So disappointed with new owners at Ace Auto. Have been going there since 1993 and ever since new owners took over, nothing but problems. I gave them 3 chances and each time I had a problem. 1st I went for tires. They did the alignment BEFORE they put the tires on. Ive never heard of doing it that way before, and after asking around, it is not the correct way. When I told them, she assured me was fine, but I could tell was not the way had been previous times. The 2nd time was for an area that needed painted. They said they knew someone who would do it there. They painted it the wrong color. I pointed that out and they were very nonchalant about it and told me to come back. I live in West Lake Worth and the shop is in Southeast Boynton Beach. I went back to have it painted the right color and a couple weeks later had chips in it. When I took it back once again she told me it was probably from putting my groceries in the way back. Unbelievable. The 3rd and final time was for windshield wipers. 2 days after I got the new ones put on, I wasnt happy. They werent as clear as others I have had so I went back to see of I could change them for the same ones I had previously. She said no and said they were working fine. 2 days after that one of them broke and was flapping about. So disappointing after so many great years of going there and knowing I could trust them.

Awesome staff! Their prices are very reasonable and they made good suggestions on what needed to be replaced and fixed (windshield wipers replaced and fixed my splash guard that was hanging a bit). I cannot express how amazing their detailing guy is! My car had not been detailed in a long time and there were thousands of dog hairs on the inside. After bringing it to Ace, there were zero. Seriously the cleaning power of a god! Very thorough and I was so surprised at how low the cost was. Definitely worth my drive from Miami Beach!

I was in town, visiting family and got a flat tire. The auto shop where I have my car serviced in Seminole, FL had enrolled me in the Tech Net program. I called Ace, got an appointment within minutes. Not only did Ace repair the tire quickly, but they handled all the paperwork and coordinating with Tech Net regarding reimbursement. I would highly recommend Ace - theyre fast, efficient and honest.

I drive a VW Tiguan and my rear view camera stopped working. They were very professional and the installation was fast. It was less expensive than going to the VW dealer. I have referred them to my family and friends, all have had a good experience with them.

BEWARE READPositive reviews must be fake. Everytime you have them fix something you come back with more issues a day later. They overcharge for labor tires etc as well. They quoted one job to be over $1,000 when i bought the aftermarket part myself for $120 & paid a local mechanic $120 to install it . $240 vs over 1k !! You make that call if you wanna spend your hard earned money here.

This is a GREAT repair shop! Don is one of the most accommodating, patient, trustworthy people I have met in the auto repair world. I have done much of my own auto repairs in the past because I find it hard to trust auto repair shops. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 3, and they were not able to get to my car until 4 or just a little after. The owner came out and apologized for the wait, and informed me that the oil change would be free as a result of the wait. It turned out they didnt charge me for the tire rotation either. I left with an oil change, tire rotation, and an invoice that read Balance Due - $0.00! I chose Ace because of the positive customer reviews online, and now my review will find itself amongst those positive reviews. I will definitely go back for oil changes, etc. The owner seems to be genuine and to genuinely care!

I had to bring my car in on short notice for AC repair and I can honestly say that I have never received such good service as I did from Ace Auto Repair! The owner, Don, was so professional and kind. He was honest and gave us an extremely fair price to fix the AC. The AC was fixed in 1 day and works perfect! Thanks again to everyone at Ace Auto for making everything hassle free!

OMG. The owner, Don, is a very special guy. I had problems with both my vehicles. My husbands truck was making a very scary noise so I called Ace Auto and Don said I ll stop by your house to check his truck. Don was worried that my husbands truck would leave him stranded. To make a long story short. He repaired my husbands truck and our Hummer. They both work way better and we have found the best mechanics ever! I really am lucky to have found Ace Auto and their wonderful employees. Don, you are the best guy ever! Oh, and by the way, this is a family run business with a great family. Fantastic first impression!!I called in for a simple quote for services I needed for my 2013 Nissan Altima, after coming from the dealership, to get a second opinion and compare the prices for service. I spoke with Don, who later turned out to be the owner, and was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Apples to apples Don and Ace Auto Repair beat the dealership price by more than $400 before tax and dealership fees. Its hard to find an honest and reliable auto shop like this one!!!!

Absolutely the worst repair shop, went an got an oil change & had to come back 2 days later with my radiator leaking, right after they put the radiator they said I need a fan. If you are an auto repair shop how come you cant see the problem until after u fix a job because they are ripping people off!!!

You dont come across a mechanic that is as honest as Don is. The man is a blessing and just earned a customer for life.

Just did an inspection wich took less than 15 min, for 50$ .The car has 64k milesThey didnt even check the oil or any other fluid levels ,lifted the car right away - a small steering fluid leak was quoted at 1200$ what was actually just a hydraulic line( 20$ part) and A/C was claimed to be possibly bad because it was recently recharged so they assumed theres is a problem even if the air was blowing 54degrees

The shop is under new management, from what I hear. So I need to go back, and update accordingly.
