Reliable and trustworthy. I’ve gone in twice now and been charged nothing. Once bc they said my routers weren’t worn enough to change them out yet and brakes were fine and today they patched up a tire leach for free. I’m never going anywhere else. These guys always get it done and a great rate and never try to charge me for service I don’t need.

The staff at the Boulder Big O Tires was most helpful from start to finish. I came in to find good tires for my Subaru. Their advice was comprehensive and the price was right. Unfortunately their customer service is compromised because they do not simply say how long they will have your car. I completely understand making appointments. Ive been going to this BigO location for 30 years. I make appointments to bring my car in for new tires or rotation. When I pulled in with a flat the guy said itll be quote a while. I had to play 20 questions. Can you tell me how long a while is? If he had said 2 hours, 3 hours or 4 hours I would make plans accordingly. He was a very poor communicator. When I asked him and inquired how long should we anticipate the flapping repaired he said I could go someplace else. For the last 30 years Ive received nothing but stellar service and I usually buy the most expensive tires for my Volvo. This was a very disappointing experience. Just say straight up how long it will be and most people just deal with that. But I could not extract that information out of him. His communication was evasive. He yelled at me and said do you want me to tell everybody you had an appointment that they need to wait in order to fix your flat tire? Totally unnecessary and poor customer service. I had four people behind me in line who were surprised by this interaction.

A big endorsement for this shop. I came in near the end of the day with 2 tires leaking slowly. They seemed busy but got me right in. They repaired both leaks in about an hour and I was on my way. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

Always friendly. Always willing to check my tire pressure and fill me up for free. On my last visit, joe was extra helpful.

I came in impulsively because I noticed my tire pressure light was on after I just filled my tires and I went in and explained my situation and not only did they fix my tire in 20 minutes, because I told them I had a class to get to, they also didn’t even charge me this time. Excellent service.

Broke my windshield while replacing the wiper. I was initially really happy with my experience for an oil change before a big road trip. Then I noticed the crack growing from the wiper they put on. Clearly someone made a mistake and let the wiper snap back without the blade on it. I called a couple times to see if they wanted to do anything about it but was just told the manager would call me back...never did. This crack delayed the car passing inspection and theres a windshield shortage so its late now. Cascade of terrible experiences from coming here.

Dustin and Joe at Big O Tire in Boulder are incredible!Last night, 9/22/21 I got a flat tire turning onto the highway. This flat occurred moments before this location closed. I immediately called them up, they answered the phone, and they were very willing to accommodate. We went in because we were hearing weird noises from our brakes after driving on some dirt roads. We went in expecting the worse, but after a quick efficient service, they removed two wood chips from the brake drum and didnt even charge us! Very kind service, would recommend and bonus that it is open on the weekends!

Beware: These guys wont take responsibility for their work and might overcharge or scam you.Last week I went to this place for alignment and A/C diagnosis. They called me back and said that A/C is actually doing okay but needs a new compressor, and the cost will be $299. I asked one more time, and they said two hundred and ninety-nine dollars, and I accepted that. Eventually, when I returned to the place, they charged me $1299 and claimed that I misunderstood them. Although I am pretty sure that I heard $299, I have still accepted the situation. They offered me %10 off, so I pay the bill.The funny thing happened afterward. They gave me a different key for my car. And they claimed that that was the key I gave them. I had to argue with them like five more minutes. They said they are pretty sure that was the only key I gave them. It turned out I was right, and they were wrong. They gave me another Hondas key. They found my key inside another persons file. At that moment, I thought that they have been confused about the bill too and misinformed me.The next day I called the manager and asked for the call record. Because I know they have been keeping their call records for education and legal purposes. The manager told me, Sure; I need to pull the call record. I will do that and listen to the record and make sure that we informed you about the cost as $1299 but not $299. Five minutes later, the manager called me back and said that Sorry, there is no record for that call for whatever reason. This is what it is. You already pay the bill.You be the judge, but I believe they have confused about the bill as they were confused about the car keys. They might be confused with the other Honda or another car. And first, the manager said that he is going to listen to that specific call record, and afterward, he claimed that for whatever reason, there is no record about that call.Bring your business somewhere else. Best case scenario, everything goes smooth, and they overcharge you. If anything goes bad, beware that they are not going to take any kind of responsibility. They are not looking for a long-term relationship or customer satisfaction. They conduct bad business by means of ignoring their responsibility. I believe it should not be that easy. I will take them to law and go to small claims court.

Picked up a screw in our tire, they had it fixed in less than 1 hour, same day. Great service.

Got my tires changed but afterwards they told me I had $1,200 in work that needed to be done upon inspection. I took my car over to GMC to get a second opinion and they told me none of the things that Big O wanted to do needed to be done anytime soon. Big O is a scam.

Stopped by just to get my tires filled and Louie helped me out. Let me know I may have a shock and strut issue based on evidence shown by how my tires were wearing. Nice to have that knowledge and can start to prepare for getting them replaced. I know they were busy and I noticed I was blocking another employee trying to back out but they were patient while I was gathering information. Live in Longmont, work in Boulder, will more than likely be coming back to this location when its time for new tires, shocks, and struts.

I’ve been helped by Brandon just about every time I’ve been in there. They’re always honest and very helpful. For example my most recent experience in there, I asked for 2 new tires, because I replaced my others a few weeks ago... Brandon made it very clear that I didn’t need new ones because I had gotten the other two replaced in September, even though they had the tires I needed delivered that day! In that particular case he assured me that I wouldn’t have any issues with the older tires being worn down. The technicians were very careful with my car and had me out within an hour an a half. Prices are really good and the quality is great! I go to Big O every time I have to get something fixed.

Horrible tire experience. Set up appointment two weeks in advance, with a confirmation regarding the tires and location. Go to drop the car off between jobs for them to tell me they dont have an appointment at their location for me (showing them the email with my confirmation for their specific address did nothing to change their mind) and that they also didnt have my tires in stock despite having confirmation for those tires specifically. Go somewhere else for your tires, if they cant handle appointments, I dont even want to know how they handle cars.

Super helpful staff! Got a couple nails in my tire and they pointed me in the right direction without having to break the bank. Also got excellent service from the nice boy doing tires... his shirt said Louie, so thanks Louie! Only downside is very minimal parking, so choose your time to go accordingly.

Dustin was so helpful in explaining that my car had sensors on the tires to alert me, showing me how to acknowledge and dismiss the message and he made sure that my tires were aired up properly. Went to get a oil change and a lugnut replaced, they never called to say my car was ready and when I got to work, the lugnut wasn’t replaced but I was charged.
