We came in late in the day and were greeted immediately by Dianne who took great care of us. We were looking for a new mattress and she was very knowledgeable and showed us different types and had us try them out. She gave us time to try multiple options. She stayed late to close the sale. We were willing to come back and she encouraged us to stay.

Although not as big as the other furniture stores we visited, this Slumberland had an impressive array of pieces to pick from, and they had good quality at reasonable prices. Our primary purpose was to find a new couch and we found the ideal one here after shopping at 3 major competitors. Dylan, the salesperson we worked with, was knowledgeable in helping us decide on our purchases. There was never a hard sell and we ended up also buying a coffee table and a small 2 door cabinet. The only negative was one all of the stores had, longer lead times due to supply chain issues caused by the Covid pandemic.

Chris was helpful and went out of her way to address my needs. Great prices! I will be back! Wonderful service.

Pam Howe was delightful. She greeted us instantly when we walked in. We had been to two competing furniture stores prior to going to slumberland, and we were all but ignored. One person implied that we would want more “casual” furniture (cheaper, in other words). Pam explained the sales, and was very attentive

We went to Slumberland in Bloomington today so I could buy a new mattress for my son. Robin immediately greeted us with a smile and spent enough time with us to allow him to choose the best mattress for his sleep position and desired firmness level. I decided to also purchase a nice set of cool sheets, pillow protectors, mattress protector and two. I’ve pillows, which should last him for years to come. I originally brought him to Slumberland because I purchased a mattress there for myself back in the winter and, at that time, also had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this store and especially Robin. She’s the bomb.

I stopped in a few weeks ago and worked with Chris. She was amazing to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be going back to her for future furniture needs!

She listened to what I was looking for, made astute observations about pieces I was considering (i.e. if a chair was too deep, arms too high), and had a good understanding of workmanship and construction as well.Robin made recommendations about style, color and fabric design based on what she understood I was looking for. I made multiple visits before coming to a final decision and all the while she was patient, non judgmental, and very kind. A real PRO. Good service. Salesperson did not stand over me but was there when I needed her. Only issue was stuff not in stock and would have to wait on some items. Guess goes with the territory and this Covid pandemic. Picked out an instock item and they delivered a few days later.Would recommend them. Almost never give a 5star review so a 4 is pretty good.

Tried shopping for furniture here this weekend and left extremely unsatisfied. While we did get asked by a couple of sales associates if we needed help, they didn’t provide very much information or help to narrow down any choices. They seemed uninterested in really pointing me in the right direction and I ended up going to HOM furniture and buying there since I got much better help from a sales associate. Really disappointed in this experience.

Sales team was very helpful and answered all questions. They helped us purchase two quality chairs at an excellent price.

Robin was very helpful in showing me lazyboys and I was able to make a quick decision. The 2 gentlemen who delivered the chairs today were outstanding! They arrived earlier than expected - which was a great help to me on a busy day of appointments.They took the chairs out of the boxes in the hallway so nothing was tracked into my apartment. They also took off their shoes. They set up the chairs and they were in and out so fast, I couldnt believe it. What a great experience all around!

This is our second purchase at the Maplewood MN store in just the last couple of months. We came back because of the great shopping experience with Salesman Alan Bahr. Alan goes out of his way to assist customers to make sure they get their needs met. Slumberland’s sale commercial featured the low back mid century sectional I have been looking to find for more than a year. Went to the store and it was there right up front in the gray color I wanted with 3 pillows. Price was perfect. Frank helped me with the overall measurements and Diane helped with the pillow fabrics. It’s perfect! As always Slumberland has what I want at the price and quality I love. The sales people take whatever time you need to make your decision, no pressure. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Love them. I shop other places and usually end up buying at Slumberland. Make it your first stop and save yourself a lot of time!

The service was great. Unfortunately they dont have anything in stock and have to order in most everything, I have 2 friends that didnt like that and went someplace else and got items right away. Im still waiting for 2 counter chairs and am begining to wonder about this. It seems to me that they should have a warehouse for their stores so they could be more accommodating.??

Slumberland is one of those places that really has been impacted by Covid. Almost everything we looked at we were give delivery estimates anywhere from 16 weeks to 6 months out. I am sure this will start to improve soon. The staff is awesome.

We went to Slumberland looking for a pair of recliners. Chris Jenkins greeted us as we entered the store. She spent maybe an hour with us. She answered all of our questions and brought up things that we had not thought about. Such as how a chair should fit and different options. We selected a pair of chairs that fit us both.The only downside was how long we have to wait for delivery. That is absolutely no fault of Slumberlands. That delay is another side affect of COVID with many supplies being in short order.Thank you Chris for yet another satisfying experience. Not all of our furniture is from Slumberland, just a majority of it.

If it takes too long that might make for a different review. I received my chairs in a reasonable time frame. The 2 delivery men were on time, communicated 2 days prior, called again day before with approximate time, called day of 10 min prior to delivery, were very helpful abd friendly thanks for the great delivery experience!!

Clean environment and social distancing while browsing the showroom was a breeze.Our sales person Diane was informative, helpful and NOT overwhelming or pushy.Making a shopping appointment online was simple and appreciated. I just wish the couch we purchased didnt have a 12 week shipping window, but that is due to COVID not Slumberland. Also shopping with a 2 year old was enjoyable since all things are touchable and couch sitting is encouraged.Improvement could have been the initial greeting when we arrived we didnt know what to expect for our apt.

Just ordered a new mattress and box spring from Slumberland in Bloomington MN. Not my favorite purchase to make but I had to get a new one. My experience at Slumberland was amazing. My salesperson was Robin Gardner and she made it fun! She was very patient and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Slumberland and especially Robin for any purchase you need. She was just the best!

Bryant was one of the best sales people we’ve ever been helped by. He is engaged, helpful and at the same time gave us space to make our decision. He’s reasonable and not pushy for a sale at all. I can’t say enough good things about him. Our experience wouldn’t have been the same without him!

Not sure if the issues we had are isolated to this Slumberland location, but we had a terrible time trying to buy a sectional. The sales experience was ok, but everything that followed was nothing short of a nightmare.1. The delivery team cracked (yes, cracked) the frame on one part of the sectional when trying to force it through our door frame.2. We had to call Slumberland Customer Service no less than 10 times for them to do anything about the damage to our door frame, much less replacing the damaged potion of the sectional.3. We had to wait over a month for the replacement piece to come. They brought the wrong piece. No biggie. We waited an additional few weeks. They brought the wrong piece again, but instead of taking it back, they just left the wrong part of the sectional (see picture.)4. After all of this, Slumberland only offered a $100 gift card. Based on their prices, this would be good for maybe 3 pillows, not including tax. We ended up requesting a refund, which took weeks to process.I would not recommend this particular Slumberland location to anyone. Please avoid if at all possible.
