I couldnt ask for a better experience given the circumstances. No one wants to take their car into an auto body shop following an accident. If I had to do it again though, I will choose this shop time after time. Precision Auto Body Works was helpful, timely, and did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle it looks like new. They did ok. Did the minimum the insurance would cover. Looks like my whole frame was twisted in the accident and you could tell when they fixed it that the bumper was still off a little. Insurance smh what a scam

If you want honesty, respect and racial equality as well as a honest and fair mechanic, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. They will use your vulnerability against you, overcharge you for parts and labor, as well as screen your calls when you have complaints. They told my wife it will take 2 weeks to finish our front bumper on our 2017 Hyundai Sonata... They started on the 2nd week after four separate complaints. Ignored and blocked me and my wifes phone calls. Purchased overpriced parts which were also used, without our consent. Since they wouldnt answer I had to go there to the shop and discuss the issues at hand. Poor customer service. IF YOU WANT HONESTY MY GOOD PEOPLE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR THEIR POOR SCAMMING SCHEME.
