common occurrence that a company will go out of their way to make sure you’re safe and happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!! Best auto service experience I’ve ever received in my life, hands down!

I spent over 8k getting my brakes, roters, front suspension, gasket covers and oil leak work done, I found out that they did not do the work correctly, put on front struts without the bushings, did not correctly fix the oil leak, and used after market parts. I had been taking the car back at several different dealerships because Im a traveler. Each time I was told something different regarding the struts, come to find out, they did not use the correct struts, or rather by using after market parts, they were not properly placed.Then told me that the work was out of warranty before a year was out.

Great team, very accommodating for a busy store. They have great staff, militant to the job , and friendly open frontline folks, especially Clifton Samaroo! Wait was long, but only got squeezed in last minute so can’t complain for that!

AMAZING service. Called around and every person had a wait 1-2-3 hours. I called tire kingdom and they got me in right away and had me out in less than an hour for an alignment, balance and a rotation. Very friendly staff and SANITARY! 10/10 recommend for any of your car troubles!

I was helped by Cesar who is a manager at this location. The service was very prompt and honest. Cesar took the time to show me the different types of tires so I could look at the tread depth. He also worked within my budget. Excellent service. I highly recommend this location.

This place is a hidden gem! It’s so clean inside and they are super quick✨✨✨🥳! They are all very professional, expeditious, and transparent in their stellar customer service approach! Caesar showed me what was wrong with my tire/rotor/break situation and was compassionate in his approach. As a female these moments can be intimidating, but these guys are true rockstar professionals. Denis welcomed me...and helped me through the process too—as he also offered me water upon arrival🤗 David, the service provider who did the actual physical labor for my rotors and breaks along with stud replacement (due to another shops poor job) WAS EXCEPTIONAL and timely!! I couldn’t believe how awesome he was and how clear he was with my matter!!! I am new to town, so I am in love with this place and will remain loyal to this phenomenal establishment!!! What a fantastic and unexpected experience!!! I enjoyed every bit of their service given my emergency tire and break situation —-they really helped me to feel at ease!!!! Cheers Guys!!! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE for a basic oil change. Took 5 hours for them to do that basic oil change. I also had a scheduled appointment for that so called basic oil change. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. They did not even care. So Beware of this auto service place.

The Tire Kingdom in Boynton Beach gave me an excellent service, as well as best price in town. The general manager, Cesar Montez is extremely courteous as well as knowledgeable. I wasnt just a number, I was treated with respect and in a timely manner. They have earned my future business, thanks to him!

I like getting new tires when it’s time.The sales associate did a great job providing me with tire choices (with complete pricing) for the vehicle and also explaining what comes free with the tires, such as tire rotation & repair, and optional items like road hazard warranty. Setting up an appointment that was convenient for me was easy and the work was done in the time promised.Also had an wheel alignment, but the paperwork showing before/after was not correct. The crew was able to rectify the problem and assured me that they would instruct the technician on how to do the paperwork correctly so as not to happen again.I would recommend this business to others and will use them again in the future. Overall, a good experience.

The gentlemen at this particular Tire Kingdom have always done an amazing job helping me with my car! Today, however, they went above and beyond to get me in last minute and repair a flat tire. I explained over the phone that I started a new job this week and was quite worried about the tire issue and the timing. I got in and out no problem, and Im happy to report I will not be late to work today! Thank you for always providing amazing service with a smile. I am grateful to have such a reliable and friendly place close by.

Horrible customer service! The manager told me one price and when I pick up my car it’s over double what I was told. As we’re trying to figure it out the manager starts yelling at me and cutting me off.

Cesar did a fantastic job as the store manager . He ensured that my service was completed in a timely manner. Cesar acknowledged how much he values his customers and want them to be happy with the service they received. I too have experience in service from working with Penske so I understood his position. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the shop employees and service advisors. Just some advise this is a busy shop with limited staff so please be understanding and set a early appointment in advance if you arent a person who likes long wait times. But over all you will be taken care of .

All the personnel were very friendly and treat their customers with honesty. Clifton pointed out that rotating the tires wouldnt be good at this time because the front tires were too worn. There was one problem but it wasresolved quickly

Not all tire Kingdoms are created equally...this particular one...has a manager...Caesar...that knows ZERO about customer service..and even tells at his customers....even his own employees...told me that they agree with me.He is the rudest person in retail that I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with.I use tire Kingdom predominantly for oil changes and my alignment package and tire rotation.Everytime I price a REPAIR they always very overpriced...compared to the shop I use now...MR. FIX IT...on congress South of Lake lda...Rob is honest and FAIR.

Horrible service, took 3 hours to put on two new tires on back of my truck. Also believe I was overcharged. I told them my truck riding funny, & didnt know which front tire was bad. I found out later its the belt in front passenger side. They didnt bother to tell me, although they say they drive it and recommend service. Tried to sell me a brake job, which I refused. Do yourself a favor & choose a different store. Also charged a disposal fee, even though I took my old tires with me. They leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Think their employees need better training. This is the second time I have scheduled an appointment and have showed up and they said they don’t have me down. I get if it happens one time, but two times? Employees need better training. To make matters worse, the guy acted like I was lying to him even though I showed him the exact call with time stamped that I called.

I booked an appointment online and chose the tires I wanted, entered all the car informations they were asking for, everything was ready, when I went to the store nobody knew anything, I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes, nobody never said anything to me, and I left with 4 new tires that were not what I ordered, the tpms light was on, even though they charged me for that. They put the cheapest tires they had without asking me anything, very bad organization, very bad customer service, almost rude for letting people wait all afternoon. I do not recommend.

Since my very first car in 2007 i have been bringing my cars here. Always polite, will match pricing, and most importantly they EDUCATE you on why you need what you need.

Called at 6:50pm they close at 7pm, was told to come in. Had the 4 tires that was needed and was out of there by 7:45.Called several other places and was told they would have to order tires.

My friend had a blowout on the highway. We went to Firestone and Goodyear and they didnt do a thing to help us. But Tire Kingdom did!!!

5 hours for an oil change and bad attitude from the guy behind the counter

I will not be returning to this Tire Kingdom for the next purchase of tires. After multiple visits for the same problem, they still have not properly diagnosed or solved a leaky tire I purchased from them. On one occasion, they argued that I didn’t even purchase the tires from them (for which I paid $1,000 and did not have the paperwork handy). That is not even the reason I will not be returning. One hour into an appointment today to once again attempt to fix the problem, they pulled me into the back to put an AGGRESSIVE sales job on me for breaks and rotors and other additional work. I take my car to a long-time trusted mechanic who is monitoring my breaks and said they have more life in them. I politely explained that I am aware that they are going to need to be replaced soon and that I’m not doing them today. But I had to repeat myself 4 times and they kept pushing. Then kept asking where I take it. NO MEANS NO!! I am a seasoned, successful sales representative myself, and I can appreciate a good sell, but this was obnoxious and rude. When I asked about what was going on with the tire, he said he didn’t know, they were still looking at it (one hour into them working on my car!!!) Not acceptable! I’m done. Google, why is there not an option for ZERO stars?????

Ive been a regular customer at Tire Kingdom in Boynton Beach for over 2 years and I have no complaints. Their service and customer service is great and they always provide me with an invoice that has a breakdown of everything my vehicle needs.

He does not help the stores clients , when we got there he was screaming at the other employees. He needs to get fired from this store. He is not a good manager. FIRE HIM!I went to 14115 Military trail store and it was way better service. Explained to the manager my situation and he corrected the issues, while Cesar wasn’t.

Went there today to get tires for their Buy 2 Get 2 4th of July tire sale. The sales person lied and tried to upsell me to a higher priced tire. When I questioned him and showed him the online price and that the lower priced tire was part of the sale he looked at me and said, You looked that up because of your white privilege. I had never been more insulted. When I called him out on his comment his manager stepped in and made it worse. Then the punk wanted to try to fight me in the lobby. This is the most appallingly display of customer service ever. I will be following up at the regional level.

I made a 2.30 appointment. I arrived on time but the parking lot was full and the waiting area was jammed. No social distancing. I went back to my car and called and told Jerry that I had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Jerry said that they were running an hour behind and when I tried to ask if I should just come back in an hour, he said they were doing the best they could and hung up on me. I called Jerry back and canceled my appointment.
