I’ve been a floor installer for 23 years and I seen a pretty big job that your company done. Not only was the carpet turned a different direction in the bedrooms ( which of course made the door way seams stick out like a sore thumb)but the main seam in the living room is over lapped in numerous areas. The LVP looks good until you walk on it and clearly feel that low areas was not filled with a self leveling compound or a skim coat of any sort. The white wood trim that was removed was not secured in places leaving a gap at the top. Not to mention the installer didn’t even take the time to caulk the nail holes or along the top of the white base board that he removed. I do plan to make a 5 hour trip to correct this issues since your previous customer gets nothing but a attitude and told that’s just the way it is. Maybe some inspections done on finished jobs are called for in the future by the owner if the installers are going to leave such tacky and unprofessional work out on the field. There are numerous other issues but I think my point has been made. No worries though a small town installer that focuses on quality not quantity will be repairing the things that never even should need repaired!!

Jim is great to work with in selecting carpet. We had a fairly small job but that didnt matter to him. Within a week Jim scheduled the installers and they did a great job. I highly recommend Jim and his crew at Carpets Plus COLORTILE.

I contacted Colortile to get a quote on a Schluter heated tile kit as they are an authorized dealer. These are not cheap kits, retail is close to 600 dollars. I spoke to a representative, I will leave his name out of the review, and was told they could order it for me and since I was doing all the work they could give me a better price than the MSRP. I was obviously pleased by this and said I would call back after talking to my wife. So, I call back several hours later and was told that the person I was asking for was out to lunch, no biggie, lunch at 3 in the afternoon. I call back about 10 til 5 and was told he must have just left. So, I call next morning and was once again told he was out to lunch. They recommended I leave a voice mail and that he would certainly get back to me right away. Havent heard back in a week. I am doing a master bath and bed addition and after talking to him I was really considering buying all of the tile and flooring from them. Well, not very professional and lost my business now.

Willie and Chris relaid new pad and stretched our Berber carpet as part of repair after flooding of 1100 sq ft carpeted area. Great job, stretched and laid better than original job by different company. Both were incredibly polite, professional, and skilled. We are very happy with the service provided by CarpetsPlus. We had 80% of our home re-carpeted. The installers were professional, and did excellent work. We chose this company after stopping at two other local stores - we are glad we kept looking and ended-up at CarpetsPlus.

I called CarpetPlus COLORTILE to ask questions about obtaining quotes for flooring in my new house. The man on the phone seemed to actively be trying to not get my business. He immediately took a condescending tone and continued with a negative attitude until I had to finally hang up.

6000$ walk in shower tile job. Initial estimate had errors charging me too much for labor. Paid 75% down and schedule 30 days in advance only to have the job take 3 times as long for shortage of materials. Colortile expected us to keep track of their installers- poor communication . Had to get their supervisor ( condescending no nothing) out there to complain . They discounted the job reluctantly . Finished product was fair - at best . Floor doesnt drain properly. Would not recommend them

Carpets Plus Colortile has a wonderful selection of carpet and tile. We recently purchased tile for our bathroom and everyone that has seen it loves it. Everyone that works at Colortile is very professional and friendly. We worked with Kate Butcher who was great to work with. We will be replacing the carpet in our home in the next month or two and will definitely be purchasing it from Colortile.
