Not happy with this location! It’s 1:30 pm on Tuesday and the door is locked and no one is answering the phone or door! Geez! If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

We recently visited this Bonita Springs store several times to resolve problems with our old phones. Andon provided outstanding assistance and resolved our issues when other employees were unable. In fact, his customer service was so good that we took advantage of the Apple trade-in and purchased two new Apple 12 phones. Jed Deets

Heykel, what can I say? He worked above and beyond!!! He is kind, helpful, accommodating and knows his stuff. Along with his good sense of humor, i found him to be one of the best att employees I have worked with over the 20 plus years I’ve been with att. I had been having a whirlwind of issues with my phone, just as COVID-19 hit, when remote and mobile work was pivotal to my sanity. When I came in, Rush handled my issue so well. He gave me the opportunity to share what Ive already done (how often does someone ask if youve turned it on and off?!), troubleshooted with me, asked specific questions, and helped me ensure my data was safe and sound before going through a factory reset. He affirmed that I was not crazy, that there was an issue, and did everything AT&T could to fix it. He was personable and welcoming. Hopefully I dont have issues again, but I know where Im going if I do!! Thank you, Rush!

Went to the store got there at 1805 (6:05pm) Sign says store hours Mon-Fri 10am-7pm yet the door was lock and no one inside.
