I visited Mattress by Appointment of Bloomington and had a great experience.First I had a bunch of questions, regarding how the different mattresses would help me sleep. After a a few minutes answering all of my questions, I was pointed to the plush cooling mattress. I was encouraged to lay down on the bed and relax. Pretty much right away, I could feel the coolness of the mattress even through the two shirts I was wearing. I’m a hot sleeper and never seem to get cool at night and this is exactly what I’ve been needing.I’ve been sleeping on the mattress for just about a month and it’s simply been amazing. Ive been staying much cooler, resulting in a more relaxed and restful sleep.I’m super happy with my mattress and I highly recommend the Bloomington store to everyone.Great staff, product and pricing...I’ll be back!

I got my mattress from this Bloomington mattress store and it is the best bed I have ever had! They have great prices and I got a great deal on my king super pillow top mattress! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a mattress!

Our 3 year old twins got “big kid beds” for Christmas. We got the frames and headboards made but were looking for mattresses. Every place was so pushy and expensive. I reached out to Nicole to book an appointment just to look.Nicole made it so easy! The twins came with and were welcomed with toys and the ability to try out mattresses before purchase. We talked about types and settled on a frame/podium and memory foam mattress. Not only was the customer service fantastic, they were much cheaper (for better quality) than everywhere else we looked, and we were able to take home both beds that day!I’ll never buy another mattress from a big box store again. My family will forever come back to Mattress By Appointment with Nicole.

They are great. Made a appointment for earlier that day and actually missed it. Called to reschedule and despite her having to be at a important game she still made time for me. She gave me plenty of options and got me approved through Snap Finance. She even waited for me to go pick up my truck as I didnt like the delivery options, I wanted them that day lol. Helped me load all the mattresses as well. Great service and not to mention very easy on the eyes. It was a pleasure doing business and would repeat for another purchase.

Although it seems a little odd at first, having the appointment set up, in the long run, it makes sense...you get the one on one attention and help. Very friendly and helpful. Took less than 30 minutes to pick out the right mattress and pay for it.

Had a tremendous, expedited experience with this company. My fiancé and I shopped around Bloomington/Normal for mattresses as most were out of our price range for an outright purchase. She made sure I loved my bed and that I was happy nor would she let me settled for less then I was happy with. she knew everything about her product and gave me a deal of a lifetime on a king mattress set which I didn’t really have enough for and I can’t thank her enough for giving me a gift on her birthday I appreciate you 💯.
