Wonderful Staff . Was referred by Rob the mobile mechanic and have been pleased so far they helped me jump start my Jeep when I picked it up and notified me that the battery was going bad it was over 3yrs old so thank you for that . When I drove the Jeep off the lot there was definitely something still wrong so I called and explained that the car was pulling to the right they said no problem bring it back so we can take a look .there was another item that needed fixing and they got it done fast. Wish I could pick my Jeep up on a Saturday but overall great service , great price and great people.

I have been going here since the day they opened. Walked in as it was a different shop before they tool over and quickly noticed it was rebranded. Probably one of the first 10 people in the door. For years it was religiously the only place I would bring mine or families vehicles (at least 5 different vehicles including vehicles id built myself). Cathy and her husband were phenomenal. I have recommended countless friends and family members and co-workers to the location.Unfortunately, it seems as they get larger and more busy, the customer service and quality has declined.The woman working the counter has no business there. I respect her need for work.. But its not the right place for her.Still very kind and do trustworthy work... If you can get them to do so. At a very hefty price. Which I never in the past hesitated to pay as you cannot put a price tag on trust However, after my most recent experience I no longer have that trust and will unfortunately no longer be bringing my vehicles here.. I asked for a complete inspection and mentioned a few things I wanted them to pay extra attention to such as, I knew my AC compressor was bad; brakes were going, rear suspension and requested a coolant flush. They called me back less than an hour later stating my vehicle was done... And they had done nothing. I was clear and told them id sold my 2nd vehicle and was willing to put at least 1500 dollars worth of work into the car. They called me back completely uninterested in the job.It is unfortunate as a good trustworthy mechanic is hard to find. But, I will sadly be looking for a new shop.UPDATE To KAMs response:I never once raised my voice in the 3 times i had to call and ask for more details. The fact that you say I did is ridiculous and shameful. I thought you were better than that, cathy. I simply asked to speak with Cathy as the women who answered the phone was simply wasting our time and unhelpful. I asked for a FULL inspection and was called 30 minutes later telling me my vehicle was done (and nothing was done to it). I then restated i wanted a full inspection and asked to pay special attention to brake and suspension. They called me back and stated I need new front brakes pads. (Didnt point out that my master cylinder was leaking which they would have noticed during a full inspection). I again had to ask about suspension at which time I requested to speak to Cathy as once again the women who answered the phone did not request a full inspection to the techs. Cathy still refused to give me a quote and explain what would be needed stating (its an old car. Didnt think youd want to fix it). Even though i had clearly stated I sold my vehicle to do maintenance and repair the lumina.. Had they been willing to go over the car like requested we could have discused a plan to proceed, how ever they made it clear the car is old and they didnt want my business any longer.5 years ago this location replaced my entire AC system with brand new components throughout for $800. This time she quoted me over $800 for just replacing the compressor.I got my brakes AC and rear suspension done for less than $1300 elsewhere. And I was clear that I was willing to spend at least 1500 in repairs as I sold another vehicle to complete maintenance on the lumina.As for not having left a review, I spread my review via word of mouth. I sent at least 20 different people through this location in the last 6 years.

Kam Auto repair is run by a very experience team, my daughter Ema drop her car off at 10am and advise Kam her car would not to start, Kam Tech diagnosis the problem and completed the repair same day, they did not try to upsell, rather they listen to he concerns and fix her vehicle. when we think of auto repair we go to KAM complete auto repair.

My AC wasn’t working I called and they fit me in right away even on a busy Saturday afternoon! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there very quickly with all of my issues resolved highly recommend this repair shop!

The team at KAM checked it out, test drove it, even looked at a few things I suggested and didn’t charge me a dime. Went in for an oil leak. It was pretty clear that the leak was coming from the drain plug in my volkswagen cc. Brought it there the first thing they say is they dont know where the leak is coming from but need to clean the oil that is present, and for me to take it back again when it starts leaking. Of course as soon as i leave the oil starts leaking again, so i bring it back the next morning only for them to call me and say they wont be able to look at the car today.Brought my car to another place, they were able to identify the leak in 10 minutes. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

I am probably one of their first client since they started. I was very happy with the professionalism of Kathy and performance by Manny (I believe thats his name). Recently, a new owner came along by the name of Tony (short for Anthony). I called to see if there was any resolution regarding a tire warranty, because the tire popped after 3 months of use and had to buy a new tire. Tony immediately accused me of wanting to get my money back with an attitude and called me many curse names I dont want to repeat here on Google. I thought we passed that generation of bad mechanics. I really enjoyed working with Kathy and Manny, but it looks like Tony bought them out. DO NOT GO THERE. He is the worse person to deal with, unless Kathy and Manny handle your car.

Have gotten one of my cars fixed here twice. First time it was towed in with a transmission problem and we advised them Not to drive the car as it had to be towed in. The 1st thing they did was drive the car around which could have totally ruined it. Anyway, after $2000 it was fixed and seemed to be fine. Next time, the estimate was $1000 but when I got there the bill was $2500 for repairs and services. They called me to come pick up the car, the car started but wouldnt move. I was stuck in their parking lot without another ride home. Thank God Manny was still there, he checked the car out and said they accidentally got water in my transmission hose and it had to be flushed out. I was terribly disappointed about being told my car was fixed and ready to go, and then finding out it was damaged while there by staff. I ended up calling to speak to the manager and they never have bothered to return my call. Thats the part that really made me upset because they just brushed it off like no big deal and didnt even care enough to call me back. I wont be returning there again.

The work that was done was fine but the bill was very high. I thought I was going to pay 1/2 of what I had to. I needed a part to be replaced and I provided them with one that I already bought so I should have only been charged for labor. The work took a little over an hour and it appears I must have gotten charged for 2 full hour labor rate. The cost wasnt broken down on my receipt. I couldnt stay to question the bill because I had to go back to work.

They are VERY good at diagnosis problems whether it be electrical or mechanical and can also do any major job without a problem.
