They have been super nice and understanding with working with you ever step of the way! They are a great father and son team and wonderful people! You sold me a hospital bed for my husband who has Parkinson’s..your driver left the hospital bed with the AIR mattress out in the rain. Needless to say the air mattress was ruined ….And you refused to replace the mattress!!! Terrible!! I had to reach out to another company and get an air mattress. $$$ no compensation whatsoever from you and your company …Absolutely terrible. Caused my husband and I lots of sleepless nights and stress!!!! Very sad

We bought new sectional and dresser from Kern Mattress outlet recently and were happy with your purchase. Although one of our item was back ordered and they couldnt deliver it since the warehouse wont fulfil their order due to Covid related delays but they were nice to admit it and refund the amount back.We also got several move jobs in city from them and theyre very professional and prompt. Its a great family owned business. We will definitely shop again.

This bed was bought in April and is killing my baby it is horrible

I bought I side by side washer and dryer unit from here. They were both used so he said there was a 30 day warranty if anything were to happen to contact him. Well this is during covid and the holidays so when I had to have him swap out not one but two of the washers (third time is the charm) the first leaked from the seal the second wouldnt close quite right I believe this to be issues from transport but by the time we reached dec. 20th I had a working washer that runs great and quietly and the dryer from day one was nice.

Do NOT buy anything from their catalog . Has almost been a month since i have paid for my sectional & table . I received the table finally with a scratch & only have one of my three chairs , because they Said they don’t sell no more & I have to wait a month for them to come in. Mind u I already paid for this stuffI DONT RECOMMEND UNLESS U WANNA WAIT FOR MONTHS FOR UR FURNITURE ❗️❗️❗️Still haven’t received mine & it’s beyond me @ this point 🤷🏽‍♀️🥴 they do have good customer service , but that means nothing , when u don’t even receive the furniture u bought 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄✌🏽😩😩😩😩

I called everywhere trying to find a mattress that I could afford and when they told me that they would deliver to Indiana, I was shocked!! I ordered a king size mattress and box springs and a frame all for a little over 200 plus it got delivered the same week that I placed my order!!! They even delivered it on time!! I am so pleased that I will never go anywhere else for my mattress needs!! Customer for life!! Thanks Kern!!

Never again will get anything from Kern furniture! They brought furniture in a box not put together especting me to put all this together I’m so upset! I called and talked and left message after message! I have no tools to put this together am disabled! Never again! These people take advantage of poor people! They take your money and sell you cheap furniture and you gave them a lot of money they need to put out of business!

I am sure this business has had a few bad transactions. It goes with the territory of used furniture. You simply cant make everything perfect for some with used items. Having said that. I can tell you that my experience was exceptional.My brother was in town helping me to find a mattress for my granddaughter.The reason being she was coming home from hospital after surgery on a Thursday.I explained to the salesperson that it was important that it be delivered the next day. This young man was extremely kind and assured me that whatever matters I picked out. It would be delivered on time. The guy showed real empathy and I found a great used mattress in my budget.I did call them the next day to remind them. The owner called me back in 10 minutes and said they were on their way. The delivery guys carried both matters and box springs up a floor to my apartment. One of the guys was very nice. The other just sort of carried. But, hey. Both did their job.All in all. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Kern to anyone looking for a no hassle furniture buy. I want to say thank you to Mr. Kern and the salesman. You guys made my granddaughter feel much better.

Literally wasted two hours of my day... Made an arrangement to pick up a stove only to find out that it was sold. They couldve let me know that it wasnt available anymore... Or better yet stuck to their arrangements and not sold it. Pretty shady.

This is my second time purchasing beds from Kern. I am the type of person that would go back to a particular store if the service is good. Im back so that means my experience with Kern has been great. Delivery of my items was hassle free and they are very flexible.

Mark and Ryan were both right there to answer any questions and help me. While I was there they worked with another employee and literally bent over backwards to help that customer who had family coming in and needed furniture right away. I purchased a cute chair and ottoman and Mark had it loaded in a heartbeat. Good guys, great prices and fantastic service! I know where I will be going anytime I need furniture! Thanks!

Kerns had the best selection of the type of furniture I was looking for. We bought a ton of stuff and got a great deal! The staff is extremely couteous. Delivery was the same week and the delivery driver couldnt have been nicer. I highly recommend them!!

Was late on delivery the last two times he came had to keep coming back over and over and over again because he never had the right stuff in the first place. I was way over charged for a piece of furniture that was broken and did not realize until the day after it was delivered. All they sell is cheap broken furniture thats not worth the price youre paying. The mattress I got is actually comfortable and thats the only really good thing I have to say.

The experience was surreal. The bottom line, though, is that we didnt get a bed like the one that was advertised. It said like new cherry wood, and the picture showed a cherry wood bed. The bed delivered had been very recently spray painted black. Only the inside of the headboard and footboard, though. The paint was still tacky and left black marks on my newly painted walls because of the way the delivery man leaned it against the wall.

This is a hit or miss. Sometimes you can find what your looking for and sometimes you cant. The owner is really nice. They are great with deliveries.

Bought a BRAND NEW MATTRESS and BOX SPRINGS and FRAME. Added on a mattress protector over the phone. Was to be delivered on a certain day but didnt happen. Rescheduled. Then said couldnt when did I actually need it? Finally delivered and no mattress pad/protector. Said he would get it right out. Called again...same story...will getit right out. Called again and told he got it returned wrong address. Then said needed zip plus 4 to deliver. Said would get out next day. 3 weeks later received COD when I was to get an invoice. ALSO the frame he sent had no center support which would void warranty and was told just go get 1 from Slumberland or anywhere.....I will pick other 1 up. I am sure that wont happen either. Our son was going to get a king and a relative was going to purchase 2 beds. We said STAY AWAY unless you want the run around and want sold product that voids warranty. Shame on them...they knew what frame we needed

Go to Kerns if you like trying desperately to remove bed bug infestations from your house. Me and my roommate bought furniture from there that end up completely infesting our house with bed bugs. We called and they did replace the furniture, but charged us for the disinfectant bed bug solution to fix the problem they created. They should have assumed full responsibility and did not. It was an absolute NIGHTMARE that required us to wash every piece of fabric in our house and bomb every room multiple times. They try to come off as a nice family business, and the reality is that they are just sleazy salesman. You can buy from them, but honestly its not worth the risk of dealing with an infestation.

This company claims to sell like new mattresses that actually are new, but have been cosmetically damaged in shipping and may or may not still be in plastic. I purchased one over the phone via a Craigslist ad and had it delivered. It was totally worn out, beyond bad. I complained and they delivered a second, which was equally worn out. Both were well past their usable life. Kern later claimed they dont know where the mattresses come from.

Got a loveseat from here, great price for the loveseat, but took longer than promised. Still, a lot shorter than waiting weeks from other furniture stores, and much, much cheaper.

Just leaving mattress outlet kernersville. District manager kept trying to push a sale on us and ask what our budget was. We told him/District manager several times We are only looking. The district manager followed us out the store and said well F** you and F*** her Too! Dont ever come back to my store. I was told district manager name was John Bannohan. He was upset bcz he were only looking, we not once did anything out of the way to this guy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have reported to BBB and regional manager. Adding to my complaint I called the regional manager back to follow up on the issue and ask if this is John he rudely say no how can i help you. This company is a joke, rude, unprofessional, no values, not a decent human and a coward bcz he trying to cover up lies and actions. He says a district manager gave a completely different story.
