Very pleased with Flooring America, who replaced my kitchen and utility room floors. Jeff Wilhelm was very nice and easy to work with, and clearly makes customer satisfaction his top priority. The price was quite reasonable and I am very happy with the finished product. I would be confident in recommending them to anyone.

We are very pleased with the installation & product we received from the Flooring America Our installers were professional & kept a clean work environment. We replaced all of the flooring on the main floor. Audra-max was chosen for the kitchen, dining & bathrooms. We’ve received so many compliments on what a beautiful floor it is. The other rooms were all carpeted, clean/invisible seams & transitions. We have recommended Flooring America to our friends & family. We recommend them to you.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I cannot begin to describe the stress, tears, missed work, and all around disaster our experience with this company has been. We got our first cancelled install date on Wednesday 12/13. The cancellations continued all the way until Monday 12/18 (after calling my State Farm Agent to complain about this company. We were told they would be there first thing Monday morning. They rolled in about quarter til noon..... and stayed for roughly 90 minutes. Leaving no door and just padding. Then today (Tuesday) we dont find out until lunch time that someone had truck problems and they arent sure when it will get done. THIS IS A BAD DREAM. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY. Look out for a nice letter from the Better Business Bureau. I wouldnt wish this place on anyone.

They know their stuff and have great installers

We recently replaced our tile backsplash in our kitchen and two of our bathrooms. Sandy and Keri were excellent to work with and made entire process seamless. Keri came out and measured for an estimate and actually had some plans and ideas drawn up the same day. We were impressed with their correspondence and professionalism throughout the project. Their contractors were very quick with the installation and extremely professional and tidy throughout the whole experience. The whole project turned out beautiful. We would definitely recomend the Flooring Store to others and plan to use them again in future!

****BUYER BEWARE******** Had carpet installed by a builder and he subcontracted The Flooring Store/Flooring America and had to have it stretched 4 times due to buckling and wrinkling across the floor. They had a different installer come out and try just re-stretching it and it was splitting at the seams and hit my refrigerator with one of his tools. They then wanted to dispute it so they called Shaw to file a claim and Shaw had an independent carpet inspector come out and it was found that it was not stretched in correctly in the beginning and if you want the report I have it to share for proof. After a few weeks of games they finally got the installer to replace the carpet. While installing the new carpet they gouged my wood floor and the installer told me to put spit on my finger and rub and it will disappear. Well guess what it doesnt. I would recommend that you goto another carpet store in Bloomington.
