My screen protector needed replacing, fortunately I had an insurance plan. Unfortunately every store I visited including this store, did not have the product to fit my particular phone. Jackie, one of the fine folks at the Bonita Springs Go Wireless, took the time to help me and solved the problem. With the approval of her boss, Jackie found a similar sceen protector, removed the old, installed the new, and showed me how to take care of the new product. Once again my phone is protected. Thank you Bonita Springs Go Wireless, your kind staff rocks. I highly recommend this store.

What started as the day from hell ended with the most pleasant experience ever. Yesterday we invited friend to go out in our boat to watch the sunset and as I was handing my husband the guacamole and chips my I Phone ended up in the Imperial River. We proceeded to have a very nice boat ride and even walked the beach. It wasnt until I woke up at 2:00 am and thought what am I going to do about my phone replacement. I woke up had coffee and wanted to call Verizon but my husband said no I needed to drive to the Verizon store by our home. I walked into the store and was greeted very warmly. ( it was a very genuine greeting not some fake one). I told my told my sad story to Kevin ( lucky me he was also store manager). From that moment on my whole day changed as he patiently and graciously helped me with my problem. I am totally in awe how well this store is managed and how HAPPY and nice the guys were in this store. Usually you walk into a store and all the sales people do is take care of their own business or complain, not at this store. I watched these guys for an hour and a half and was amazed how well every customer was taken care of by these young gentleman.I truly will be thankful to the store by my house and Verizon for bring back an enjoyable service experience again. I would love to know how this is being done by Verizon or the Go Wireless Company.Thank you Thank youKandra Attwood

I have an iPhone 7 that I use for work to reach customers and for GPS to get from Job to job unfortunately it started freezing when entering phone numbers and the battery was going bad it needed to be plugged in nearly all the time I desperately needed a new phone particularly one with a bigger screen I Googled the closest Verizon store and headed there not expecting much because more often than not even having worked in retail myself the salesman more often then not ignored me or give me the run around just to get rid of me but not Jonathan B he was patient he listened was friendly and very helpful and now I have an awesome new iPhone 11 Max! And a New favorite store thanks GoWireless! I’ll be back for sure!

Maybe he was having a bad day, but Eddie was difficult to work with. I am a teacher, and came in to ask about teachers discounts. He was very quick to shut me down, and made sure to repeat that he knew what he was doing, and that I didn’t. He never ended up giving me the teachers discount, but when I called customer service the next day they stated that I should have received it, and got it set up for me. Eddie also told me I would have been able to get out of the store sooner if I had the ability to make up my mind. Like I said, could have just been a bad day for him, but just watch out, as he seems to only think of himself. Other than that switching to Verizon has helped me get service in areas I previously couldn’t which is great!

Went in day before yesterday and was skeptical about a non-corporate store like we have in our home town in NY. As it turned out I was pleasantly surprised. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff was beyond expectations.My task was replacing my old and nearly dead Samsung S8+ with S10+.My sales rep, Nick Valdez was simply amazing. Most important was the fact that he didnt try to over-sell me anything and totally understood how much I loved my S8+ and would not be replacing it if it wasnt so beat up. He performed the swap and downloading of ALL my information without a hitch; and fast too.I highly recommend this store and the staff.Jim L.

We would highly recommend Verizon Store (3250 Bonita Beach Rd. ) to purchase services & phones. We were AT&T customers for 20 plus years and decided to change our service due to poor cell phone coverage. This was a difficult decision but absolutely the right one. Tyler, the salesperson helped us to transfer our cell phone coverage seamlessly and spend lots of time helping us to ensure that our apps worked & recommended other apps. Verizon is very fortunate to have a dedicated employee who is extremely knowledgeable & patient with our questions. With Verizon we have outstanding cell coverage & a great store for future business.

Third time that we needed their assistance and all three times we have been treated great! My daughter purchased a phone at the Coconut Point location and they refused to help her set up her phone so we came here and they were great. Then four months later when her phone was stolen we came here and Nick was so helpful. Not only did he make sure she received her replacement the next day but we came back and he set it up for her as well. Very professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Nick!!

They dont care about their employees, reminds them everyday they are replaceable. Lies to get people in the position they want them in then doesnt follow through on what they promise them. Hands-down the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store! They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to find a place that actually pays attention to the working class as much as the elderly self entitled. They were so patient with everyone, customer service was definitely an A+. Everyone that I talked to there was so polite and answered all my questions, Michelle went above and beyond helping me with my issues. Five star +++ gold rating for Kevin! On February 15, 2018, we went to Verizon thinking our phone needed an upgrade. Kevin immediately suspected fraud (and was correct) and went to work on our account. He then worked consistently for two hours with phenomenal skills that included patience, communication with multiple sources, and clarity with us about each step. He is as fine a model of customer service as we have ever encountered. We truly hope he can be acknowledged for his high caliber of work for Verizon.

They have the worst service! The boys are not interested in customers they’re interested in themselves. They don’t answer the phone. Once you get them to wait on you. And make a purchase.It wasn’t a shock that they don’t answer the phone.Coconut point Verizon is professional gives you immediate service totally different atmosphere guess I was spoiled by people who knew what service was all about these kids are just that kids!! I recently went in here with my dad to pick out a new phone for my mom. Yuiry was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He explored every option to get us the best price on the phone and accessories, and even was able to get my phone upgraded to an iPhone 8s for free (which I was not expecting at all). He also was able to change our shared plan so that we got more data/month for $30 less than the amount that we were currently paying. I normally hate going to get a new phone, but this experience was completely pleasant and painless. Thank you again for helping us out!

Completely ignorant, told me my 4 month-old Google phone had no manufacturers when the speaker blew and suggested that I buy another phone off them. This was not true once I found out how to get hold of Google support ...Google replaced the ph free. They are ether completely ignorant or liars. Off handed service in the shop they seemed more interested in hanging out in the back room watching YouTube videos.I would not recommend this shop.

Management here is BEYOND a joke. Eddie the manager has no interest in doing good by a customer, just pushing any and everything on them, promoted and encourages FRAUD. District manager Brandon treats and talks to his employees as if they were nothing, especially reminding them they are replaceable daily. Toxic management....AVOID.Encourages them to “do whatever it takes” to hit goals. Only salesman there I trust are Adolfo, Nick and Sammy.

Kevin runs the best Verizon store I’ve ever been to! The staff is amazing, the store is spotless/friendly/and they go the extra mile to listen and solve any issues. This is one busy store! But you wouldnt know it by the way the store is ran. I was checked on the minute I walked though the door. Everyone was with someone when I came in, but the manager Heather is an amazing multi tasker. She handled the pressure well and was able to finish up with the customer before me leaving her super happy, before getting me all the information I needed and hooking me up with my new phone and all the accessories I needed! She runs a great store as all of the other guys were very efficient as well from what I heard. Recommend to all my friends !

Went in to this location because it is near the house and conveniently located to my daughters favorite food. Kareem was kind enough to help me out with an issue with my flip phone (and was entirely devoid of ridicule for my having such). He engaged my daughter with genuine interest and took very good care of us. My daughter like him so much he became affectionately referred to as Mr. Kareem in our household. We just returned for the conclusion of my flip phone issue and it was just as pleasant a visit as the first. I would highly recommend anyone going to this location, even if slightly out of the way. And definitely ask for Mr. Kareem!

I actually am not with Verizon but my boyfriend on the other hand is. Today we went to go pick up his phone that he had ordered. The day he had ordered it, the gentleman that helped him told him VERBATIM that the phone would DEFINITELY be here on Thursday... So we walk into the store and he politely tells the three sales associates that he is here for his phone, then very rudely, Evan starts asking who we ordered it from and my boyfriend says he doesnt know. He had no idea that in order to pick up his phone he needed the name of the man who had previously helped him... I mean we were there to pick up his phone, isnt the name of the purchaser more important? Well anyway, he proceeds to tell Evan that the man isnt any of the three that are standing in the building so Evan immediately says, We dont have it. I didnt see any shipments today and I was here all day so its not here. Did you get a call?? He had ordered the phone because he lost his previous phone so he wouldnt have been able to get a call... So he tells him that exactly. Evan does us a VERY kind favor by checking to see if the phone is in the back and WHAT DO YOU KNOW! It was. He then hands it off to Kevan and tells him to take care of us. Okay, I just dont understand why Evan had to be so rude. I get that he probably doesnt get commission off of the phone we had just purchased but seriously? I felt so unwelcome. He could have just went back and checked to see if our phone was back there instead of making a big deal about it. When he had finally gone back to check to see if the phone was there I almost wanted to tell my boyfriend to just cancel his plan altogether. i understand that they have a frustrating job. Im sure they have to deal with annoying people all day long but when a customer comes in without any problems, just to pick up something they purchased, how about you lighten up a little bit because not only do you have to deal with people all day, other people do too!!! We just so happen to be in the serving industry where we deal with RUDE people all day as well and the last thing we want is to get off of work and to be treated like that.

Tyler and Eddie at the Bonita Beach Rd store were both amazing!! My girlfriend and I came in the store looking to switch from TMOBILE. We told them our budget and issues we were having with TMOBILE at the time and had quite a few questions. They answered all our questions without hesitation which tells me they knew what they were talking about. To make a long story short . We left with two phones and a Jetpack! The customer service we received was honestly the best thing about the whole experience. We really felt as though they went way above and beyond! Today I met with A young man named Yuri (sp?) at your Verizon store. He was so kind caring and considerate. I purchased a new phone and he walked me through all the new information with patience and clearly explained everything to me! He truly is an exemplary employee for your store. I am a 73 year old retired teacher and truly feel I must take my time today to compliment this wonderful young man. Perhaps you should have him train others. I have been in your store several times with questions, etc. and often times the help is quite impatient with folks my age. I have watched this happen, first hand, in this retirement community. After having many issues with our Att connections and phone service, we decided to switch carriers to Verizon. Many of our friends have said that the Verizon service is so much better. Our local store is very close to where we live and the young men who helped us were amazingly polite, professional and helpful. Devon was the first to help us switch our iPhones, and then the store manager, Kevin continued the process and couldn’t have been more helpful. Both young men are a credit to Verizon and and the exceptional training and service they provide. Your company can be very proud of the image these two young men put forth to their customers!

Not so much when I returned yesterday and was helped by Kareem, who rolled his eyes at me (and didnt apologize when I mentioned it). He did eventually help me, but his attitude wasnt very customer-oriented. Also, I found out (the first time I was there) that you can make an appointment and not have such a long wait.

First I want to say that I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this store. Then they got a new manager named Heather and she is amazing. I have been waiting for a credit I was promised for months and she did everything in her power to get it done. Within a day she called me and told me it has posted. She went above and beyond and because of her I did not cancel my acclunt. I went in to thank her and was greeted immediately by another employee. This store has a whole new feel in it with the new staff. They are upbeat and excited about their job and products the sell. They care about their customers. I walked in to the store because I broke my iphone and was thinking about switching to Samsung. Devon greeted me and I explained what happened. He was so patient and walked me through the new phone. He answered every question perfectly. This store is now my go to! The whole crew is great there. Everyone was upbeat and seemed like they had fun at their job which you rarely see now a days. I stopped at this store on Thursday, April 5th, 2018 in desperate need of help activating my new I-Phone 8 and transferring data from an old malfunctioning LG G2 phone. I had just purchased the I Phone a day earlier and was not offered these services at a different Verizon store in the area.Luckily for me, when I walked in, I wasgreeted promptly by Kevin S., the store manager. Kevin was very professional and determined to help me solve my problems.He did not give up until he had my problems solved. He is the type of employee I would love to have had on my team when I was in business. This is a top notch store for Verizon. I will definitely return to see Kevin.

Just came out of Verizon Store on Bonita Beach Road and 41 , Never had better service anywhere before. See Devon a young gentleman with an old soul helped me out of a lot of headaches. Boy did his Mama raise him right. If not for him I would have cancelled my 14 year service with Verizon. His manager Kevin should take note of how to handle a very upset customer since he had asked us to leave his store and did not demonstrate managerial ability. Visited this location and will never waste my time again. Customer had to show me where to sign in. Plenty of employees around visiting amongst themselves. I told an employee I just needed to at my bill. After watching some woman walk in, sign in, then be immediately helped was ridiculous. There were two other customers in line. Not a word or even gesture made by any staff. Lucky I gave them one star!

My husband and I were on vacation and he lost his phone in the Gulf on our 1st day! We went to the this Verizon store and the Manager James was so very helpful! He assisted us in making our Asurion Insurance claim and allowed us to have it shipped over night to the store, where we retrieved it the following day. It really saved our trip! Thank you James for the wonderful customer service.

Its a nice store with helpful employees. Unfortunately VZWs prices are the highest, and after the recent abrupt changes in the quality of service on all of our lines, we will be terminating our service with Verizon Wireless. We cant justify paying premium rates for service that is no longer premium. Were not happy to have to make a switch of cell phone companies, but feel there is no sense to continue with the way things are now.

Wow.. Evan is the worst! Not only was he rude but he reeked of cigarettes. He was completely unprofessional. I went in looking for a new phone and had done all of my business with the former manager and staff. I specifically came back here because of how great Frank, Amanda and Blake had treated me a year ago. Well, as I mentioned the wonderful experience Id had with that group, Evan immediately changed his tone. He told me that theyre not here anymore and if I wanted to get a phone i need to deal with him and not to ask why theyre gone.Needless to say, I was thrown off. His attitude towards me worsened as he spent most of the time bashing that group. A stance which seemed to be supported by a bald, skinny guy with glasses standing behind him. When they both went in the back, I asked the other guy who the mysterious bald man was and to my surprise he said the District Manager. On a side note, how can a District Manager allow his own employee to give himself a 5 star rating???? Talking to you Cisco...But I digress... JUST DONT COME HERE!!! I made a smart move and drove to the Coconut point store. And received great service and a new phone!!The signs outside say under New Management and I can only assume that is why the old staff left. Good luck to Amanda, Frank and Blake. You deserve better than this joke of a store, staff and management.Update: While I appreciate you contacting me... I do not wish to continue the discussion about your store any further. The damage has been done. I only wish that these people get dealt with accordingly and do not continue to treat customers this way. They will cost you all plenty of money in the future.

Well have to agree with the other 5 star ratings and add Adolpho to the list of customer service savy employees at this store. We walked out of another store that was closer to us and drove out of our way to Adolphos store hoping for a better experience than the attitude of the employee at first store and got lucky.Adolpho actually listened to us without interrupting and without walking away from us when a new customer entered the store.He took care of us and serviced our needs beyond our expectations and will now be our go to Verizon employee and store for all future Verizon business. Thanks again Adolpho!
