Was very nice but their expertise is lacking. They did my floor 2 years ago and it is not doing well because they did not understand how the floor would ride over the underfloor. It is buckling and breaking because it does not have enough support. They will not take responsibility for it and it is going to be my expense to fix. If they had understood and picked a floor that worked better on my underfloor all would have been ok.Update-Owner called me and wants to fix the issue. Was very supportive and listened to what I was saying. Was responsive to the problem and came up with a solution that I feel will work,

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Service, Product, Installation all Excellent! I had a house on the market in Bloomington and had accepted an offer, there were several things I had to address from the inspection. One item was the kitchen faucet. I turned the shut off valve under the sink off, took a look at the faucet and decided I would come back next Saturday to replace the faucet. I came back the next Saturday and the shut off valve had dripped for 7 days destroying the kitchen floor! I had 9 days till closing! I called Jim Brown at Carpets Plus, explained my situation. He had a nice cherry manufactured hardwood in stock, gave me a great price, and had his guys install it that same week. WOW! They bailed me out big time, put in a great product at a great price and we sold the house as scheduled! Thank you to Carpets Plus Team!

Carpets Plus replaced all of the carpet in our home recently. From first contact to the last piece of carpet installed, the team at Carpets Plus was great. Jenny took time to assist with carpet choice, kept us informed along the way, checked on the installation while in process and followed up frequently. My wife and I were very pleased with Carpets Plus handling of a problem due to Armstrong flooring that we had them install. The product was defective and separated within a month of installation.Carpets Plus sales man was able to get Armstrong to refund the money and we were able to pick an new product from another manufactures products and have it installed by Carpets Plus at no cost to us. The installers Carpets Plus utilized were able to tear out the old flooring and install the new in a very short period of time reducing the inconvenience to us. We have purchased from Carpets Plus in the past and have always been pleased with the results. I would recommend Carpets Plus to friends and family.

This has been one of the worst buying experience weve ever had. The owner Jim is highly dishonest, unorganized and slick. This store is not run professionally, if you do make the mistake of buying from here make sure you get a swatch of your purchase as they will switch for a cheaper look alike. Be forewarned. These guys are a total nightmare. After reviewing my comments about his store Jim contacted me and displayed himself as a good and reputable business person and as a result we were able to correct things such that I am now a happy customer. Thanks Jim for your assistance.
