The store was cleanNo one in the lobby to greet you, waiting for the employees to come from the locked door.Young man who attempted to help me spoke broken English , seemed as if I was bothering him.Not helpful at all.Unable to explain the free phone deal.Wont bother to go back

Refuse to answer the phone. Then they picked up once and hung up immediately.

If i can give less then 1 star i would.just purchased phone there from a person that couldnt put there own phone down for more the 5 secs. While im trying to talk to them. Never mentioned insurance. Try to by a case but they didnt have one. Now 2 weeka in my screen craked and in stuck with it like this. Needless to say i wont be paying next month bill

I had a fantastic experience with Sima. She was patient and knowledgeable. When she didnt know the answer she found the answer. She went above and beyond in her customer service. She deserves a raise, because I assure you that whatever her wage is, it is not enough. The reason I did not give this store 5 stars is that it isnt the most aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The decor and layout could use some work.

I had called different metropcs store and this was the only one that answered. The girl I spoke to was the manager and stayed on the line with me for a while. She gave me her location and I went in to walk out with a brand new phone in my hand for free. Sima was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She went beyond and helped me transfer all my contacts and photos. Would highly recommend this metro store to everyone!

After 15 years with MetroPCS, this store is enough to make me go away.1. They dont know how to process payments.2. They do not credit your payments to your account, but they take your money (save your receipts!)3. If youre not the same age, gender, color, accent as the person behind the counter, all youll get is a smirk and no assistance.4. You will get lies and fraudulent statements trying to con you out of more money.Bottom line: stay away.

Metro PCS is simply the best cell phone provider for the money. They provide excellent service, superior phones, related accessories, and have great customer service skills.

Dirty store, employee was sick. Ewwwww, guy tried to help me, lot of info and promotions, still best offer in town.

I tried calling the store, they answered and hung up on me immediately. Didnt even get a chance to speak with anyone.
