Beware of a $150 platinum service fee on top of other delivery fees which is supposed to cover the mattress being delivered to where it needs to go (specific room) when all it actually covers is them dropping it off outside. We visited this mattress firm as a first stop on our search for a new mattress. Nykea provided excellent service, walking us through the options and testing out different types of mattresses, before recommending a few. Its not very large, but it was not crowded, so was easy for us an our kids to take our time looking through the options. While we left without making a purchase and visited several other stores that day, we ended up calling back and ordering a mattress and adjustable frame with Nykea.

My wife and I were looking for a new king bed. She called this store last Wednesday and spoke to Nykea. My wife got a good feeling from the conversation and we decided to go to the store that night because she was off the next two days. My fiancé and I went into mattress firm to get an idea of what we wanted. Ben helped us immediately and made the process extremely quick and easy. He made sure we were aware of what we were getting and the differences in quality and how that was reflected in price. Additionally, Ben went out of his way to accommodate us during a complicated moving process.

Ben Nichols was great today as my husband, daughter, and I went and bought two new mattresses. He explained the very details of mattress structure, heat ventilation, and so much more. We are getting them delivered to two different cities and with Bens guidance, it was a piece of cake!

My husband and I came to mattress firm not really sure what kind of mattress we wanted. We were greeted by Nykea. She was so helpful and kind! She explained to us very transparently how financing works , what it means to get the warranty, etc. This type of honesty is hard to find in any type of sales oriented store so we were so grateful for her! We had to come back after a couple weeks to actually order the mattress and even then we had some problems with our bank and Nykea was very patient! I’m really giving a 5/5 because of her outstanding customer service, however the financing that mattress firm offers probably deserves a 5/5 as well! We are so excited to get our mattress in a couple weeks, and better yet, someone is going to set it all up for us! They even offered that if we had an old mattress we didn’t want, they could take that with them. Which is half the hassle! Anyway, I don’t usually do long reviews but Nykea was awesome!

My boyfriend and I decided to buy a new bed for Christmas this year. We came in today since its black Friday weekend and thought we were going with just a basic mattress and box spring.
